We 4 ppl had dinner here~Ordered 2 sets, 1 with sashmi, sushi and 1 with tempura. Others including assorted sashimi, kinki, uni...Toro was very remarkable and it really melts in the mouth. Quality was even much better than the one in Japan. Uni sashimi was fresh, but not sweet at all. Not worthwhile to try (@$320)Kinki: Very tasty, sweet and fresh. Highly recommended!Aka Miso was super salty. I was a bit disappointed given this price and the good comments written here.

和我的他來了這兒吃LUNCH叫了一個最平的SET有五件壽司、迷你飯同埋麵SUSHI係FIXED 的冇得揀,最好味係海膽SUSHI,真係超鮮味!但係冇三文魚SUSHI其他唔知乜野魚都好好味個甜蝦都好得仲有我個天婦羅飯...我覺得佢D天婦羅太多汁麻麻但D飯就好好味,好珍珠米仲有魚頭湯,其實是麵豉湯甜品如果係雪糕就更好都唔貴..只係百二蚊

Continuing this newfound fascination with the sushi counter, we booked seats at Sushi Hiro for Saturday lunch. We were lucky that they still had seats, so we took the 12pm opening, promising to leave within an hour.Feeling like splurging a little, I got the 16 piece sushi set for HK$250, and my gf had the sashimi rice for HK$120, which was a real steal. Continuing this newfound fascination with the sushi counter, we booked seats at Sushi Hiro for Saturday lunch. We were lucky that they still had seats, so we took the 12pm opening, promising to leave within an hour.

Feeling like splurging a little, I got the 16 piece sushi set for HK$250, and my gf had the sashimi rice for HK$120, which was a real steal. The meals come with appetizers, miso soup, fruit and coffee/tea.

The ambiance was more reminiscent of a sushi bar in Tokyo than Sushi Imamura with no visual impediments blocking the customer from seeing the chef at work. Sitting down, it was eye level, which made us able to appreciate what what the sushi chefs were doing. We sat right in front of the chef working exclusively on gunkan.

With the 16 piece set, I could choose what I wanted from a list. There’s the cheaper 9 piece set which is predetermined by the chef at HK$120, which makes it less flexible than Imamura, which allows the customer to choose for that price. For the set, we choose 2 pieces each of chu-toro, tuna, salmon and 深海池魚, as well as single orders of sweet prawn, mini squid, salmon roe, scallop, sea eel and a few other fish I can’t name.

It came beautifully presented. I'm not a fan of a lot wasabi so I asked the chef for less. He suggested that he leave it out so I had the option of adding the amount I liked.

The chu-toro was unforgettable, easily the best piece of fish I’ve had this year. It felt like the fish melted in my mouth. The salmon, tuna and sea eel were better than the ones I've had at Imamura for lunch. The 深海池魚 was good but not spectacular. There was a piece of white fish I didn’t care much about, it was too sinewy and chewy.

My gf's set was really value for money especially considering the quantity. Her bento was seperated into two: the sashimi rice and a side of sashmi. Her sashimi rice came with salmon roe, uni (sea urchin) and mushrooms. The side of sashimi had scallops, cutterfish, tamago and a few other fish. I had a few pieces, and while it wasn’t as fresh as the sushi I had, it was still good.

終於試了這間口碑極好的壽司店。實在感動得立刻向親友推介。吃的是午餐,要的當然是壽司廣的招牌壽司set。看著師傅熟落地握一把飯,拈來芥辣加上魚片置於木桌上,前後不用3秒的即席表演。觀賞下來肚子餓極了。整個set有蒸蛋, 小碟前菜(茄子上蓋木魚絲), 9件壽司, 2件蛋卷, 6件小卷, 麵豉湯, 咖啡或茶, 橙2件真的很多(!)茶碗蒸蛋熱騰騰…蛋蒸得一點也不「老」,滑得不得了。壽司上的魚閃另另,壽司包括吞拿魚、厚帶子、甜蝦、白身魚(不知名…)、還有一件忘記了…軍艦版有鮮拆蟹肉、海膽、三文魚子。不得不提,海膽甜得不得了,甜蝦口感忘不了。(淚)最另我感動的其實是那6件小卷,一共兩種:吞拿魚及(應該是)章紅魚。吞拿魚不像一般鉄火卷一樣木納無味,而是帶有魚的餘韻;章紅魚卷則配上紫蘇葉,師傅心思可見一斑。唯一覺得可惜的是咖啡不知何故混雜了很有「口感」的咖啡粉…難道忘記了濾掉?嘗過正宗的一頓壽司餐,對一般的迴轉壽司興趣不其然大減,今次慘-!

唯一覺得可惜的是咖啡不知何故混雜了很有「口感」的咖啡粉…難道忘記了濾掉?


嘗過正宗的一頓壽司餐,對一般的迴轉壽司興趣不其然大減,今次慘-!

e個廣係我姑丈介紹我既,其實之前已經食過,但係都冇e家既水準,因為我姑丈係熟客。我次次去個度都唔只食1個餐,而我最鍾意既就係佢既自選壽司餐,佢可以俾你揀16件,每種最多可以揀兩件,有海膽,拖羅,三文,帶子,沙甸(正,不過要秋天先有),秋刀(正,不過要秋天先有),星鰻等等,而且仲有前菜,蒸蛋,雪糕,都只係$250.我仲會叫馬肉,手卷同多一個餐.加埋都只係大約400元.D飯都有見城既水準,魚生同馬肉都好新鮮,正!

Tried the sushi set for lunch which is very reasonably priced. Steamed egg is very delicious and nicely done. Sushi is ultra fresh and of very high quality. Tuna roll is not bad too. Didn't have the chance to try their tempura this time....... will definitely come back again for more !

去過幾次壽司廣,感覺魚生很新鮮,但晚飯係比較貴,要師父發辦才可食到好野,我地每次大約每人平均消費$700~$900元,呢間係我食過咁多間日本料理質素最穩定之一,值得推介~

一個月前的食評, 趁著新年可以寫返.一家人話去食日本菜, 得到非常中肯的意見後決定來午餐壽司廣吃個飽.其實之前去過兩次, 兩次都食lunch set, 感覺是一般.今次明正言順的要吃16 件自選set.兩個16 件自選set, 幾乎list 上面有既都差唔多食過.最好食的當然是toro, 油脂夠, 有光澤, 老爸一向不愛吃生食也竟然讚好.另外海膽也相當好, 新鮮也頗多的, 好滿足!鯖魚也相當好味, 不過當和新大壽的鯖魚壽司比較就新大壽的箱押壽司較好.另外甜蝦也相當出色, 用鮮甜味美形容最貼切不過了.蛋壽司味道也不錯, 不過仍是日本的較出色.天婦羅set 有炸蝦, 炸野菜等, 炸功也有水準, 不過隔油功夫就不是第一了, 味道方面都好好.其他什錦魚生飯等一樣水準高, 眾人也將檯上的食物全部吃完, 算是對師傅真功夫的反映. =)飯後果切得靚靚也甜, 最後的咖啡也很香, 可算是沒有來錯.港島來說, 是最高班果幾位了; 有機會會再來的.

兩個16 件自選set, 幾乎list 上面有既都差唔多食過.
最好食的當然是toro, 油脂夠, 有光澤, 老爸一向不愛吃生食也竟然讚好.
另外海膽也相當好, 新鮮也頗多的, 好滿足!
鯖魚也相當好味, 不過當和新大壽的鯖魚壽司比較就新大壽的箱押壽司較好.
另外甜蝦也相當出色, 用鮮甜味美形容最貼切不過了.
壽司味道也不錯, 不過仍是日本的較出色.

天婦羅set 有炸蝦, 炸野菜等, 炸功也有水準, 不過隔油功夫就不是第一了, 味道方面都好好.
其他什錦魚生飯等一樣水準高, 眾人也將檯上的食物全部吃完, 算是對師傅真功夫的反映. =)

飯後果切得靚靚也甜, 最後的咖啡也很香, 可算是沒有來錯.

港島來說, 是最高班果幾位了; 有機會會再來的.

前晚同我老公慶祝他工作順利如意,便帶他來這食店一趟,之前試過一次來食lunch,覺得好正,故今次試下dinner如何。本來打算叫兩個Chef's精選,一個無刺身要~$375/set,另一個要~$495/set (sorry唔係好記得正確價錢),set包括餐前酒、前菜、miso湯、5-6件壽司、天婦羅、燉蛋、甜品等等,準備落order時被侍應推介咗其他新鮮運到嘅魚生,便叫了以下食物:1) 刺身-帶子($120一隻) 味道好一般,不值此價,於別府$40一隻差不多。-生蠔($60一隻)並不肥美,亦唔覺得鮮甜-tuna兩片($60一片)外表好多白色,看似好正,點知有"揸"-兩款推介魚生共3片($60一片)無特別2)10件雜錦壽司($270)-有海膽、三文魚子、tuna、甜蝦、赤貝、鮑魚片、油甘魚、劍魚、蛋壽司等等當中海膽、三文魚子及甜蝦好好味,唔鯹。3)香煎牛舌($100)-並不香,但牛舌好新鮮結果埋單成$1,000,好在有送餐前酒、前菜及雪糕甜品。

結果埋單成$1,000,好在有送餐前酒、前菜及雪糕甜品

12月20日午飯,滿座,點咗自選購套餐16件,問題1.點解tuna魚腩是紅色肉,一般是粉紅有脂肪的部份,如果唔想比客人,在自選單上可取消!2.魚生送到後重有血水流出,我第一次見!!3.師傅開半條沙鯭魚,尾的部份,好明顯條魚已經開咗一天以上!!!賣唔完唔捨得拋棄,點做一流壽司店?金田中之後,日本菜去邊處食?請各食家指點。

之前在尖沙咀壽司廣食過晚餐,食物非常鮮美不過有點貴。昨日在銅鑼灣食午飯,我點了北海don,內有帆立貝、象拔蚌、海膽、三文魚、三文魚子。三文魚子很鮮,一咬爆魚子流出鮮甜的汁,正!(平時我都不吃三文魚子因為嫌腥臭怪味)有三大片帆立貝,好好味啊!最美味的是海膽,「買飛佛」!深橙色的誘人海膽,令人憶起北海道的美味啊~~~$140絕對物有所值!星期六好像也有set lunch,一定要再約好朋友來試!

Came with a friend one night, sat at the sushi counter, young japanese chef with limited english served us, so to avoid confusion we told him omakase for the sushi and sashimi, and my friend ordered the tempura, beef roll with golden mushrooms because he wasn't too keen on raw food that night... tummy ache.Sushi tasted fresh, rice seasoned just enough to let you enjoy the flavours of the fish, and firm enough to be picked up with ease.
