講開食雞扒,大家都會諗起掃街拎住一大塊食,今次坐定定嘆燒雞扒。閒日中午,無論堂食定外賣,都好多人等佢。坐位唔多,小店格局,講到明雞扒專門店,60幾蚊一個燒雞扒飯,仲要全日供應,的確幾吸引。招牌蔥油雞扒飯馬拉咖哩雞扒飯主角雞扒外皮焦脆,肉幾嫩口,兩個飯嘅雞扒出品都保持到。邪惡嘅蔥油與雞扒一拍即合,而且唔會有燒味夾蔥油嗰種膩嘅感覺。至咖喱,惹味,少辣香口,會有另一番風味。台式珍珠鮮奶茶唔好錯過跟餐加錢轉珍珠奶茶,有茶飲店水準,嘆雞扒再嘆珍珠奶茶,一次過滿足晒兩個願望。

今日去咗銅鑼灣,見到附近有人推介呢間食雞扒嘅餐廳!於是毫不猶豫便上網搵吓點去,原來喺鵝頸橋穿過街市之後就好容易去到。招牌蔥油雞扒飯雞扒大大份,夠鮮嫩,多肉汁,最正係個外皮脆卜卜!配合埋自家製嘅香蔥油,真係好好味!招牌蔥油雞扒撈丁呢款係另一款餐廳嘅招牌菜,當然雞扒同樣Juicy 酥脆,而一丁口感Q彈,十分美味。台式珍珠鮮奶茶揀咗少冰少甜,正合我味道!珍珠Q彈,奶茶順滑,唔錯唔錯!凍檸茶係我至愛的茶餐廳味道。

出街食飯閒閒哋到要三位數,呢間位於銅鑼灣主嘅小店,主打快靚正撈麵同飯餐。麻雀雖小但五臟俱全,平日晚上到訪都要排隊,閨蜜、情侶、同事、一家大細、單丁,咩組合都有,估佢唔到,深受大家歡迎。馬拉咖哩飯結合咗馬來風味嘅咖哩同港式肉類、有豬牛雞可以揀,咖喱唔辣,飯粒粒軟糯,牛肋條煮至淋身,牛味出,啖啖肉、豬頸肉燒至微微脆,帶點咬口,個人都幾鍾意。鍾意撈麵嘅朋友千祈唔好錯過呢度嘅撈丁,麵條煙煙韌韌,加上蔥油香氣都幾正。

純粹行過就腳就入去試吓,竟然好好食!點了一個雞扒撈公仔麵$65,雞扒飯$65,慢煮豬頸肉飯$70!首先,雞扒有炭燒味,雞皮脆香帶少許燶邊,一流!而且肉質唔鞋亦都唔係死實實,完全冇雪藏味。撈面豉油汁撈得夠勻循,加埋蔥油味道剛剛好。豬頸肉都燒得好好,豬頸肉一啲都唔柴,保持到軟腍。蔥油食得出係有雞油撈落去,非常惹味。唯一如果要挑剔嘅就係,佢嘅凍檸茶偏甜,下次要叫少甜。一間咁好嘅餐廳,絕對值得平反!有機會一定會再嚟
