能从食物中感觉到老板的用心逛中环街市,意外发现了路边的烧鹅小店,复古的深绿配色和皮质沙发看着好舒服。菜单有好几页,看来看去选择了最经典的拼饭,一口气尝试了烧鹅、叉烧,同行人点了油鸡和乳猪。饭菜上得蛮快的,透明厨房可以看到备餐的全过程,卫生很有保障。四道菜一个踩雷的都没有!叉烧口味很甜,烧鹅的脆皮配上青梅酱吃起来太幸福啦。餐厅里一直有人,服务态度也很好,很热情,价格合理,总体来说是很棒的用餐体验,如果路过的话非常值得来尝试一下!

在香港也算吃过不少烧腊店,这家大龙的出品确实惊艳。我在下午茶时间段点了一份烧鹅叉烧双拼饭,也不知道是不是因为非凡忙时段,且又是2024年最后一天,厨房罕有的切了鹅腿给我… 烧鹅品质上乘,皮脆肉香,且不肥腻。最让我惊喜的是肥叉,建议尝试。烧鹅和叉烧都不柴,软嫩香口。值得一提的是这里的店员友善礼貌。我一直相信一家好的食肆和店员素质是息息相关的。目前我把这家排在中环 top 烧腊店,远超某网红店。推荐给各位中环的牛马和游客。之后再来,发现食物品质不稳定,整体感觉一般。

不要以貌取呢間餐廳 。嚟到呢間一定係食燒味。 我建議唔好選任何是日午餐。選雙拼燒味一定唔會錯。扣肉飯也可 不過極小出現喺是日午餐餐牌。燒味方面… 必試嘅就係… 叉燒 叉燒 叉燒。搜叉 或 肥叉… 都好食 。但係識食嘅梗係食肥叉啦! 我經常嚟食午餐。通常我會叫 乳豬肥叉飯 燒鵝肥叉飯 或 肥叉燒肉飯。燒鵝都唔差嘅。但係叉燒真係有信心保證 百分百中。但係要記住 唔好點午餐嘅叉燒滑蛋飯因為用嘅叉燒係好似超市叉燒質素 完全另一回事。最後 警告 呢到嘅叉燒會食上癮。

呢間餐廳其實都經常買外賣,因為佢哋嘅燒鵝味道好特別.. 好好食,同埋套餐晚餐都非常抵食,一星期入邊一定有一兩天是幫襯他們,如果唔出街食飯嘅話可能四五日都會幫襯佢'對於一個「無飯」煮的我,佢嘅價錢同味道都係相當大眾化+好味道😋⋯⋯🤣—————-食極佢嘅餸菜都唔厭嘅,就知道佢有幾好味,所以唔使多講,好味道就自然會成日幫襯😝佢呢度啲魚腩好大碟,又大件又抵食,味道更出色的燒鵝,吃落有煙熏味又係非常做得特別,皮脆肉嫩,其他餸都食過好多,每款都各有特色各有千秋,但我最鍾意食呢幾款,所以經常食呢幾款都食唔厭🤣🤣🤣🤣——————-喺中環區價錢大眾化又好食的一間燒味餐廳其實開心簡單就在'你身邊❤️😋食….拍…寫.. 已經成為我生活中的一部份鍾意食..鍾意拍…鍾意寫..留下美好回憶————

Central seems to have a lot of Hong Kong style roast meat restaurants as it's fast, cheap and filling. Perfect for those that are rushing back to work. 大龍燒鵝餐廳小廚 (no English name) is one such place. And it was busy even at 3 in the afternoon. When we were there, they had the afternoon tea set menu available. Menu is in English and Chinese. There is no 10% service charge and you pay on your way out. Along with roast meat sets, they also offer cha chaan teng items. But everyone was ordering the roast meat. Sets come with a drink. We decided to choose two roast meats with noodles for $45.Boyfriend ordered roast pork belly with char siu. A piece of choi sum was included. This was served separately on a plate to ensure the pork belly skin would remain crispy. It was ok and not too salty. The char was a bit dry.I had the soysauce chicken with char siu. This was placed on top of my noodles. The noodles were over cooked and too soft. The chicken was mostly bones. There was hardly any meat. But at least my char siu was not as dry and had a bit of fat included.Food was fairly average. I've had better. But at least it was cheap and it is very busy. Obviously perfect for those rushing back to work during lunch hour.
