In simple terms - employees were inconsiderate and had no sense of customer service.Am a solo traveler so thought of visiting a bar eventhough i had my stock of alcohol in the refrigerator. The place was empty with just two tables occupied at 9pm on a sunday. Asked the bartender to get me the menu to check the cocktails. Asked for Mai Tai, and he started reading his recipe book on how to prepare it. Asked him to make anything that he could, he suggested beer or vodka!!! Cos incidentally, the guy there was just someone who stays upstairs. Whats he doing there? No clue. So I ask him for Hoegaarden.. After desperate attempts for 5 mins, he says draught machine is not working.. finally I give in and ask him to give me whatever he can. He gives me Carlsberg. At this moment another lady arrives, who prepared the bill for me to pay. I was running low on cash, but had my card to pay. So I asked her to consolidate the bills and take it at the end, or to get a sign if needed, for now. Minimum card usage reqt - $200. I said, okay... let me continue... She asks me what if I dont consume so much... I had no answer to that hypothetical question. She also gave me the stare by the way, as if I was gonna run away the moment I get the chance. I counted all the broken change i had, and handed it over to her. With not even an apology, she takes them. With no cash to pay more and no chance of ever reaching $200, cos she never lets me reach there... I had to leave, with just one beer.. Beer costed there 58$. Not sure how much it was in the stores. Corona Extra in the supermarket was $11, which they were selling for $55. Just to give an idea of the cost. Location of the place is good. Seating a bit cramped. Music was good. I just noticed that they are chain of bars, not sure if this is how they treat customers everywhere.
