一间高质米线,地址方便,喺湾仔/铜锣湾都好易去到,餐点有云南特色,可以食到出面冇嘅菜色。要提一提佢嘅招牌气锅鸡: 用特制汽锅,通过蒸汽将鸡肉蒸熟,保留到鸡肉嘅原汁原味,又有清澈嘅汤汁,营养丰富。一人份鸡味浓,有油香但唔会话饮到一口油,有菇菌味;可能因为用蒸气煮,所以鸡件唔柴离骨,又入味,肉质唔错,药材香亦都渗哂入去。叫咗碗酸辣米线,酸味为主,唔会死辣,叫埋小辣食得舒服,米线份量十足。特别试咗佢嘅油鸡枞菌,香口脆卜卜,油香十足,同埋平时好少会见到米线有得叫,加埋米线食就咸淡得宜!另外嘅特色嘢系豆花捞米线,出面又系好少见。豆花香滑清新,夏天食落去凉凉地好舒服,适合淡口味之人,捞落米线系十分之夹,因为两样都好滑口;肉碎微辣有特色,蕃茄带来清澈嘅感觉,令个米线唔会太油腻又多一份自然嘅清甜。配菜系猪排,有越南香茅嘅味道,估唔到食云南米线都食到越南嘢嘅风味。另外叫咗凉拌金耳,十分独特,清新口感爽,有食刺身嘅感觉,点埋豉油同wasabi又有另一种风味!想试下全新嘅米线风味就要嚟呢间小玛哥到试下啦! 继续阅读

气锅鸡套餐1. 招牌气锅鸡(山珍气锅鸡)是云南风味的牛肝菌蘑菇鸡汤蒸笼,鸡汤鲜甜浓郁,牛肝菌带来独特的松木香与大地气息,其他蘑菇,如鸡枞菌,增添层次感,蒸制手法锁住汤汁精华,鸡肉滑嫩脱骨,牛肝菌肥厚带微韧性,菌菇吸饱汤汁后口感饱满,蒸笼保留食材原味,汤头清澈却滋味深厚,鸡肉精华与山珍炖煮后令口感丰富。2. 头盘小食(凉拌金耳)是创意凉拌菜,入口酸辣开胃,山葵的辛辣与醋汁以香醋、辣油为主,搭配蒜末和香菜提香,金耳本身味道清淡,能吸收醋汁,刑成酸爽微呛,金耳质地独特,外层爽滑如海蜇皮,内里柔软带轻微胶质感,整体开胃解腻。3. 主菜(香茅猪扒)东南亚风味主导,香茅、鱼露、柠檬叶的清新酸香渗入猪肉,表面焦糖化带微甜,附姜黄、蒜末带来鲜香,猪扒外酥脆内多汁,外皮煎至酥脆,肉质因腌渍软化不干硬,香茅令肉质增添咀嚼感,配合青瓜丝提升湿润度,入口爽滑香脆。4. 主食(金牌小锅汤米线、丝苗白饭)金牌小锅汤米线是酸辣肉末米线,酸辣鲜明,发酵酸来自云南酸菜,辣味由糊辣椒主导,肉末炒香后带焦香,汤底鲜味浓郁,搭配韭菜配料提清爽,米线柔滑带弹性,肉末细碎有嚼劲,汤汁浓稠能挂住米粉,酸辣刺激中透出鲜甜后韵。丝苗白饭是米香纯粹,选用香米,淡淡甜味,粒粒分明且弹牙,不黏糊,适合搭配气锅鸡汤汁。5. 甜品(玫瑰冰冰粉、彩虹芋圆冰冰粉)玫瑰冰冰粉嘅浓郁的玫瑰花香为主,玫瑰糖浆的清甜,加入蜜蜂甜味增添果香,底层有淡雅奶香,冰粉如果冻般颤动,入口即化,搭配芝麻粒增加咀嚼感。彩虹芋圆冰冰粉是芋圆带地瓜、紫薯、芋头的自然甜味,糖水为椰奶基底,甜度较低突出自然花香,芋圆Q弹有嚼劲,冰粉滑溜,整体冷热交替,入口即化,特别好味嘅甜品。小玛哥餐厅食物质素好,份量不少,菜式好味道,价钱又唔贵,仲冇加一,店员服务态度又好,好值得向大家推介来食。 继续阅读

今日系湾仔做gym,谂住食埋个饭先返屋企。见到呢间米线好似唔错,唔小心叫哂所有𩠌都系鸡😂不过可以补充下蛋白质都好。.原本气锅鸡系鸡汤黎,入面都好足料有齐鱼肚,两个人饮左个汤已经有少少饱。呢个召通酱鸡翼系见到隔离枱食所以先叫,几惹味嘅!仲有米线必备口水鸡,次次都要攞d汁落去捞米线食。.食左咁多野鸡,全部都系滑鸡,无投诉。米线叫左一个清汤一个辣味。最正系个餐有甜品,豆腐花同冰粉正。超钟意食冰粉,但香港好少地方有得食。价钱参考下,二人餐有咁多野。 继续阅读

My stop at 小玛哥米线 in Wan Chai was a great pick for a quick meal, offering the familiar, no-frills vibe of a typical Hong Kong cha chaan teng. The place was straightforward, ideal for a fast bite, and even though the air conditioning was a bit weak, it didn’t take away from the experience. The service was efficient, keeping everything on track.I was genuinely surprised by the 气锅鸡, a dish new to me and, as I later learned, quite rare in Hong Kong. Its chicken soup was a highlight, full of rich, savory flavor that made every spoonful feel like comfort in a bowl. The Zhaotong sauce chicken wings were equally impressive, crispy on the outside with a sweet, flavorful sauce that packed a nice punch.My boyfriend went for the rice noodle dish with fresh tomato soup, which he enjoyed with his choice of ingredients, and we also shared the blanched vegetables, which were solid additions. 小玛哥米线 is a dependable spot for a quick, satisfying meal, especially if you’re curious about something like the 气锅鸡. 今日收工搭叮叮去菲林明道,小玛哥米线,就系电车站隔离。呢度手机落单。呢度有套餐又有单点。我拣左酸菜鱼米线$78,油鸡枞菌(+$10),蔬菜(+$10)。凉拌黄金耳(半份)($33),然后饮品系蜜语水果茶($10)。米线个汤就唔系我地平食食开啲酸菜鱼金汤。系另一种云南风味。油鸡枞菌系硬身,热食,炒起之后个菇啲味又唔似平食啲冬菇、蘑菇,几特别,个味好香。一search下原来系珍稀野生食用菌,据说曾经系贡品。啲鱼系大鲈鱼,个份量就唔算好多,但胜在够滑身。凉拌金耳,原来英文叫tremella mushroom,别称黄耳。见咁特别决定叫黎试下。同平时食米线成日食啲木耳。口感居然有啲似鱼蛋!系冻食既,用豉油加芥末。水果茶真系有真水果,有西瓜、火龙果等等。 继续阅读
