今日嚟到 揾食工房,一间充满地道风味嘅茶餐厅。呢度嘅环境好亲切,装修简单朴实,坐低一刻就感受到一种轻松嘅氛围,啱晒想食啖好嘢又唔想破费嘅我。瑞士鸡翼捞公仔面鸡翼内里肉质鲜嫩多汁,咬落去啖啖都系肉香。公仔面煮得弹牙有嚼劲,捞埋甜中带咸嘅瑞士酱汁,味道好夹。每一啖都系滋味嘅享受,份量十足,食完真系好饱足。滑蛋多士滑蛋多士烤得香脆,涂上厚厚嘅牛油,香气四溢。滑蛋煮得啱啱好,蛋香浓郁,口感滑溜。热柠檬茶~茶香浓郁,饮落去好解渴。

呢间餐厅用餐体验俾我带嚟复杂感受。嚟咗几次食呢间,我都品尝到几好食嘅午餐下午茶但服务质素就让我啲却步。待应和收银的态度经常不佳,令人感到不受欢迎,甚至有时会黑面。他们似乎急于客人快速order,落单过程比茶记仲紧迫,员工之间沟通都有类似模式。餐厅地点方便,餐份量足够。焗饭系出色 芝士焗得香口都令人满意。下午茶炸物 外脆内嫩,热辣辣,证明即时出餐虽然服务方面有待改善,但由于食物质素同地点方便性,偶尔都会帮衬。

行完山嚟食晚餐,嗌咗焗猪餐厅空间阔落,仲有对窗嘅类似吧台位置,啱晒一个人食饭,又唔洗同人搭枱,又唔会阻住铺头做生意,呢点要赞👍🏿店员服务态度都几好,而且仲冇加一,已经好少见焗猪上到嚟仲热辣辣,会咕噜咕噜冒泡,睇得出系新鲜焗好啲饭唔系炒底,似系普通白饭沟蛋丝,但系够干身,搭埋汁酱已经够味。猪扒jaam过粉再炸,所以唔脆,猪扒好腍,炸粉层皮同猪扒肉偶尔会分离,但系问题不大,都好食。猪扒层炸粉应该有胡椒,所以猪扒多咗浸风味。除咗鲜茄,仲有西芹、红萝卜、蘑菇、洋葱,所以个汁酱有少少似罗宋汤,唔会太酸,层次好丰富。可惜本人唔食红萝卜同洋葱,不知order前是否可以提前讲😂所以进食期间一直要撩啲唔食嘅食材出嚟,否则就可以大啖大啖享受。整体而言,系一次好唔错嘅用餐体验,都可能系因为人唔太多🤔

去马鞍山探朋友,佢带我嚟呢间,旺㖞,要排二十分钟左右才入座两个晚餐都好抵,就咁牛油多士,浓浓嘅粟米汤,跟住,哗哗哗咁大份嘅,想唔饱都几难先讲牛扒,洋葱真系够脆又有黑松露味,好配合薄T骨扒,烧汁嘅浓度好啱,牛扒好入味,薄身有唔同嘅口感鸡球意粉个芥末酱好香呀,我觉得加多少少辣更加好,鸡球好juicy ,个汁捞意粉,几乎想添呀🤣配埋餐饮,性价比超高,唔怪得要排队!好正,多谢朋友介绍,晚餐嚟讲,真系抵到烂啦!

As this resto was near our home in Ma On Shan, we decided to try it for dinner. .I ordered Black Truffle Mushroom Risotto with Crispy Parma Ham. The risotto was creamy and textured, exuding an aromatic black truffle scent. The parma ham was savoury, although a bit hard to separate.My sis chose Homemade Italian Pesto Pasta with Prawn and Salted Egg Yolk Purée. The crispy soft shell crab paired with evenly distributed salted egg yolk purée made for a flavourful combination with the spaghetti. My dad got Roasted Lamb Rack Skewers with Cumin. The lamb had an intense cumin fragrance, and was tender and well-marinated. My mom had Homemade Smoked Pink Salmon Pasta. Its appearance was not as attractive as other dishes..The resto offered a wide variety of dishes, and the prices were quite reasonable and affordable.
