行完山嚟食晚餐,嗌咗焗豬餐廳空間闊落,仲有對窗嘅類似吧檯位置,啱曬一個人食飯,又唔洗同人搭枱,又唔會阻住鋪頭做生意,呢點要讚👍🏿店員服務態度都幾好,而且仲冇加一,已經好少見焗豬上到嚟仲熱辣辣,會咕嚕咕嚕冒泡,睇得出係新鮮焗好啲飯唔係炒底,似係普通白飯溝蛋絲,但係夠乾身,搭埋汁醬已經夠味。豬扒jaam過粉再炸,所以唔脆,豬扒好腍,炸粉層皮同豬扒肉偶爾會分離,但係問題不大,都好食。豬扒層炸粉應該有胡椒,所以豬扒多咗浸風味。除咗鮮茄,仲有西芹、紅蘿蔔、蘑菇、洋蔥,所以個汁醬有少少似羅宋湯,唔會太酸,層次好豐富。可惜本人唔食紅蘿蔔同洋蔥,不知order前是否可以提前講😂所以進食期間一直要撩啲唔食嘅食材出嚟,否則就可以大啖大啖享受。整體而言,係一次好唔錯嘅用餐體驗,都可能係因為人唔太多🤔

去馬鞍山探朋友,佢帶我嚟呢間,旺喎,要排二十分鐘左右才入座兩個晚餐都好抵,就咁牛油多士,濃濃嘅粟米湯,跟住,嘩嘩嘩咁大份嘅,想唔飽都幾難先講牛扒,洋蔥真係夠脆又有黑松露味,好配合薄T骨扒,燒汁嘅濃度好啱,牛扒好入味,薄身有唔同嘅口感雞球意粉個芥末醬好香呀,我覺得加多少少辣更加好,雞球好juicy ,個汁撈意粉,幾乎想添呀🤣配埋餐飲,性價比超高,唔怪得要排隊!好正,多謝朋友介紹,晚餐嚟講,真係抵到爛啦!

As this resto was near our home in Ma On Shan, we decided to try it for dinner. .I ordered Black Truffle Mushroom Risotto with Crispy Parma Ham. The risotto was creamy and textured, exuding an aromatic black truffle scent. The parma ham was savoury, although a bit hard to separate.My sis chose Homemade Italian Pesto Pasta with Prawn and Salted Egg Yolk Purée. The crispy soft shell crab paired with evenly distributed salted egg yolk purée made for a flavourful combination with the spaghetti. My dad got Roasted Lamb Rack Skewers with Cumin. The lamb had an intense cumin fragrance, and was tender and well-marinated. My mom had Homemade Smoked Pink Salmon Pasta. Its appearance was not as attractive as other dishes..The resto offered a wide variety of dishes, and the prices were quite reasonable and affordable.

份量十足👍上餐都好快趣,五至十分鐘全部都想齊,非常欣賞佢嘅忌廉湯,原來入面有素翅👍但係唔知點解中午時段都唔係好多人等位,兩點鐘去到都即刻有位可以坐低,可能間鋪細細地座位唔係好多,真係值得一試再試😋
