吃罷個平平無奇的牛河後,與J先生會合,到外面的"時"壽司午膳.假日中午,客人凋零,只得一兩檯日本客,正在享受家庭樂.格局幾高級,晚飯閒閒地每個人都要六七百銀上落,應該是全區之中最高級之日本料理.身處日本人社區,水準應該有咁上下.午市定食有很多選擇,壽司定食包前菜,漬物,麵豉湯,十件手握壽司,盛惠$120,拍得住旺區的高級壽司店.有玉子,魚子,帶子,螺片,三文魚,吞拿魚,油甘魚等等,其中一件軍艦,只是得一"劈"類似沙律醬的白色物體,味道酸酸,這是甚麼的一回事?玉子味道近乎沒有味道,其他魚生也新鮮,壽司飯也握得剛好,飯團酸味適中.可是價錢不便宜,與旺區的同類型相比,已經比下去了.J先生的薄牛肉炒飯定食,牛肉吃落也不錯,$115一個set也是不便宜.可能晚飯水準會好一點,不過也未輪到我輩者光顧了.

玉子味道近乎沒有味道,其他魚生也新鮮,壽司飯也握得剛好,飯團酸味適中.可是價錢不便宜,與旺區的同類型相比,已經比下去了.

J先生的薄牛肉炒飯定食,牛肉吃落也不錯,$115一個set也是不便宜.

可能晚飯水準會好一點,不過也未輪到我輩者光顧了.

go on Sunday for lunchthe waitress is not helpfull at all, we asked her what type of sushi are included in the sushi set, she only said it depends with intention to helpwe go in at around 1:45, & still having the main course at 2:20, the waitress already hurry us to order desert & coffee & check the bill food is ok, but with such service, I will not visit again.

This's one of my most frequently visited restaurants. It's definitely NOT the best Japanese restuarant in town but gotta be the best one in Taikoo Shing area. The sashimi's quite fresh and they got a pretty good variety. Sushi's nice too. Most value-for-money will be their lunch set. My all-time favy's the minced tuna fish rice or the 3-color sashimi rice set. Usually the sushi's of better quality than rice bowl though. One must try's the crispy crab. If the glass box of crabs happen to be right

半隻腳踩返公司後,好消息是有假放,壞消息是假期前一日做四日野。忙完半朝後,忙裡偷閒,蛇到附近試試開業都一段時間的日本料理。總覺得在這裡開了一段時間的日本料理質素該有返咁上下,甫入門後招呼是有板有眼,雖然看唔出是出自內心,但門面功夫是做足的。唔食得生冷野,又無日替,就叫了素食定食(健康料理),只因此品附送烏冬。前菜先上,卻欠熱毛巾,唔多對路,前菜是漬蒟蒻,漬得煙韌有口感,少吃到入味的蒟蒻,幾特別。習慣上是先影後吃的,侍應走來問你喜歡影想的嗎?就差點未問你是否記者吧。敷衍一番後,又傾開這裡的定食,問有沒有日替,又問有沒有季節定食?前者答無,後者話唔太清楚,要問問師傅,對客人的問題是幾認真的,值得一讚。看著師傅砌料理,「啪、啪」兩聲一件壽司,幾認真的。病得味覺減半,勉強吃得出烏冬煮得過腍,而木魚湯味太重,小小一碗當前菜還可,主菜的話喊是走唔甩。主菜飯卷及鐵火卷是砌得麻麻,若吞拿魚鐵火卷擺得鬆動點會更好,起麻魚蓉唔會黏到隔離的朋友身上,對比起檯中物,身邊食客的壽司明顯好好多,但就收$120,這個級數在尖咀或銅鑼灣都有其他好選擇,但在太古城好似就只得這裡做得有板有眼。

o黎食晚飯﹐叫o左個壽司盤﹐生魚片新鮮﹐但份量偏少。稻庭烏冬好滑好彈﹐一陣就食晒。之後o黎個鰻魚飯﹐oh no....飯一大盒﹐但鰻魚一小片﹐冇汁又乾﹐飯又冷冰冰冇任何味道﹐剩下一大盒飯都唔係好想食埋佢﹐就此作罷。服務一般慇懃﹐唔係差﹐又唔覺得週到﹐雖然人少少可以靜靜地﹐不過檯細細窄窄﹐唔覺坐得舒服。以價錢相比質素論﹐未必會再幫襯。

呢間野既整體印象唔係太好!食物: d天婦羅都幾唔好食...差...海膽又唔新鮮......刺身都okay......但d食物既款式都唔算話好多...服務但都唔太滿意!!!但係d職員態度唔係太好囉!木木獨獨咁…好呆滯…服務態度差勁,不會再幫襯

I had by passed this restuarant a thousand times but never got a chance to try it out. Finally went there tonight and it didn't disappoint us one bit!Here is what we've ordered:- Toro - Chef's recommendation 金槍背- Japanese uni hand roll- grilled chicken wings- chef's recommendation Japanese 山菜Scallop tempura- cold udonSushimi were fresh and delicious.all dishes were up to standard.Service and environment were both good. It's a pleasant dinner.

埋單$405,每人二百幾蚊,都唔知食左o的乜~ 唔憤氣去UNY 買平價壽司再拆過,媽咪話廿蚊一兜四件o既蟹子壽司仲新鮮仲好食喎~

我想搵日晏晝再o黎下,睇下係咪都係咁差~

(27/3/06)朋友話呢度魚生好新鮮,但幾貴o下,lunch set就會平好多。今日晏晝突登來。環境好舒服。本來想要壽司餐,但附前菜,沙律,麵豉湯,etc,太多。揀左雜錦魚生粹飯,好快就野食來到。是日前菜,南瓜,當然好味啦!沙律...竟然係幾片生菜,一粒車厘茄,一pet沙律醬!咁叫沙律o羅....。好喇,魚生飯,有油甘魚,三文魚,吞拿魚,立魚,蟹籽,甜蛋,各樣都好新鮮,一d都唔似頭頭尾尾。仲有個烏冬。食日本野,食佢既烏冬,大約會估到店既水準。呢度果然得啦!食餐,係附咖啡「或」甜品,因為一時無睇清楚,要左咖啡,見侍應咁耐都未俾甜品,一問,原來要左咖啡就無甜品!是日甜品,係宇治乜乜添呀!勁dum心!

第一次響度食飯. 朋友推介, 知道係貴o野, 唔係大時大節同女朋友食, 都唔捨得唻.刺身好正, 一個字講晒- "鮮", 一分錢一分貨. 不過之前食過D同呢度差唔多價錢ge餐廳, 都冇佢咁鮮和食好正, 味道一流, 絕對唔係o個D新式日本餐廳可以比得上.下次行開呢頭, 一定會再唻幫襯唔好漏左, D服務亦都好好, 好殷勤

又周圍都減價,星期日同太座去太古城shopping。午飯時間,太座想吃壽司,在這一區選擇不多,記憶中只有這裡比較四正,就來幫襯。一時半,人客都不少,還有不少是日本人,個室還比兩個日本家庭包了在開party。在多款套餐中,太座要了刺身飯,而我個日本頭師傅大大個咁楝在壽司吧,應該幾嚴謹,就要了壽司定食。這裡是間壽司店,但竟然連一塊濕毛巾都沒有給客人抺手,幾奇怪。去了廁所洗手,出來的時候,先見到有兩碟沙律,跟著刺身飯及一碟壽司都上左檯,快得有點離奇。可惜不是坐壽司吧檯,如不是可以看看為何握得這樣快。壽司定食有十件手握,分別是黃魚子、海膽、北寄貝、油甘、鯛、池魚、吞拿、熟蝦、鰤及三文,還有蛋卷兩件,份量幾足。習慣吃壽司先吃蛋卷,這裡的蛋卷不夠甜,蛋味很重,個人而言麻麻地。再吃壽司,基本上都算幾新鮮,飯糰握得不錯,壽司飯亦具口感又軟硬適中,有水準,比較一般的是那件海膽壽司,始終這一味,在香港都未吃過好的。太座的刺身飯都幾好,油甘、三文及吞拿各厚切兩片,又係夠份量,而她也說刺身是不錯的。如果不飽,亦有一碗湯烏冬打底。餐還包沙律、味噌湯及炸豆腐,都算交足功課,而餐後的咖啡麻麻地。侍應有本地的,亦有流

Yeah, I agree with WOWO comment, the food quality for this restaurant downgrade dramatically after the change of store manager and Chef (mid of 2004 onwards)For example, the sushi lunch set in the past cost $168 have fresh tuna, salmon roe & Urchins which are very tasty and fresh. Besides, they also have plenty of side dish offered, e.g. salads and Udon / Soba. However, after the change of store manager, those food quality have downgraded too much, e.g. the tuna bowl lunch set and sushi set offe

Yeah, I agree with WOWO comment, the food quality for this restaurant downgrade dramatically after the change of store manager and Chef (mid of 2004 onwards)

For example, the sushi lunch set in the past cost $168 have fresh tuna, salmon roe & Urchins which are very tasty and fresh. Besides, they also have plenty of side dish offered, e.g. salads and Udon / Soba.

However, after the change of store manager, those food quality have downgraded too much, e.g. the tuna bowl lunch set and sushi set offer only very thin and small slice of sashimi, and those fish are in dark and dull, which is very awful to me, it seems they just give us the over-night sashimi.

The udon offered is over-cooked and no elastic
The quality fo the salmon roe is very bad, i say it is poor than those purchased from Park'N shop

i recommend not to go there, otherwise you will very disappointed.

this USED TO BE one of my favourite japanese restaurants in hk... the "bar" chefs used to be japanese, and they were very friendly and chatty. fish used to be very fresh, and the temaki (handrolls) used to be made very well with crispy seaweed (they briefly heat the seaweed with fire before making the temaki). BUT the manager as well as the team of chefs have changed many times in the past few months. the latest team is NOT GOOD. the handrolls are much SMALLER than before, and the grilled oxt

其實食飯的氣氛係會比服務拖低,本來好地地,但食到尾,檯面碟上無野食,我就放底快子,但我朋友都仲食緊時,就開聲問我上齊菜未?然後就收咁D碟。我都忍唔住問佢地係咪收工喇?
