新年假期多, 今晚有空去了老牌酒家, 乐口福, 吃个晚餐. 这酒家主打潮洲鱼翅. 墙上的 4款鱼翅, 好特别.台上餐牌, 鱼翅款式更多, 价格并不便宜. 我们两人各选喜好. 叫了 原盅鸡炖翅, 菜胆炖鲍翅. 原盅鸡炖翅, 暖暖的上台, 内容有多片鱼翅, 鸡肉, 鸡汤. 鱼翅入口软糯, 翅群份量十足, 鸡汤好甜美. 菜胆炖鲍翅, 潮州鱼翅, 配上菜胆, 炖汤相当清甜. 但 鱼翅单薄, 份量颇少.鱼翅口感有弹力, 味道浓郁, 加些莞茜和醋一起吃, 更有层次感!香酥芋茸鸭, 外表金黄松脆, 内里藏著厚厚鹅肉, 夹上软滑可口芋泥, 味道酥香, 加点甜酱, 吾错. 北菇鹅掌煲北菇焖得软稔入味, 配上巨型鹅掌, 油润软滑, 鲍汁味浓, 真美味.餐后饮杯功夫茶. 比吃甜品更好.最后埋单, 才知这酒家不收信用咭, 要用现金付款. 保持古旧作风, 太传统, 酒家欠装修, 不合潮流.

呢间潮州菜喺出面望已经睇得出好有历史咁,而入面无论餐具、枱櫈定装修,都好有怀旧嘅味道!一坐低已经摆低碟花生同装咗4杯工夫茶俾我地,工夫茶系潮州特色茶嚟,所指嘅功夫系讲紧独特泡茶技艺,虽然茶色好浅,但饮起嚟好浓好回甘~我地叫咗最出名嘅潮州卤水,拣咗鹅翼同鹅肝,鹅翼卤得好入味,鹅肝D油脂香味几重几好食,仲有D卤豆腐都好食,食到卤水味同豆香味,跟住最钟意系碗蚝仔粥,好鲜甜,潮州粥系好似泡饭咁,唔同绵滑嘅广东粥,D蚝仔好新鲜,仲加咗D木鱼、香菇同肉碎,食落更加鲜同有口感~ 另外店员推介咗个菊花石榴鸡,(味道同石榴无关,只系个样似石榴),好似层蛋白皮包住D鸡肉碎同配料,食落清清地都好食,但无好惊艳,整体都不错~P.S. 走前店员又装多4杯工夫茶俾我地,呢D系咪叫有头有尾?定首尾呼应?

去了乐口福酒家点了福果芋泥 。福果芋泥是以芋泥为基底,加入福果, 即白果。潮汕做法相对简洁,注重芋头本身的香糯和福果的口感, 做得相当好。芋泥部分, 口感很优秀, 吃起来粉糯、香软、顺滑,有「入口即化」的感觉。应该是用了品质很好的芋头, 所以芋泥吃起来带有天然的芋头香气。芋泥风味以清甜为主,甜度适中,不过于甜腻。芋头的香味明显主角, 做得很好。福果部分, 白果在芋泥中主要提供粒状的口感,与粉糯的芋泥形成对比,增加口感的层次感。福果吃起来味道甘甜而清香,口感不会太粉或太硬,而是略带嚼劲, 两者都很好吃, 吃起来口感层次丰富,既有芋泥的顺滑粉糯,又有福果的咬口。味道亦相当平衡,福果加入否恰到好处,不会喧宾夺主,而是减低芋泥的甜腻感, 然后突显了芋头的天然香气和猪油的香气四溢。芋泥炒得够软滑,福果处理又到位不会苦, 相当专业, 香气足,味道自然。福果甘甜带清香,口感与芋泥形成良好对比。然后猪油油的使用和加入提升了风味和口感。整体甜度适中,口感层次丰富, 很好吃, 是必点之选。

平日夜晚同老公两个人过嚟试吓呢间历史悠久嘅潮式酒楼,一半都系吉位🫣🫣坐低冇几耐店员就奉上前菜同埋功夫茶⭐️咕噜鸡球虽然呢度主打潮州菜,但系我都系敌不过咕噜甜酸汁嘅引诱😂鸡球外层香脆,炸粉唔厚,但就唔系好食得到肉,因为啲肉太细粒😅😅❤️方鱼炒芥兰方鱼香口,唔会太硬,芥兰爽脆无苦涩味,唔算油腻😋⭐️芥兰榄菜炒饭主食果然系最大碟😂味道偏清淡冇乜榄菜味,饭粒稍为有啲湿服务唔错👍 食物水准就一般综合呢个环境气氛,我谂如果长者过嚟食应该都会钟意嘅

炒饭堂食,原只飞机鹅外卖,收咗$900鹅再加$50 加工费+10% 服务费。总共$1040。摆咗落个啤酒箱入面未去到机场唔够两小时已经溶溶烂烂,条骨头颈甩咗出嚟。揾笨咩点食啊?令人难以置信的是,在经济如此不景气的情况下这家餐厅居然还能生存下来。以后唔会再踏入呢间餐厅。工作人员的态度也非常恶劣。如果我唔系急住去机场,我应该报警。Took away a whole goose for the airplane, and before we got to the airport the box was all destroyed and sauces were leaking out of it. On top of this, the head and neck were exposed and a bone was broken off inside the cardboard box.I was charged $900 for the goose itself, with an additional 10% dining in service charge although this was for takeaway from the start. In addition $50 was charged for “extra packaging service”. Unbelievable how this restaurant can exist in times like this when economy is so bad. We reasoned with them and their attitude is horrendous. NEVER come to this restaurant unless you’re ready to be ripped off. Attitude of the staff was also horrendous and if we weren’t in a hurry I would have called the police! Just because we’re taking it onto the plane doesn’t mean we’re not locals, and even if we were tourists, you shouldn’t scam them like that!
