🏺孟加拉菜你又試過未呢?有日行過中環鴨巴甸街見到有間門面裝潢怖滿南亞風味,在中環地段上可算是鶴立雞群。同特別人食特別嘢,熊妹今日就梗係帶阿妹去試新嘢啦。📌位於中環鴨巴甸街,PMQ下面少少就係,可以撘中環長扶手電梯上到最高再往右邊行就到鴨巴甸街。過十字口馬路🚧就要好小心!📌店舖小小,都有幾張二至四人枱,樓廐夠高,感覺都會好濟逼。鷹嘴豆脆菜炸茄子,$48南亞菜都好常有的炸物小食,茄子切得不厚不薄,沾上了鷹嘴豆炸粉漿落油炸,食落又唔油膩喎,經過熱力令茄子肉煮熟變淋,咬落軟綿綿,重點在店主灑上了自家製的辣粉,令淡味的茄子🍆加添了調味,味道非常過癮。雞蛋薯仔蛋餅,$68同個名一樣,就係薯仔🥔包著一顆雞蛋🥚的炸球,薯仔蓉綿綿,同雞蛋好夾,點埋中間的沙律醬,既簡單又夠大眾口味的炸物小食。香草慢煮扁豆, $68呢碗扁豆蓉湯,店長話係孟加拉菜名物,好多時孟加拉人會加片麵包就當一餐。飲落去真係充滿粒粒扁豆蓉🫘,好飽滿,好似湯飯咁,難怪可以當一餐。😂家鄉蕃茄咖喱羊肉, $158孟加拉主要都係信奉伊斯蘭教,而伊斯蘭教唔食豬肉嘅,所以主食類有齊雞、牛、羊、魚,就食特別啲的羊肉喇。南亞菜的肉類大多都係以濃味醬料烹調的肉類,加入了蕃茄味道🍅帶少少酸,而羊肉味好出但一啲都唔騷!又無肥肉位,大大啖連醬汁撈飯食一流。廚師招牌香米飯, $48廚師揀選的是日米飯,內裡加入了配料腰果及煮熟的洋蔥絲🧅,細細粒米飯幾有咬口,都係第一次食孟加拉米。土茴香子茶, $45最後,點埋飲品作總結。店長推薦呢杯土茴香子熱茶。好特別喎!味道係辣的!辣的苶真係第一次試,有少少甜味然後就好重的回甘辣味,留在口腔的after taste係好強烈的!這杯茶需要一口一口慢慢呷,好適合下午茶閒聊的時候慢慢嘆,慢慢㗳真茶的味道,孟加拉菜連飲品都咁特別!📌中環地段食肆林立,咁多款多國菜真係要夠特別先可以突圍而出。食得多中菜西餐,不妨試下南亞菜香港唯一的孟加拉菜。

有時想食啲重口味嘢,會留意下印度菜甚至尼泊爾菜呢啲東南亞菜式,原來係中環仲有全港唯一一間孟加拉菜🇧🇩好有特色👏🏻孟加拉菜嘅菜系同印度菜有啲相似,都係會食咖喱、烤餅,炸物等,但係口味相對清新啲,香料味無咁重,都幾適合香港人口味👍🏻👍🏻呢日lunch去到都有唔少外國人專程嚟試。🥠招牌孟加拉素脆球配乳酪醬有啲似印度嘅pani puri,脆球卜卜脆,內裡有青瓜粒等配料,食嘅時候可以落酸汁以及乳酪醬,酸酸甜甜幾開胃😙😙💚香草炒秋葵蔬菜類有唔少選擇,有番茄蓉、茄子蓉,亦有香草炒各類蔬菜。呢款秋葵幾好食😋爽脆嘅秋葵加上洋蔥、番茄等煮成嘅醬汁,唔會太heavy,但係送飯一流😆🍛羊肉配乳酪腰果洋蔥醬汁羊肉炆得好軟腍,羊肉幾乎一絲絲化開😍醬汁有不少煮到溶嘅洋蔥碎,好香甜,配帶輕微臊味嘅羊肉好夾👍🏻🍛家鄉牛肉番茄咖喱牛肉都唔錯,口感較羊肉實淨一啲,同樣好入味。番茄咖喱醬汁酸酸咪咪😛😛🫓全麥烤餅、蒜蓉烤餅食咖喱緊係要配烤餅,呢度有全麥烤餅、原味以及蒜蓉焗爐烤餅,帶有麵粉香👏🏻🍹Lemonade人均消費:$250推介指數(10分為滿分):8分

由我第一次嚟食到依家都有4️⃣個月喇,我差唔多每個星期都會嚟食一次,過時過節都會嚟捧吓場。第一次食,係因為想試吓孟加拉🇧🇩菜係點嘅,之前我都食過印度菜,但係唔係咁鍾意囉,因為味道太濃。試完呢度之後,我成對心心眼😍出晒嚟。我仲同咗個老闆傾偈,先知道孟加拉菜唔係印度菜,而且餐廳啲嘢食係咁健康—啱晒注重健康嘅我呀。🤩最鍾情嘅係嗰個紅菜頭street food ,如果要評分我真係會比💯,唔係誇張,但係真係好食都冇朋友個虎蝦簡直大隻到嚇死人,咁大隻蝦,仲有3️⃣隻,再有飯喺底先至$1xx,真係好抵啲汁仲好味,啲飯又好味,我真係唔識講,總之就係好食😋唔講咁多啦,你哋自己試吓啦,唔係以為我賣廣告😝我哋三個人,叫咗2個餐,飽都食唔晒,你哋可以自己因住份量啦最後仲有甜品,係佢哋自己Homemade嘅

This was our first visit to this restaurant, and we initially had a positive impression. Although our booking was for 17:30, we arrived at around 17:00. The restaurant was not very busy, and we were the only customers at the time. Astaff member greeted us warmly, informed us that the restaurant owner was not present, and allowed us to choose any table.We ordered their signature starter, Fuchka, as well as the classic curry chicken, garlic naan, and Mango Lassi. The staff recommended the Mango Lassi, emphasising that it was made with fresh mango and yogurt. While we were not provided with a drink menu, we trusted the recommendation.Everything was satisfactory until we received the bill and noticed that the Mango Lassi was charged at $60 each, totalling $120 for two drinks, plus a 10% service charge. We found this price unexpectedly high, especially since we later discovered through OpenRice that the Mango Lassi is typically priced at $42.We are disappointed by this discrepancy and feel that we were unfairly charged. As first-time customers, we trusted the staff’s recommendation and expected transparency in pricing. This experience has left us feeling misled and has significantly impacted our overall impression of the restaurant.We hope this feedback can be addressed to ensure fairness and consistency for future customers.
