今晚去咗牛氣打邊爐，一行5人，揀咗人氣Lv4 set: 澳洲穀飼黑安格斯牛+SRF美國極黑牛放題＋海鮮放題。加多$10 兩種鴛鴦窩，湯底揀咗蕃茄湯 + 豬骨湯 。牛肉同蕃茄湯真係好絕配！任食嘅份量好抵食，啲牛又唔差，我比較鍾意食美國肩胛肉眼，脂肪比例高啲，林啲 。有啲人話豬好食過牛，我就覺得啲豬無乜脂肪所以偏鞋口，都係牛好食啲 。海鮮方面都唔差，尤其啲海蝦、無霉到！青口、帆立貝都新鮮 。其他魚肚、魷魚、墨魚滑就正常 。出面仲有自助bar放題，啲菜都幾好味，夠fresh，唔係又老又黃個啲 。仲有丸、響鈴、唔同種類嘅麵、人參湯、豆卜；甜品有雪糕、布甸等等 。飲品都有好多選擇 。整體黎講，呢個套餐嘅CP值好高，人均$385，食到勁飽 。

呢到係我長期飯堂之一。平時食開有牛小排嘅套餐，牛小排質素都唔差，雞肉新鮮豬肉都唔錯。湯底最鍾意食蕃茄同壽喜燒，麻辣都好正。二百幾蚊呢個價錢，嘢飲任飲丸菜任食，雪糕都唔Hea，真心抵食，啲菜都真係好新鮮，而家仲要變咗水耕菜，超級抵食！
