bookmark左好耐終於黎食到我地大概兩點到 都人多 不過就唔洗點等位 然後叫左3樣野拔道腩雞飯 $55雞肉juicy 雞皮爽口 分量十足 最有驚喜係個醬汁 醬油裡面加左檸檬葉定香茅味 超級清新 停唔到唔到口 珍姐咖喱羊排飯 $85份量十足 懷疑兩個人食都得😂😆羊肉嫩滑帶油香 咖喱屬於椰奶重嘅果種 同辣味剛剛balance 好 好好食薄荷檸檬茶 $20清新 解膩 不過就冰較多 但可以接受成餐飯 都感受到店家嘅誠意 驚喜滿滿未食完已經期待下次再黎☺️值得推薦嘅lunch

🚩中環上班族飯店 真正的香港味🚩📍 珍姐海鮮火鍋飯店在中環上班的朋友,一定對「珍姐」毫不陌生。這間位於蘭桂坊旁的餐廳,晚市主打火鍋,午市則為茶餐廳格局,主打以中環區來說非常超值的碟頭飯。晚市部分時段的預約長期爆滿,可説是一席難求。午市雖然不開放預訂,但門外經常有一條長長的人龍,想要食到的話,就必須要有足夠恆心和耐力。你會問為求一頓飯付出那麼多是否值得?我會説,帶着這麼高的期望進去,出來的時候我依然覺得這個午餐絕對要推薦給大家。🍴老蘭嫩牛蔥油撈麵 ($85)先要說,這裏的午餐價錢可説是逆天,最平只需$55就有一碟雞飯,別忘記這裏可是香港的中心商業地帶,亦難怪能吸引這麼多上班族前來。這次難得來到,我試了它的嫩牛撈麵,選擇這個的原因主要考慮到它晚市做火鍋,想必牛肉的質素會有一定保證。結果不出所料,牛肉如其名非常嫩口,肉質亦不錯,最重要是牛味都充足,果然是馳名火鍋的名單。雖然只點了例牌的分量,但一點也不會覺得不夠喉,正常食量的女仔應該會覺得剛好。不過要留意,所謂嫩牛就是把牛肉煮到半熟狀態,接受不了非全熟牛的朋友就可能不適合了。撈麵的醬汁亦調較得恰好,不會過鹹。值得一提,午市的大部分飲品都在$20內,其中普通奶茶亦只要$10,比許多地道茶餐廳還要便宜。除了食物好味,店內氣氛亦是一流,不斷播放不同年代的流行廣東歌。食客和店員更會不時一起大合唱,在這繃緊煩躁的世界有如此一片輕鬆的樂土,實在難得。

今次終於有時間去中環食珍姐lunch menu~之前我有試過weekend 去,食咗閉門羹。而最開心係我可以試到個拔道腩雞飯,聽聞係off lunch hour 先有!我今次因為唔係lunch hour,所以都唔洗排隊。拔道腩雞飯拔道腩雞飯的雞肉非常嫩滑,肉質鮮美,搭配上特製的醬汁,味道層次分明。米飯吸收了雞肉的鮮汁,出乎咗我對雞飯既想像。珍姐咖喱羊排飯羊排煮得恰到好處,肉質嫩滑,咖喱醬香氣撲鼻,咖喱亦唔會太辣,反而有一種溫和的香甜感,讓羊肉的味道更加突出。再加埋米飯,真係好正。

中環食到50幾蚊一個飯算平呀,仲要係好食!雖然餐牌選擇唔多,但就貴精不貴多,試過佢哋個拔道腩雞飯同封門柳豬油撈麵,兩個都好食。唔怪得長期要排隊。餐廳裝修好有香港茶記特色,所有佈置同擺設都好有心思,想像到如果夜晚喺度打邊爐一定好有氣氛。唯一係啲侍應比較有個性,有次同同事一行3人,都過咗1點半先去,人龍唔算長,同埋啲枱都開始清緊,目測有兩張冇人嘅4人卡位,我地問侍應我哋可唔可以入去坐,佢堅持要我哋等,我哋心諗,啲人1位嚟食嘢,你都要佢搭枱㗎啦,我地都知要搭枱,咁點解唔俾我哋3個入呢?而且後面都冇4人等位,好奇怪。然後我哋再三要求,個侍應先至好晦氣咁俾我哋入座。雖然每次去都覺得佢地啲嘢食係ok,但佢地侍應啲態度都令我卻步,所以其實次次都係飯腳們話去我先去!不過講句公道說話,呢個價錢呢個食物質素,中環嚟講係算CP值高嘅。
