以前我系又一城间 queen’s cafe 嘅常客,今次特意去到南区试呢间重新开业嘅 queen’s cafe。明显比以前又一城𠮶间细咗好多,门面同装修就几好,服务同卫生满意,星期日夜晚入座一半都冇。我同另一半各人叫咗一客晚市套餐,我就叫咗西冷牛扒,我嘅另一半就叫咗牛柳配鹅肝,两者都7成熟。另有面包同经典罗宋汤。罗宋汤可谓 queen’s cafe 嘅经典,水准得到保持,但d面包好硬,难以下咽。西冷牛扒我觉得唔错,同以前水准持平,但个牛柳好厚,好老又干,小d牙力都唔得,有d令人失望。两个人最后接近800蚊埋单,希望餐厅可以正视水准下滑嘅问题,唔好败坏咗 queen’s cafe 嘅声誉。 继续阅读

刚喺呢个新商埸睇完戏想食埋晚饭, 行过见到呢度有间皇后饭店,记得上次去皇后饭店都已经是十年八年前嘅事。当时我最喜欢食佢哋嘅《罗宋汤》,《焗猪扒饭》,《薯仔沙律拼俄国杂锦火腿》。 今次咁有缘见返呢间港式俄国西餐厅, 都想再回味吓佢哋做嘅焗猪扒饭。因有点倦,最后决定外卖一份焗猪饭回家食。 等候焗猪制作时睇吓餐厅个menu,食物款式选择唔多,餐牌上依然保留餐厅过往出名菜式,食物定价进取, 一份牛扒餐,算上平均$3xx几, 对我来说, 这个价钱我可在其他餐厅有更好选择。个焗猪扒饭睇落唔错, 茄蓉汁配上大量蕃茄青豆等配料 ,调味得宜,味道甜甜酸酸 。 猪扒薄切煎香,松化软淋够入味。 炒饭底干身唔太油,加上汁酱,猪扒一切食, 好味,旧时食过嘅回亿味道返晒嚟。呢个焗猪扒饭仍算出色。 继续阅读

I recall always passing by this restaurant in north point though have never had a chance visiting it. Was tempted to try the baked pork rice on the menu so we had a go.Lunch set— $130 with soup and drinks. It’s pretty pricey in my opinion, given that the quality is not rather outstanding. First up with their soup, I personally find the borscht akin to the typical ones you’d get from a Hongkongese western diner. Nice to find plenty of veggies and even a bit of beef brisket in the soup, plus it tasted somewhat spicy (I found some chopped chilli too). However, the complimentary buns (butter buns) were quite stiff for chewing. It would be better to dip the buns into the soup I guess.The curry with rice was of typical quality similar to what you’d get from fast food restaurants. For the baked pork rice, the taste was not as great as I had anticipated. Apparently, the rice was not fried (but somehow they did mix it with eggs to make it look as if it was fried hahah). The pork was rather bland too, relying on the sauce (kinda ample) to give its flavours. It was a colourful dish with little chunks of veggies (e.g onions, carrots, celery) but not worthy of $130 in my opinion. 继续阅读

在黄竹坑食夜晚饭,之前都谂过想食皇后餐厅,今日平日冇乜人走入去试一次,入到去睇到餐牌其实好似选择唔多,同埋价钱好似有一点贵…..最后选择左个牛尾,佢可以选择白饭同意粉,就要左个意粉(但凉的),另外一个海鲜意粉…当晩得三四台客,比较清静… 牛尾来到其实入到口,但系最难接受系得三旧牛尾(两粒细一旧大)大家都知牛尾中间系旧骨,可想而知根本碟牛尾冇肉食,仲要$250未计+1😅😅😅海鲜意粉就正常发挥….OK嘅, 但同出边一般的餐厅冇乜分别,另外叫咗两杯Mocha , 正常价钱40几蚊, 但杯野真的不理想😅😅所以只此一次,下不为例⋯⋯同以往铜锣湾的皇后餐厅相比真系差劲了.如果都系咁,半年应该难维持㖞⋯⋯今晚两个人食咗$660,真系都几贵,唔值…..🙈 继续阅读

已经开了差不多一年的皇后餐厅,最近终于有幸去尝一尝,平常午饭时间的时候总是大排长龙的皇后餐厅,今次终于鼓起了耐性去等待。原来他是有最出名的一款午饭其中就是那个焗猪扒饭,他配合一个餐就会有一杯嘢饮送。如果说猪扒饭是周围的快餐店都有得吃的话,这里的猪扒饭真的对得起他的价钱,虽然比起其他地方或快餐店的猪扒饭,感觉上价钱相对贵了一点,但他的味道真的不是盖的。非常浓厚的茄汁味及很厚的猪扒,配上白饭真的令人非常之开胃。 继续阅读
