第一道𩠌系花甲,都几大只,望落去就知道好新鲜。呢度有专人帮我哋用蒸气火锅焗同埋计时,唔够时间侍应哥哥就会嚟帮我哋停咗个脑仲会帮我哋分配埋啲海鲜,唔使惊主导啲海鲜老晒。等一阵就食得,啲花甲真系好肥美,仲食到有少少海水鲜味。啲虾真系好新鲜,放入个蒸气锅入面仲扎扎跳,虾肌肉结实弹牙。鲍鱼就预先切开一半等佢容易啲熟,有专人帮我哋handle嘅好处就系唔会焗到Over晒,如果鲍鱼Over咗就会太韧,依家啱啱熟啱啱好。呢度嘅墨鱼滑味道唔错,入面仲有墨鱼肉粒。个扇贝超正,尤其是底下嘅粉丝吸晒扇贝嘅鲜味,食落特别好味。因为同行朋友唔食牛,所以老板好好帮我哋将其中一份牛转咗做猪肉。食到尾声蒸一个鸡,而且有好多配料。最后就梗系锅底嘅粥底啦,煮咗咁多海鲜再加埋只蒸鸡,吸收晒食材嘅精华,啖粥特别鲜味。

几年前食过, 今日又再食,保持到高水准,抵赞!拣左龙虾肥牛餐。花甲,海虾(放入锅时仍跳紧),元贝都好鲜甜。龙虾爽口,要加少许调味更好。肉类例如牛肉同猪肉都好食。南瓜粟米粥低吸晒神随,紧系好正。餐前小食最爱酸瓜,仲有杞子菊花元肉茶下火。

Some relatives and friends came from far away and wanted to bring him a taste of fresh food. Steam hot pot started to flourish a few years ago. I have eaten at different restaurants. Unfortunately, there are not many good ones, and some of them have closed. I found this place on openrice and saw so many good reviews. Let's try it. It should be noted that the shop entrance is located in Man Yuen Street.There is chrysanthemum and wolfberry tea. The tea tastes so sweet that you can’t help but drink one cup after another. Appetizers have peanuts, potato strips and carrot cucumber. The potato strips are savory, the carrot and cucumber are sweet and sour, attracting people to eat. We chose the lobster beef meal. Mussels, shrimp, lobster, scallops, squid, beef, lobster, insect fungus, winter mushrooms and red dates chicken are all fresh and delicious. Basically all eat food freshness! The lobster meat itself has no seasoning, slightly bland, but the meat is bouncy, with shrimp paste, even the shrimp legs are open for easy eating, worthy of praise. The final pumpkin rib congee at the bottom of the pot absorbs all the 'sun and moon essence', so you have to pack it up and take it away.

这间小店的海鲜新鲜度有惊喜,专人serve的粥底打边炉确实系唔错。调味料简简单单只有三款。饮住啤酒等食,呢只德国麦啤几香几好饮。第一样海鲜系花甲第二样就系虾,d虾都几新鲜,蒸嘅时候扎扎跳,不过就有啲残忍。第三样系龙趸,有啲肉有啲骨咁啦,又唔系全部畀晒肉你第四样系扇贝,粒带子超级巨型而且肉质都几新鲜第五样系龙虾,一人半只,啲肉好厚好新鲜第六样系手切牛肉第七样系手打墨鱼滑第八样系虫草花蒸鸡,呢个几好食,估唔到咁样蒸法d鸡肉都几入味最后就系吸引晒全部海鲜精华嘅粥,完美。

虫草花红枣冬菇蒸鸡。呢道菜用咗新鲜嘅鸡件、虫草花、红枣同冬菇蒸制而成,系一道滋补又美味嘅菜式。等咗大约10分钟左右啦咁样,虫草花红枣冬菇蒸鸡就上枱喇。鸡件嘅颜色金黄,表面油光锃亮,睇起嚟好吸引。一打开煲盖,就闻到阵阵嘅虫草花同红枣嘅香味。之后呢咁我哋就夹咗件鸡肉试食。个D鸡肉好嫩滑,啖啖肉,而且仲有阵淡淡嘅虫草花香味。入面既红枣甜而不腻,仲有既冬菇都系鲜味十足配得好好。个汤底都好清甜,真系好滋补。
