每次去都選擇困難症發作,因為實在好多款式,樣樣都想食,而且樣樣都真心好好食!去過N次都仲覺得有新鮮感。記得第一次食豚肉定食,係有驚嘆的感覺,香脆的半肥瘦豬肉,配上圓轆轆香甜既日本米,正!仲有炸雞同咖喱吉豬,皮脆肉嫩,而且份量超大,好抵食。服務很好,侍應會主動幫你斟茶,態度很友善。餐廳設訂座安排,係午餐約同事去Happy Lunch最佳選擇。

黑豚正常發揮 湯底仲會有少少菜可以配搭齊食 成碗麵食落去非常解膩 去到最後仲飲晒成個湯底🤤
湯底清爽嘅程度係令人驚嘆🌟

天婦羅炸皮唔會過厚 食落都係唔會太油膩 好食的👍🏻

🍴明太子玉子燒 ($98)
佢哋嘅明太子唔係非常重味嘅明太子
只係帶有輕微嘅辣味 小朋友都啱食~
睇相就會見到一夾第一快玉子係出晒香噴噴嘅煙😚
建議將玉子配搭埋旁邊嘅蘿蔔蓉一齊食就最好~
題外話 個人認為佢哋嘅玉子燒喺香港嚟講算係高質素 不過始終都係酒場個個最好食🤤

餐廳都係居酒屋嘅形式做唔同嘅菜式
其實佢哋仲有提供唔同湯底嘅烏冬 例如雞白湯😙
同埋都有佢哋自家創作嘅一品烏冬
雖然佢哋嘅烏冬style並唔係小妹最鍾意嗰款
但係都好有返咗日本嘅感覺啊🥹

成棟大廈都係餐廳嘅集中地,但只有兩部lift,各自上唔同嘅樓層,所以晚飯時間要預多少少時間。呢度當然係主打稻庭烏冬,可以揀冷烏冬、沾烏冬同埋湯烏冬。另外都有刺身同埋串燒可以選擇。黎到係有啲失望,雞肉只有兩舊仔,好細粒,最多嘅係牛蒡、淮山同腐皮,湯底係濃濃嘅牛蒡味,感覺...健康。烏冬雖然幼,但依然保持韌度,係唔錯嘅👍🏻炸蝦天婦羅係另外加嘅。明太子非常鹹,加埋蛋食都溝淡唔到,有啲失望,唔會再叫。

又來了今次是要疊埋心水來吃雜炊的說了好多次😆當然也不能少了沙律做前菜蟹肉牛油果🥑豆腐沙律 $128個人喜好的喜歡喜歡牛油果 喜歡豆腐 喜歡蟹蟹這碟沙律就這樣一次過滿足了我三個願望雞肉雞白湯雜炊 $98晚上吃那麼多殿粉質..還是同一句的自我安慰「間中一次沒事的」好多料啊而且雞白湯底真的很香夠晒味也不會因為濃而令人感到口渴不過原來一個人晚上吃一鍋粥是有點太多的😅整體而言一樣好啊這裡大概也是在下的信心安心保證是值得一去再去三去的餐廳

尖沙咀食lunch有太多選擇,日日都諗到頭痛,突然想食烏冬就搵到呢間,menu好多野選擇,我都諗左好耐,最後就俾呢個吉列海老吸引左,唔係講笑,好大隻,賣相好吸引,食落勁脆而且個炸粉唔係厚身,同出面相比差好多,平時出面食親都勁厚炸粉搞唔掂,吉列野應該都好出色,下次要試下吉列豬。

稻庭養助一共有兩間分店,另一間係紅磡區,都係由日本人主理的。假日都多人,等位大約要15分鐘,都唔算好耐。聽朋友說烏冬勁好食,那當然必點啦,揀來揀去,最後叫左個一口牛肉烏冬加小食,小食係忌廉蟹餅。首先講下忌廉蟹餅,食落好似即炸,新鮮滾熱辣,忌廉味道好濃郁好creamy,同一時間好香蟹味,兩樣加埋一齊,一級棒!一口牛肉烏冬,牛肉係燒過既,香味十足,再配上幼滑的烏冬,真係食到唔停得口,而且烏冬份量足,實食得飽。稻庭養助係一間出色亦值得推介嘅烏冬店

近期多翻好多演唱會!fatpig上個禮拜都去咗睇jayfung😍😍咁去enjoy個concert之前就一定要醫好個肚😋😋今次就去到黃埔嘅一間日本居酒屋🏮!入面嘅侍應好似都識講日文,然後又見到幾台客都係日本人🤣食之前諗都應該正宗掛😂-🍜黑豚豚肉薄切熱湯烏冬 $138真係fatpig第一次食咁樣嘅湯底!啱啱上嘅時候覺得會唔會太清🤣得幾塊豚肉然後淨麵咁,唔知佢夠唔夠味😳 但係一飲個湯底發覺係有驚喜!佢係幾鮮甜,而且聽講佢嘅烏冬都係手打,所以比較幼身啲。就連Fatpig平時鍾意食開粗烏冬嘅都覺得OK可以嘗試吓👍 同埋佢配咗一個好細碟嘅牛蒡🤔個個幾好食!爽脆又帶少少甜,作為開胃小菜一流😋不過講真個肉嘅份量係唔夠嘅,雖然一開頭入口個湯係幾鮮甜,不過食到最後都有啲寡… 所以建議叫返多啲嘢😂overall都ok嘅好味指數😋:7.5/10服務指數💆🏻‍♂️:7/10Cp值💓:7/10人均消費💰:$130Encore: 諗諗🤔️

真係fatpig第一次食咁樣嘅湯底!啱啱上嘅時候覺得會唔會太清🤣得幾塊豚肉然後淨麵咁,唔知佢夠唔夠味😳 但係一飲個湯底發覺係有驚喜!佢係幾鮮甜,而且聽講佢嘅烏冬都係手打,所以比較幼身啲。就連Fatpig平時鍾意食開粗烏冬嘅都覺得OK可以嘗試吓👍 同埋佢配咗一個好細碟嘅牛蒡🤔個個幾好食!爽脆又帶少少甜,作為開胃小菜一流😋不過講真個肉嘅份量係唔夠嘅,雖然一開頭入口個湯係幾鮮甜,不過食到最後都有啲寡… 所以建議叫返多啲嘢😂overall都ok嘅

堅魚沙律三人份刺身冷盤沒什麼特別不過, 熱盤卻十分有驚喜明太子玉子燒很軟滑, 必食!!燒鯖魚很香口, 必食!! 大阪燒很香脆, 必食!!雞肉烏冬很彈口!!!鰻魚炊飯很暖胃!!!

成日都見到太子集團中心午飯或者晚餐時間排晒長龍等入lift, 覺得上面d餐廳可能吾錯,今日約左朋友吃午餐,就試下呢間日本菜。餐牌有好多好多選擇!真係唸左一陣食咩好,最後叫左個特上便當,見到五顏六色,好豐富咁。便當有四格,有燒鯖魚,中規中矩,鯖魚點整都係差不多味道。仲炸蝦天婦羅同野菜天婦羅,天婦羅仲係熱辣辣,應該係即炸,吾錯吾錯。另外有燒牛肉,我覺得一般,牛肉比較鞋,可能燒得內左。刺身有兩片呑拿魚,一片油甘魚同一隻甜蝦,見到都吾係特別厚切,味道還好。呢個價錢,我覺得可以有其他選擇。

燒鯖魚冷烏冬 Grilled Mackerel with Cold Udon $138


Compared to last time, there are a few differences. This time, there is significantly less broth and the broth is also not as cold. This was a bit disappointing as the broth is my favorite part and laving less means the noodles are more crowded in the bowl and hard to loosen them up. The tepid broth means it lacks the refreshing element to it and doesn’t slide down your throat as nicely.


The udon noodles are still bouncy, silky and delicious. I especially love the crunchy assortment of lettuce and cabbage to eat alongside the noodles. A great balance of texture! Moreover, the grated radish adds another layer of texture and flavor to the broth.


As for the mackerel, maybe I didn’t notice it before (as I was too enamored by the broth) but it is quite fishy (聲) and not in the good way. The core of each piece is also slightly mushy which concerns me. But this is very minimal and can be easily overlooked. There are also a lot of bones so be careful when eating them! The pieces are quite big so 3 is very sufficient.


On a side note, their inari sushi was unavailable today so they gave us a Japanese pudding cup instead. I was very disappointed as I love their inari. Mine was a lemon pudding which was way too sweet and since they served it with the meal, it was not cold when I ate it. My friend’s was a black sugar pudding which is so much better and really delicious. Creamy with a caramel sweetness that’s not too sweet. Only wish they gave it to us after we finish.


The side of pickled radish was also greatly reduced. Why?🤨

香蔥玉子燒 $88


I also got to try the tamagoyaki this time, which was not available last time. This spring onion one is their most basic and cheapest one.


The egg itself is soft with a slightly gooey center which is ideal. It is definitely not the fluffiest and airiest tamagoyaki I’ve ever had (that was at Kyoto oden MASA) but still fluffy enough to be tasty and bouncy.


The spring onions add a nice flavor and dimension to the otherwise dull omelet and even provides a delicious and pungent aroma. The crispness of it pairs great with the soft egg.


They also serve this with some soy sauce seasoned grated radish. The radish is definitely not necessary as I enjoyed it more by itself but gives it some texture and prevents each bite from being the same.


There are 6 thick(ish) pieces and they are made fresh every time. When you pick them up, you can see the steam rushing to get out!

海鮮蕃茄湯烏冬Seafood Tomato Soup Udon $188


This time I tried their signature Inaniwa udon in a hot broth to see if it is as good as their cold one.


The udon noodles are still springy and silky but it doesn’t have a firm bite and ‘Al dente’ like texture to it. People who like soft noodles will enjoy this.


The tomato soup is the real star. So rich and savory with a mild sweetness to balance it out. I especially love the bits of tomato’s in the broth that has been cooked long and slow that it has been caramelized and become little plumps of sweetness. The consistency is thin but costs the spoon and you can tell they use fresh tomatoes. I also love the various vegetables in the broth, the cabbage and carrots are crunchy and crisp. Very refreshing to have with the soft noodles.


The seafood is the most disappointing part of this dish. The shrimp is all tiny and over cooked, nothing like the photo on the menu. The scallops are also small and tough. The clams are very sandy and fishy. You can tell the seafood they use for this is not fresh nor the best quality. However, they compensate by giving you lots of it.


I do not recommend this dish and recommend getting their other toppings for this soup. $188 is not worth for this quality of seafood as only the noodles and soup is good.


I forgot to mention this in my last review but each udon set comes with a inari sushi and pickled radish. The inari sushi may be the best part of the deal after the soup and noodles. The rice is soft with a tad chewiness and very flavorful. The tofu pocket is chewy and soaked in a soy sauce marinade. Perfect combination with the rice. The pickled radish is crunchy and a bit spicy, I just wished it was served colder as it would be more crisp.

💬 Overall, highly recommend this soup base but definitely not with the seafood. I will come back for their cold udon because I personally like the firm and glossy texture more but this was not bad.
