Our crew is always hunting for lunch spots near Tai Kwun. I’ve heard about this vegan ramen shop for so long as some coworkers highly recommended it before. It closed its business before, just to find that it reopens this summer in 2025. The menu looks great. Set lunch was decent and as we tried, the taste and quality were just as good! It is a good spot to drop by for a delish lunch break. However, be prepared to experience a lack of attentive service as their staffing seemed to be insufficient recently. Perhaps I’ll visit during non-peak hours.

喺香港食到出色既日式素面😋你可以选择素食拉面（可以走葱）仲可以食到出色嘅关东煮同埋素食天妇罗 🫶🏼好味嘅素食汤底由黑松露蕃茄南瓜等等好开心佢哋时间两三年之后系中环可以返新舖❤️虽然楼坐位唔多 细细，但坐得好舒服呢 。日式吧枱嘅设计 围住师傅煮嘢食 好chill 好似去左日本可以食到香港难得嘅日式素菜拉面，又可以食到关东都有关东煮食。而且Sapporo 啤酒 卖$40下 仲有成600mL一太正啦罢😆😆仲好有诚意咁系用冰杯架我无嘢讲😆

我们于24/3（一）约上午十一时五十五分左右到达，餐厅开十二点，老板都见到我们，同行人问可否入去坐住先，老板叫我们等阵😔🙂↔️之后十二时，我们再问可否入去，老板先话你哋入嚟啰。（服务态度有待改善‼️)我们叫了一个午市定食，一个单点汤面🍜。❶午市定食（$148）四菇浓汤面🍜关东煮🍢：有细蒟蒻、红萝卜块🥕、炸豆腐、𤠣头菇自家制手工前菜两份：细冷蕃茄及冷豆腐精选茶品：麦茶（要自己斟）是日甜品：我们吃到尾声，最后要去问老板，佢先话冇😰❷单点汤面（$78）南瓜黄椒浓汤面🍜🫠🫠其实2碗汤面材料一样，menu上写有：紫菜、豆卜、木耳、粟米、海藻、日本豆苗、葱花、溏心蛋半枚。不过我们2碗都没有葱花🤨，而材料也不算很多。甚至乎觉得比一些网上评论的少。😪还有，老板掉换了定食与单点的盘子，我们要互相掉番岩🤫（对客人各自叫的餐点并不上心‼️)老板真系贯穿香港服务态度🤗虽然不用加一，但食物一般，价格稍贵，服务态度欠奉，不过尔尔不会encore

满期待山长水远过嚟捧场，因此店关了好一段时间。。新地方人多，地方少，味道好，但人手严重不足，当日只有一人，等了半小时才能点歺。想过去bar 枱点，被叫停，说会过嚟下单，但半小时𢓭帮了迟来的人先点…最后还是要回bar 枱点…问问老板定食内容，他只说就如歺牌写著啰，很有艺术家架子。虽然好食，但应不会再来受气了。如此美味.. 可惜。味道不能盖过一切，就算多好食，也不是来受气的。小朋友也等到很肚饿，很不耐烦。

Went there for dinner, where no minimum charge was specified, queued up for around half an hour but the shopkeeper was too busy to take care of us; Personally I don't mind waiting for good dining experience understanding the resto was one-man band. However, better/ polite attitude was expected. Too rude when compared to other vegetarian restaurants. He had a long face when we ordered two a la carte, and questioned impolitely if we are only taking these; Yet, I don't think it's appropriate to assume everyone could get a full dinner set with NO heads up reminder, it's important to have clear rules up front. After all, food was simple and normal, could be a good option for vegetarians if craving for warm noodles but maybe not on a busy weekend night.
