幫襯咗屋企附近呢間蛋糕小店已經5年,由最初嘅檸檬撻到後來的各款生日蛋糕,從沒令人失望過。而且蛋糕款式不斷創新,做工嚴謹,選料新鮮,連唔鍾意食cream嘅朋友都舔晒,返轉頭要我幫手再訂。尋日又去攞生日蛋糕,栗子蓉嘅設計係跟我特別要求,因為早到咗,師傅仲係廚房唧緊栗子蓉,跟住見到佢著住白雪雪嘅西廚制服,攞住寫好嘅生日牌出來俾我過目。夜晚食完大餐,但個蛋糕都係幾分鐘落肚,連托盤上嘅栗子蓉都俾人刮到乾乾淨淨,睇怕下次要訂大一倍先夠喉。

想試呢間開咗好耐嘅店好耐,終於喺堅尼地城食完晚飯過咗嚟買好靚嘅紫番薯蛋糕($43)。 外面係紫色嘅紫番薯mousse,高高嘅塔身,裏面係紫番薯海綿蛋糕,味道淡淡唔會太甜,都算不錯的。

💜💛💚♥️🍰🧁🥮 朋友出院後想食鮮果蛋糕,經過買了這個。😅經過門口時,正考慮是否買這一間的餅時,店員殷勤地打開了門,介紹店內的產品。一位勤的的員工,是店鋪的關鍵。 紅桑子撻果撻而言,價錢不貴,只是$38。賣相漂亮,紅桑子排得整齊吸引,又大粒,又新鮮。味道不酸,但亦不特別甜。中間餡料是吉士,滑而不膩,牛油皮沒有牛油味及麵粉味,但鬆化。 Friend discharges from hospital and wants to have a fresh fruit cake, however, I buy the raspberry tart instead. The outlook is attractive, and it is only cost $38. The raspberries are arranged nicely, fresh and large, not specially sweet but also not sour. The filling is the custard. The cookie base does not rich in either butter or flour flavor, but still crusty.

呢一間甜餅舖頭喺西環都相當之出名,啱啱朋友經過,就買咗兩件俾我試吓味啦。一款係紅桑子,令一款係石板街朱古力。睇甜品嘅外表就知道手工有幾精緻,石板街朱古力上面鋪上好多棉花糖,而棉花糖上面配有脆皮朱古力,甜品師傅冇用到朱古力醬,令到甜品嘅賣相維持得非常完好。食落去朱古力味都幾重,而且唔會太甜太流,不過我就嫌中間內層冇乜層次感。另一款紅桑子就相對地比較清新少少,撻上既擺放都相當考究,唔會話食完一粒其他就跌晒落地下。呢款撻點中間有一層吉士醬,幾好味!但個牛油撻皮呢就有少少太乾身,食完就需要飲啖水啦!總括來講,都係一間有水準嘅西餅店。

It was my first time trying cake from this shop as my friend was the one who decided on the cake and I was surprised by how beautiful the colours were 😆 the strawberries were sweet and the sweetness of the sponge cake was just right would recommend this bakery for those in the western district!
