6月11日 小弟同frd想試下食越南野於是就去呢間野。一入去搵個位坐低之後有位年約50餘歲,黑色頭髮佩戴眼鏡,駝駝地背既waitress好人換座位,之後換咗個搭臺位忙時間明既~! 但我個frd個頭被牆身既櫃頂住阻唔方便,再同女waitress講想調去其他位,但佢竟然冇理我... 再用好粗聲既語氣問我地食咩? 成個落單過程好似呼喝咁對我地~!我地落咗9號同11號餐(仲未嗌野飲既)。 但點知途中,個女waitress竟然自行去咗同佢同事講:「妖,仲未得佢地揀個餐都咁 X 耐!」並將佢寫既手抄單撕走。當時我地兩個果刻唔知俾咩反應,呆L 咗。之後我地舉手想嗌返冇叫到既野飲,點知又係我條waitress見到走埋黎問:「要咩?!」我話加返頭先杯野飲,我即刻情緒病上身話:「啱啱等你咁耐又唔出聲,冇呀而家重新落單啦,麻煩!」,之後將手寫單好大力咁「砰」一聲放係我張臺度,果時連我對面搭臺見到呢情況都搖咗下頭,果刻我地真係好L驚~! 唔知佢情緒會唔會控制唔到。 D野到咗都食唔落...食到成肚火!又驚之後返公司同事吹水傾開,佢地都遭遇過呢間野既良好服務! 話說有位同事落單果陣都係俾一位戴眼鏡既waitress 熱情對待! 當時佢叫一杯熱檸茶,但果位waitress送來時好大力地放上臺面,令那杯熱茶3份之1倒濕臺面上,果waitress竟然扮唔知冇理到,就走咗.....講返野食:食物一般冇咩特別,湯底都係落味精,飲品不時唔係過淡就有陣異味。整體黎講一個字:差! 根本唔會有下次!

作為在中環的上班族,四出尋找美食已經成為興趣,雖然在中上環的地段,但仍有不少價廉物美的選擇,就像這間越南牛肉粉專門店已經值得一再到訪。晚餐時段過倒來是頭一回,但餐牌全日都一樣,而且全日免收加一,實在是作為客人的一大福音。這次選了Set C人氣小食套餐,包括一份主食、一份小食和一杯飲品。越南牛肉粉專門店的食物價錢經濟而且夠大份,在中環能夠吃到這麼有誠意的越南菜實屬難得。小食方面選了水晶香茅豬肉米紙卷,即叫即做,沾上越式的魚露份外滋味。米紙不會太厚或太黏,半透明地包裹著滿滿的配料,香茅豬肉還是熱騰騰的,未覺很油膩,配合香葉和配料吃下去感覺得別清新,口感豐富。主食方面選了魚露雞翼撈檬,沒想到雞翼竟然是雞全翼,還要有兩隻!實在誠意十足,而且撈檬份量很多,實在比我預期中的份量要多,大滿足!檬粉軟硬適中,配合生菜絲和蘿蔔絲,還有香蔥和花生碎,這就是正宗的越南撈檬。冰冰涼涼的感覺很適合最近鬱悶濕熱的天氣,實在令人大快朵頤。雞全翼是燒的,表皮燒得剛剛好,帶點微微的燒焦感,正所謂「燒雞翼,我自細鍾意食!」,我亦不例外,對於燒雞翼真的有份情意結。皮烤得外脆,而裡面的肉質還是很嫩滑,燒的時間拿捏得剛刪好,很巧妙。飲品方面點了椰汁冰,味道沒甚麼特別,如果可以濃一點會更好,因為本身只是剛好的味道,待吃畢食物後再喝的時候冰已經溶化了,所以味道相應地變得淡了不少,有點失色。最後不得不提的是看見其他食家都有反映的問題,就是店員的服務態度。店員都是以中年女性為主,態度真的有點粗豪,對客人的態度有時帶點呼喝,加上店員在空閒時經常自顧自地在大聲聊天,當中更包含不少粗言穢語,作為客人真的覺得這樣不太好,在這點實在扣了不少分,但食物美味和價錢經濟的優點還是值得再次光顧的。

一向都覺得依間既撈檬平靚正又啱我口味12點幾去到,排左15分鐘左右就有位但今日個服務真係差得好誇張全程都係呼呼喝喝咁一坐低就望到對面嗰個既拼盤,好豐富好吸引轉左新餐牌,但內容大致上同之前都一樣,得幾樣係新屎忽痕就試左個新嘢:沙嗲雞鎚撈檬 $55以為係沙嗲嚟撈😂😂😂點知又係普通既撈檬好彩依到個撈檬食咁多次都仲覺得係好食既唔太酸,又夠味不過個雞鎚無沙嗲味食完成餐飯都搵唔到同沙嗲有關既嘢最最最最嬲就係我嗌左走蔥,佢比個碗仔我叫我自己挑走佢咁我使乜嗌走葱啫一個撈檬連凍飲都係$57價錢可接受,份量又夠只係個服務真係太太太太太差

今天早上11:45到達餐廳,場地的服務員有的和同事談笑風生、有的再把玩自己的手機,要點菜的時候他們不瞅不睬!今天結果點了D餐火車頭牛河配檸檬酸梅飲品和C餐生熟牛河加越南春卷配港式飲品熱菜蜜。送上餐的時候服務員把食物和飲品飛到枱上服務期差!火車頭牛河和生熟牛河只跟些少薄荷葉和芽菜數條:有的像芽菜價錢特別貴所以不願意提供多一點!更重要是越南河的神粹是要跟青檸和魚露⋯⋯可惜他們沒有給予任何青檸,向他們索取魚露他們竟然說需要港幣$5一少許!收費單又亂寫一通,好像是當你遊客一般!而且早上11:45地上已經是鋪滿了倒瀉的湯、飲品、污水、食物!

We went over to this hole-in-the-wall kind of Vietnamese pho restaurant for a lunch for 2 people, the atmosphere was dingy & dark despite it being in the middle of the day - however, the only thing worse than the worn-out interior decor and questionable sanitary conditions of the cutlery was the service attitude of the ladies walking around yelling at people in Cantonese. I ordered a young "fresh" coconut, and what got served to me was anything but. There were marks of black discolouration around where the coconut was cut open, and one sip was enough to tell me it was way past its "best serve before" date. I tried to kindly ask the waitress that I am not going to pay for this expired and dangerous coconut but something must have been lost in translation. Lo-and-behold, the coconut did end up on my bill anyway - the waitress all of a sudden has lost her ability to speak and understand English despite grasping my orders when I placed them in English just moments ago, curious indeed. Would unlikely to recommend this to anyone, I myself would not be here again.
