Shugetsu, a ramen brand hailing from Shikoku, Japan, offers a unique twist on traditional noodles with their focus on tsukemen—cold noodles served alongside a rich dipping sauce. As soon as I entered the restaurant, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, complemented by the attentive service of the staff, who were genuinely caring throughout my visit. I ordered the grilled pork tsukemen, excited to experience the flavors that Shugetsu has become known for. The noodles, made from fresh flour daily, were indeed well-prepared, with a nice chewiness that is characteristic of good tsukemen. However, the dish itself was somewhat underwhelming. While the dipping sauce was flavorful, I expected it to be more robust given the hype surrounding the restaurant. The grilled pork, while tender, didn’t quite elevate the dish to the level I had anticipated. To add a twist to my experience, the staff initially served me the wrong noodles. However, they handled the mistake with grace, not only apologizing but also promptly correcting the order without any fuss. This level of attentive service made a positive impact on my overall experience. It’s clear that the staff at Shugetsu genuinely care about their customers and strive to ensure satisfaction. While the food was good, it didn’t quite live up to the expectations set by the restaurant's reputation. If you find yourself in the area, Shugetsu is worth a visit for a taste of their unique offerings, but I wouldn’t necessarily recommend making a special trip to Central just for the ramen. Overall, it’s a pleasant experience with caring service, but perhaps not the culinary revelation some might hope for.

本身我不定期都會去周月🌙幫襯,算係常客。不過近來先發現佢出左新野,就係和牛🐮壽喜燒🔥沾麵🍜,咁,身為捧場客嘅我,去啦喂。《和牛🐮壽喜燒🔥沾麵🍜》香味 (3/5) - 食過壽喜燒d朋友,可能都會覺得壽喜燒好食歸好食,不過個味道大同小異,特別係個壽喜燒汁,都係鰹魚汁,味醂,醬油嘅組合,係差在甜d定鹹d咁架姐。咁,今次呢個沾汁聞落去,都係嗰陣味 + 牛肉香,算係好聞嘅,不過真心冇乜驚喜囉。沾汁 (4/5) - 雖然,聞落係大路野,食落,周月🌙個秘製醬油真心救左個汁,令佢响壽喜燒汁同牛脂嘅味道中,升級左一個層次,味道有返個性,係好味嘅。另外,佢有d脆粒放响面,睇落似天婦羅碎,不過好快就浸到唔脆了。因為周月個醬油味道好鮮明,一個救左全家,所似都值4分。麵條 (4.5/5) - 有留意開周月嘅朋友,一定知佢自家製麵,粗幼,口感,味道,小麥香,都係一等一。唯一少扣分嘅係,因為佢有比人揀凍食定熱食,而我知道好多人都會推薦食沾麵應該係凍麵配熱湯,不過我偏偏就唔鍾意咁,我覺得熱麵配熱湯更啱我口味。而,因為係熱麵,除非你極快食完,否則,個麵條放耐左少少就會黏埋,夾會有少少煩。配料 (3/5) - 先由主角非佢莫屬嘅部份講起,即係塊和牛。塊和牛肉味係夠,不過可能因為佢應該係用個較稀嘅汁煮熟,而冇刻意去煎香或火炙過,所以肉味足但牛脂味係唔夠。不過,收得呢個錢,有三塊和牛,算佢啦。其它野,白蔥,荀,溏心蛋,就係正正常常啦。溏心蛋本身跟半隻,下面幅圖係影另外叫嘅一隻。整體 - 一試無妨

雖然想試很久,但每次去都總見到有人龍,今次在平日晚餐時間排了大概15分鐘就有位我和朋友分別選了招牌的周月拉麵和周月沾麵拉麵選了淡湯,依然好重鹹鮮味沾麵選了涼麵及濃湯,配合起來非常完美,涼麵可以減輕油膩感,而且吃落去比較彈牙;如果吃到中途覺得太過濃郁,也可以問店員在沾面湯裏追加一些雞湯,所以我個人覺得一開始選濃湯比較好沾面的湯底有一層厚厚的油浮面 ,但吃拉麵大家都預咗是重卡路里,食完今餐再算!🥲 他比平時沾麵湯底更加稀,但是我比較喜歡這種不會太膩的感覺,味道吃得出有醬油及魚的鮮味,非常過癮還可以$17再加一隻糖心蛋

喺麵鮮醬油房周月試咗佢哋嘅兩款招牌麵:和牛沾麵同周月拉麵。和牛沾麵係限定嘅一日只得30本,咁都有機會試決定試吓。和牛沾麵:呢碗麵係用頂級和牛熬煮嘅鮮湯配上彈牙麵條,鮮味突出,和牛肉質鮮嫩,入口即化,令人回味無窮。周月拉麵:周月嘅拉麵彈牙爽滑,湯底濃郁鮮甜,配料豐富,令人食完之後心滿意足。麵鮮醬油房周月嘅麵食質素同環境都唔錯,保持住傳統手工製作嘅風味同質感。佢嘅麵食口感出色,值得一試。期待餐廳繼續保持水準。
