讲真,今次去121 BC唔系一个普通饭局,系一场味蕾旅行啊!餐厅气氛舒服得嚟,坐低就一股欢欣气派扑面而来。无论系呢度嘅家庭式意大利菜,定系佢个款款诱人嘅意粉🍝,每样都系咁吸引我。试咗几款佢哋家嘅热卖菜,分享下我嘅「真·食感」。首先,佢个番茄意粉,简直系太惹味!番茄酸甜得嚟唔腻口,意粉嘅煮工亦都恰到好处。随后试咗佢嘅酥皮焗蚝,简直系脆皮嘅天堂,一啖落去,层次感迫人,蚝肉弹牙,味美汁浓🦪。而不得不提嘅系,121 BC嘅猪肉意大利肠,微辣又惹味,肉质鲜嫩,夹杂埋香辣,啖啖肉实,食落去真系超满足!饭后甜点就黎咗个意外惊喜,光听名都晓得mascarpone软芝士配草莓系咩等级,入口即溶,甜而不腻,同草莓酸甜滋味完美融合,真心推介!总括嚟讲,121 BC嘅美食之旅,简直系离地!每一款小食都有佢咁嘅个性,识食新派意大利菜,一定要试吓!要话形容佢嘅料理,𠮶句「心思思」绝对系此行最贴切嘅形容词啊👌!

一直被餐厅的大吊灯所吸引,于是找了一天晚上品尝晚餐。头盘点了三文鱼刺身,用意式烹调的三文鱼刺身口感清爽,调味亦非常恰当,不错不错。主菜方面,点了pasta 和 wagyu steak,两者的份量不太多,但都叫够两人食。先说pasta,食得出Pasta应该是人手整成的,很有咬口,做得出al dente 🤣,酱汁的配搭亦不错,唯独有些少太咸,但配上白酒的话还能中和吧。至于wagyu steak,medium rare刚刚好,不会太生,外层煎得脆脆的内里肉质非常软稔,锁起了所有肉汁,非常好吃。值得一试。另外值得一提的是,这里的白酒红酒是可以以半枝的形式order的,分量刚刚足够两人饮👍🏻不用order一整枝,以免浪费。总括而言,这间餐厅的菜式是不错的,对得住中环的价钱亦都是对得住中环餐厅的水准,性价比不算太高,可以一试,但未必会回头。

外观,内里装潢绝对称不上系华丽,简朴得黎又好有性格,121BC嘅名气亦比周边嘅餐厅逊色,不过餐厅气氛都几温馨!呢味snow crab and Quinoa salad其实好surprise! 首先雪蟹撕得好幼碎,份量充足,Quinoa有咬口,饱肚得黎唔会好似食饭咁饭气攻心,垫底系茄子蓉,咸咸地,最欣赏嘅系面腌制嘅红菜头同个酱汁,有少少酸酸甜甜,令到一个蟹肉充足嘅沙律突然清新好多,而且酸甜度适中,越食越开胃添!侍应再用心介绍当日主厨推介,其中一样系Sea Bass。喜欢大厨将鱼嘅外皮煎到非常香脆,本身鱼就无咩落调味,偏清淡,加埋旁边的腌左嘅配菜一齐食就刚刚好。呢个Tagliatelle味道方面其实无咩好特别,唯独系个面质好顺滑同埋食得出个面条好新鲜,一问之下,原来系餐厅自家制嘅面条,非常有心!

Two girls are so satisfied with the half portion of each appetiser dishes ,some even won’t be ordered if we chose A la carte menu. Very tasty with the sauces and keep exciting us with new favour. The manager is knowledgable with kinds of wine with positive attitude so we ordered the wine pairing selections. Even though the main dishes are bit too dry (both Lamb rib and fillet) ,the appetisers and desserts are highly recommended! Definitely will come back again!

高质soho小店 超级nice的staff 由头至尾把menu介绍一次 还根据我们的喜好推介菜式 ☺️-我们点了两道头盘和两个意粉 厨师还送了我们一碟小食🥘 全部都好食!1. Yellowfin tuna tartare with watermelon & avocado新鲜吞拿鱼 配西瓜劲清凉 配撘几特别🍄🍄🍄2. Bruschetta of grilled asparagus, homemade ricotta, tomato and basil呢个似西班牙个d toast多d 都几好食 清清地唔heavy 唔错!🍄🍄🍄3. Daily specials: Spaghetti with sea urchin & salmon cod roe (第一张)个味较得好好食 好干身 估唔到用意大利方法煮日本野咁甲 意粉质感都好满意! 4. Tagliatelle, lamb shoulder ragu, portobello mushroom, pecorino呢个就似肉酱 多啲汁 所以两个意粉加埋啱啱好! -其实佢既menu成日转 再去都未必揾得翻呢几样野 不过咁先会keep住想去! 始终系soho区 唔系好好坐 都几嘈 不过食物加翻分!-Cozy restaurant in the hectic Central area - a nice getaway place with amazing Italian cuisine. Talked to the bar tender about their ever changing menu and their ability to innovate (and their passion) really amazed me (seldom find an italian restaurant with such a variety of food portfolio). Favourite dish is the sea urchin & salmon cod roe, never thought those japanese food source can so seamlessly blend into Western Italian dish, i can taste perfectly distinguishable pasta and sea urchin. Well most of the other restos just mix the two stuffs together without caring about the taste. Anyway this restaurant is really a must try!
