18 Grams 最近推出免費升級植物奶🥛優惠，於是前幾天經過Times Square分店時買了一杯培茶Latte🍵，用植物奶🥛取代了牛奶，味道不受影響之餘還更健康，絕對是對奶製品過敏朋友的福音。

As a regular to their Shatin branch, such a let down with CWB one. No wonder they are not busy here. Always enjoyed the coffee at Shatin branch, Used to go every week and also buy bean from there (house blend big wolf). Honestly, the flat white I ordered at Cwb one wasn’t up the standard. I threw it in the end. What a shame coz I love coffee. The balance was off. The bean wasn’t as aromatic at all. Is it becoz of lower patrons flow there l? I hope they look into the consistency across different

Seemed that the craze for pancakes has passed. Got in with no waiting time!We ordered two pancakes, one with strawberries and one with bananas.  Both tasted okay.  The pancakes were quite fluffy.  Liked the one with bananas more.  The bananas were caramelized. Not too sweet. The portion was big enough for a girl. Wanna try the savoury pancake next time. 

18 grams在銅鑼灣有兩間分店，這間在Times Square地庫的Citysuper裡面。鋪頭不大，有四個座位，barista在bar臺裡操作。咖啡選擇black / white都有，調味奶咖也有，有時會有冰滴咖啡供應，個人覺得這裡的𣲙滴咖啡香濃但偏苦小小，也許是當日咖啡豆的關係。奶咖質素都不錯，和街對面的coffee corridor出品水準相若。特別推薦這里的soy milk coffee，豆奶選得好，香濃且亳無豆腥味，更是目前為止本人試過的，唯一可以和咖啡搭配的soy milk。問過店員，是Bonsoy牌的古法生機豆奶，貌似HKTVmall就有售。當然店員沖咖啡的手勢也很不錯。炎炎夏日逛商場累了在這裡小憩一下，嘆杯咖啡都不錯地。

🥤Americano $44以前飲咖啡淨係飲啲有幾甜得幾甜嘅 全部都飲糖水 latte冇糖覺得好怪 而家直情識得欣賞Americano呢種東西🥤無糖無奶 充滿咖啡嘅回甘☕️但又不及espresso苦澀😍喺又熱又眼訓嘅工作天飲返杯 又提神又解渴🧊💦係一種生活態度😌

今日晚飯後行經時代廣場，想找個地方坐坐飲杯飲杯咖啡，唔係美式咖啡，又唔想走得遠，於是行入City Super，見到有間咖啡店在角落，於是就叫咗兩杯冰滴，同朋友喺超級市場隔離嘅枱櫈Hea咗一陣。包裝好吸引，見到其實係好開心嘅，覺得自己好似喺度飲緊酒咁。味道倒沒有什麼，但係咖啡師就真係唔係好了解自己公司嘅產品。我問佢係用乜嘢豆，佢都答唔出，只係話啲豆係佢哋自己blend。買$60一杯咖啡嘅客人很多時候都會比較着重自己買的是什麼，而「自己blend」明顯符合唔到想要嘅答案。有時真係想知道自己飲緊啲乜，作為一間精品咖啡店答唔出呢個問題，我就會評為不合格了。

我好鍾意食pancake，尤其是日本style嘅蘇菲pancake. So naturally, I was really looking forward to try out gram cafe. So much hype after reading the reviews, it’s a franchise from Japan... and so forth. So much HOPE that the gram cafe pancakes were stairways to heaven. Well... in reality, HOPE is in fact the first step of disappointment. Gram cafe most certainly proved this point. 首先，要食佢招牌pancake，要定時11時或下午三時先有得食。冇辦法，鬼叫我自己去之前冇睇清楚，咁就即管試吓食佢啲savory pancake。我朋友唔鍾意食煙肉，想佢玩條腸，佢話一定唔得除非加錢。已經覺得冇癮。叫咗個三文魚avocado pancake. 幾塊pa

在時代廣場Citysuper 內，咁方便的地方竟然有間精品咖啡店，有位坐，又有得睇咖啡師“表演”。店內都有一台冰滴咖啡塔。歇腳或去睇戲前都係好去處。咖啡店不容易寫到200字食評，無得提供評價，唯有自己加“好平公仔”

I love the flat white here, one of my favorite spot for a good cup of takeaway coffee. This is a convenient spot in causeway bay. It’s the bitter kind very rich creamy quality coffee, luvvv it. It’s slightly more expensive than other coffee chains and not as many shops so I treat this as a treat from time to time when I pass by lol I wish they do a bigger cup size as even their large size is smaller than the normal medium size of coffee chain and sometimes all I really need for lunch is a big cu

喺時代廣場的 city'super 買完嘢，搵間 Café 坐低唞一唞。呢間 Café 位於超市中間，只得６個吧位，常常滿座。除咗提供堂食同外賣咖啡以外，仲有咖啡豆供應，我平時經過見到有空位，總會停下飲杯咖啡再走，原因很簡單，因為呢度的咖啡非常好飲😍

一經過門口，就被呢見Café ge 裝修吸引住入到去叫左一個tiramisu，18 grams tiramisu 之後仲叫左2個cake： Matcha cake 同 banana cake18 grams tiramisu系由現大既咖啡整，好濃烈同好香既咖啡味，層次豐富，一定要試下。而Matcha cake 同 banana cake　則細細的一舊Matcha cake的抹茶味道淡了一點，不能勾出抹茶的甘，味道稍為一般。banana cake 味道為剛剛好，唔會太甜

So these little cafes in the middle of supermarkets are a little weird, as they are not the most relaxing places.  The plastic stools at this branch of 18 Grams did nothing to make us any more comfortable, but the coffee was up to standard and we were happy.We ordered two lattes and were given the normal house blend 'Black Sheep'.  It was good.  As normal, strong with pleasant notes that you get from Latin American beans.  Black Sheep is made up of beans from Mexico, India, Costa Rica and Colomb

Visit here again for an after lunch coffee.The flat white here is good with thin but smoothmicrofoam milk and balance espresso shot.Definitely a good choice to avoid after lunch sleepy syndrome.  

Just went to this tiny coffee shop in hot summer.I was asking the barista to recommend a refreshingcold drink and she said vanilla syrup is a perfect matchfor shakerato. It is indeed very good, with very strongcoffee taste and the bitter and sour taste is neutralizedby the vanilla syrup.
