曾經有人說過：「英國沒有美食，只有炸魚薯條三文治，悶死人！」早在十多年前在英國生活，的確覺無啖好食，但時移世易，現在英國的美食多到不得了，廚師也愈來愈有水準，做出來的料理有自己風格之餘，也大膽創新。像名廚Gordon Ramsay、Tom Aikens及Jason Atherton更衝出英國，來港開店將英國美食帶到香港。當中以Jason Atherton在港開設的餐廳數目最多，包括以Tapas為主打的22 Ships及Ham & Sherry，還有在PMQ的Aberdeen Street Social。三家餐廳當中，我最喜歡Aberdeen Street Social，餐廳環境寬敞，中午時份前來靠窗而坐，令人十分輕鬆自在。這天跟朋友前來，點選了好幾道菜，吃罷真的十分滿意。常說英國是我第二個家，吃英國廚師做的菜特別有親切感。菜品中以煙熏鵪鶉意大利飯及水煮龍蝦意大利麵都令人印象深刻；煙熏鵪鶉賣相創新，侍者把盛着配菜的盆子端上，接着拿來茶壺及茶杯，再拿來滲出煙熏香氣的盒子。原來茶壺裏盛着清甜不膩的鵪鶉清湯，盒子裏放着的兩件鵪鶉是直接在內煙熏，侍者把鵪鶉端在盆子上，配料裏的薏仁盡吸醬汁，皮脆肉

以前行過pmq見呢間氣氛幾好，今日中午一早打電話訂了2位晚餐。餐廳分2層，每層都有露天位置，7點前入座，環境有feel坐得舒服，大概7點半已經開始滿座。2人點咗4樣食物。先來送上一份麵包，外脆內軟，配上牛油頭盤chicken and egg非常有驚喜，有雞絲搭上炸蒜及炸雞皮，上面有溫泉蛋，每一啖口感都有肉同炸物，非常香口，值得一試主食方面，有8oz tenderloin搭配小份salad同薯條，牛排medium rare，油脂滲入肉質當中，口感非常嫩口友人點羊排，medium，嚼起來滿香羊肉味，油脂比例岩岩好特別驚喜位係配上2份炸薯仔夾羊扒，但份量不多。再另外加一份Mac and cheese，友人大讚整體覺得每樣食物都接近滿分服務唔錯，絕對會再回頭，下次會試下brunch

Weekend brunch at Aberdeen Street Social is always a good choice. I like coming here during the winter months because it's so relaxing to sit outside in the nice environment.I got the beef cheeks pasta, which was super appetising. The portion size was massive too and I basically couldn't move after my meal. I washed it down with a bloody English. Grateful sunday brunch with family@aberdeen street social, food is well presented and taste is good though. The only problem is the service! Every staff seems like they don’t belong here and try to escape the eye contact as much as possible. That’s strange!But other than that, everything is good! 星期六返office做埋少少工作上既手尾lunch time決定獎勵自己食個brunch享受下週末既Aberdeen Street Social聚集既全部都係外國人/abc有一下錯覺以為自己去左歐洲旅行由於執筆之時已經係用餐日期半個月後menu都轉埋  搵唔返個菜式名記憶中係雜菌mac n cheese但佢唔係用常見既通心粉而係rigatoni大紋通粉通粉沾滿濃郁醬汁雜菌好juicy彈牙細細兜  好飽肚好滿足另外order左杯cold brew coffee平衡下正常cold brew應該比較厚身、具豐富咖啡風味可惜呢杯淡而無味、平平無奇整體而言  環境氣氛幾好chill食物水準不俗值得下次週末閒hea蘇豪然後過來醫醫肚

The meal was slightly over our budget. We had altogether four dishes only including one appetizer but great atmosphere and very quiet for chatting maybe it was Sunday night that we went. 很久以前朋友帶我過來這裏吃中午飯就是食他的龍蝦包！是好好吃的⋯⋯不錯不錯！這次係第一次過嚟食晚餐！跟另外一個朋友過來還有他一個星加坡來的朋友三個人一起來是這個餐廳吃晚餐個餐包是很不錯的外脆內嫩！加上應該是他們自己做的奶油！yummy !!!! 這個都不錯、有點像西式的鎮江arR肉、加上洋蔥醬和芥末！不錯不錯👍🏻但是我這個意大利飯覺得有點鹹、根本就係吃不了！其實係幾鹹下、I can’t finish it ！兩樣是朋友點的沒有試但應該不錯、他們說OK⋯⋯不是很特別也不是特別平、正常價錢、普通質素、可能我覺得我個飯太咸了丶沒有什麼特別興趣想再來了.....完！

I have been a Jason Atherton fan for a long time. This is the second time I have eaten here. The food was very average and very pedestrian, the portions small, the service terrible , we had to ask severalTimes to have dishes cleared , more drinks etcI found this also at 22 Ships. Not sure what is going on with this group in Hong Kong but I will not be going back to any of these restaurants - don’t bother

Came for lunch the other day and grabbed a seat outside. This restaurant has a selection of food items but always thought their sandwiches were quite good and the bread are fresh.Rather than ordering from the set lunch, I opted for the Lobster roll with fries. The lobster was succulent and a large claw on the top of the sandwich. Great presentation and the French fries were crispy on the outside and soft in the inside. I devoured the sandwich in seconds, it was that good and want more !

Ordered this because saw a good review on it. I didn’t know it would be COLD like a salad. Gotta eat this on a winter day no thanks. The egg was cold too FYI. there’s no TASTE to this bowl. Regret my purchase. Not worth the money

I know people have long hard days, and a bright autumn Sunday may well have increased demand to a point where staffing was tight but being greeted by grumpy staff and having to beg for service wasn’t the brunch I dreamed of. The food was ok, with the mac n cheese a highlight.. although a soft boiled egg wasn’t soft and there was a general feeling of this place having seen better days. Still a great location though, and one of our waiters was nice...

約左朋友喺隔離餐廳食飯，點知要排隊攞位，我見仲有成個幾鐘先有得入座，於是就嚟咗呢度飲杯嘢慢慢等。餐廳有分室外同室內位置，依家天氣涼涼地，坐室外都好舒服，不過我去到時，已經冇晒室外位置，唯有坐室內啦！好彩入面餐廳環境都唔錯，我叫左一杯Rasberry Pedler。Cocktail用左rasberry gin，酒味唔太重之餘，仲好fresh，無藥水味！啱哂我呢啲想飲一杯chill下，但又唔想太重酒味嘅女仔！如果有機會，下次可以黎試下晚餐！

一段時間無去PMQ了。這夜與朋友相約到PMQ內的Aberdeen Street Social，來個ladies' night聚餐。Aberdeen Street Social位於佔地2層的保育古蹟大屋內。樓下是酒吧、上層的餐廳，上下層均設有室內及露天戶外座位。雖然已經九月底，但香港的天氣仍頗悶熱，這夜還是選擇留在室內嘆冷氣吧。餐廳裝修型格而氣氛輕鬆，記憶中menu比起之前到訪時更casual，菜式亦多增了較輕盈選擇。大家先來一杯cocktail輕鬆一下～ 朋友大讚Aberdeen Street Social 的 gin and tonic調得出色，而我這夜選的就是Pine-ing for the Fjords ($110)。以vodka加上linie aquavit, mette pine liqueur, cloudy apple, lemon, cucumber 與 salted dill syrup調配，味道清香平衡，清新的青瓜香特別適合這個炎炎夏日/初秋天氣。前菜我們分享了一客dressed crab, lemon mayonnaise, apple, basil and br

重點：這間餐廳環境好服務好，是一個適合來飲杯野同朋友聚會或者約會的好地方，但千萬不要想the price you pay on food是值的。所以建議飲嘢OK，食嘢就可以試第二間。首先我們點了餐包，質素OK，但他們用了無鹽牛油，會建議返他們改用salted或者有調味的。今天我和partner要吃素，所以選擇比較少，點了一個tomato & burrata( 是一種cheese) salad，這個我在家裏也常製作，所以會知道他們的用料是否好。他們選用的番茄和burrata質料也很好，只是蕃茄才那幾片，cheese 也只是切一部份給我。所以覺得158hkd+10% 絕對是不值得，如果想食這個沙律好吃的可以去西環高街，大份得來又好吃。這個絕對不是share plate。另外點了tomato, mozzarella and basil sourdough pizza。其實那個餅底做得很不錯，但不能說是好的pizza，因為醬汁並沒有跟餅底相輔相成，味道偏淡，所以只吃到包味並沒有足夠的酸甜味道。好的醬汁絕對占了好Pizza的一半重要性。另外，Size大家可以見到是多小。-w- 所以精明的為食消

生日飯聚選了一直很想試的Aberdeen Street Social, 喜歡這裏的氣氛，讓人好像置身外地～先點1round飲品, 朋友的mocktail-Lucky Draw 夾了2張mini$1000玩味十足，如打開入面真的會中奬便更好玩了～小儀有BB不能飲凍飲，只好選了意式咖啡配雪糕（好像雪糕也是凍的🙈)White Pizza: (8/10)芝士蒜蓉醬配Pama Ham 的Pizza, 吃罷滿嘴油香蒜香，十分適合送酒，而喜歡蒜蓉包的小儀更覺香口非常，俾個Lobster Roll: (7/10) $188正常龍蝦包水準，啖啖肉，也算彈牙鮮味，價錢不便宜但在此餐廳也是合理收費水平，配上一筒幼身薯條～Macaroni & cheese: (9/10)賣相和平常食到的很不同，這兒是一個個大通粉卷配上忌廉松露汁，沒有一般的芝士通粉膩，十分有新鮮感和好味10oz 肉眼：（8/10）選了五成熟，肉味香濃，其中一種有泰式風味的醬汁十分討好，份量也不少，我們五個女生分享也很滿足～由於姊妹們已預備了一個超靚蛋糕，固未有再另點甜品～侍應服務也算周到，會為我們拍照丶勤於倒水和分蛋糕，我們傾到晚上11時也
