最近在铜锣湾利园开了一家叫Aroma Wine Bistro的小酒馆,主打勃艮第葡萄酒。 作为酒迷的我本来只是趁着周末去感受一下氛围,但竟然有惊人的发现。 餐厅内的藏酒非常丰富。 在酒单上更有不少特色小酒庄的出品,令我非常惊喜。而环境方面,是一般商场内餐厅的企理装修,但胜在有室内和室外位置可以选择,整体气氛舒适。 在仔细观察之下发现原来室内有一个位置可以分间出一间能容纳8-10人的房间。 这样的设计确实为这家小小的酒馆增色不少。菜单上可选的菜式虽然不算很多,但数量刚刚好。 作为一间小酒馆,前菜的选择中有不少佐酒小吃。 我和朋友特别点了烟燻鱼拼盘来搭配酒,拼盘内有鳟鱼、三文鱼、鲭鱼和鳝四款鱼。 其中我最喜欢的是烟燻鳝,吃起来油脂丰富但不腻,非常适合搭配酒品。 另外,我们还点了职员特别推荐的炸鸡配鱼子酱,炸鸡外皮金黄酥脆,内里则是鲜嫩多汁的鸡肉,加上鱼子酱和黄色的特调酱汁,让整道菜提升到另一个层次。 我强烈建议到这间餐厅一定要点炸鸡配鱼子酱。另一道我推介的必点菜式是M8和牛扒配米芝莲三星名厨Pierre Koffmann的招牌粗薯条,牛扒大小厚薄适中,肉质软熟却有咬口,肉味浓郁而且油花细密

另一道我推介的必点菜式是M8和牛扒配米芝莲三星名厨Pierre Koffmann的招牌粗薯条,牛扒大小厚薄适中,肉质软熟却有咬口,肉味浓郁而且油花细密。 牛扒出色但粗薯条比牛扒更出色,粗薯条口感外脆内软,薯仔味香浓,吃的时候而且完全没有油腻感觉,质素一流。 我们另外点了两个意粉- 黑松露意粉和蛏肉意粉。 黑松露意粉上有多片黑松露,令整个意粉散发着醉人的松露香气。 两个意粉均用上餐厅自制的手工意粉,口感富弹性而且烟韧,散发浓郁的蛋香,两个意粉都十分出色。
总而言之,餐厅价格合理,环境气氛舒适,食物优质。 绝对值得推荐!

聽同事話利園三期開左間唔錯嘅wine bistro,尋日決定同女朋友去試吓。我地大概5點左右就到左, 所以決定去outdoor坐吓叫支白酒嘆吓先。個sommelier好詳細咁介紹左幾支酒俾我地,最後我地揀左支Patrick Javillier Bourgogne des Forgets 2019 ,支酒性價比好高,sommelier好介紹!坐左一陣之後我地就入返去開餐,叫咗baby cuttlefish, wagyu tartare, wagyu zabuton steak with chips 同 grilled salmon。個wagyu tartare超正,香脆而且充滿牛油香味,配埋和牛同鹹香烏魚子,真係絕配!!個wagyu zabuton steak with chips嘅薯條簡直係全晚亮點,薯條外脆內軟,一啲都唔油膩,真係好難得。淨係為個薯條都值得再黎啊!

My friend and I had heard a lot of great things about Aroma Wine Bistro recently, so we decided to have lunch there last week. Our first visit to this bistro left us pleasantly surprised. To kick off our meal, we both ordered charcuterie meat cuts, and we were particularly impressed with the balsamic onions, which opened up our appetites. For our main courses, I chose the linguine with prawns, while my friend went for the truffle mushroom pasta. My friend and I had heard a lot of great things about Aroma Wine Bistro recently, so we decided to have lunch there last week. Our first visit to this bistro left us pleasantly surprised. 

To kick off our meal, we both ordered charcuterie meat cuts, and we were particularly impressed with the balsamic onions, which opened up our appetites. 

For our main courses, I chose the linguine with prawns, while my friend went for the truffle mushroom pasta. Both dishes were delicious. I particularly enjoyed the strong flavors of the truffle mushroom pasta.

The overall dining experience at this bistro was enjoyable. Since I had a meeting scheduled for later that afternoon, I didn’t order wine with lunch. However, I couldn't help but notice their wide selection of wines on the menu at reasonable prices. I'm already looking forward to trying out their wines during our next visit with my friend.

Tried this newly opened resto in cwb for my another bday celebration. My fd recommended is this place as he said food was not bad and they they got lots wine choices at reasonable price. Everything was delicious, I especially loved the cuttlefish and mille feuille potatoe, the handmade pasta was pretty good as well. We enjoyed most of the dishes.
The wine list is very extensive at a reasonable price, we opted for champagne which is relatively cheap compare to other places, around $5xx a bottle.

In terms of service, there were some miscommunications happened at first, but I appreciate with their management team’s prompt response and new arrangement, so the service was overall pretty good, the servers that night were all very attentive and friendly.

近排有點忙,莫說出post,就連正正經經坐下來吃餐飯輕鬆一下都不容易,搵食艱難嘛。有時候,忙了一大輪,想吃餐好的,不一定是大魚大肉或者試新餐廳,反而是想靜靜地在一個舒適的環境享受簡單的恬靜。最近忙到有點胃口也變得清淡,難得有一點時間,走了去一個以往經常去的地方,就是這一間 @aromawinebistro 。這裡前身是另一間較casual的cafe,不知原因結業後變成了現在的wine bistro。故地重遊,我依然選擇坐在熟悉的戶外,當天天氣難得不太熱,開始西斜的時間反而頗舒服。這裡有下午茶menu,價錢當然是銅鑼灣高級商場規格。本來想點一個$158的fried chicken & caviar,但由於近排胃口的轉變,我點了這一個$138的burrata caprese salad,一心只想清新一下。嘩!誰不知,不得了!一向是芝士控的我雖然說不上是專家,但對burrata也是有點要求的。他們這一碟burrata salad的調味和混料,好味程度已到達頂峰,絕對是我吃過做得最好的其中一碟 (另一碟印象極深刻的是在意大利米蘭一間burrata bar吃到的)。本來想慢活一小時慢慢吃一餐,結

餐牌內還有很多不同的頭盤小食,好像fried chicken & caviar及wagyu tartare and mille-feuille potatoes等等,前者炸得香脆嫩滑,還相當入味,配上那個以法國黃酒醬汁及魚子醬,美味至極;另外,後者則將野性及優雅放在一起,還可從肉味濃郁的和牛他他身上嚐到烏魚子的咸鮮,連千層薯仔同吃,真的別有一番滋味。另外,將foie gras & duck terrine放在香脆的酸種麵包上,配合甜美的香醋醬,美味。

顏色艷麗的handmade seasonal herbs agnolotti with crab meat非常吸引,未吃已勾起食慾,無論是綠或黃色的餃內,都填滿了水牛芝士及蟹肉,配合龍蒿牛油汁及咸檸檬,口味清新不膩,咸檸檬正好令整道菜式昇華了;另外的是vongole pasta,蜆汁是鮮味的象徵,加上蒜香及辣椒,麵條煙煙韌韌,非常惹味。

最後還有steak frites作為主菜,用上的是M8和牛沙巴當牛扒及米芝蓮三星名廚Pierre Koffmann的粗薯條來製作,牛扒肉味不但非常香濃,質感還很細緻幼嫩,而名廚的粗身薯條更令人驚訝,經過三重低溫翻炒及雙重油炸的粗薯條吃起來格外酥脆,令人讚不絕口。

— This small bite was a great way to start. The wagyu beef tartare was perfectly seasoned with a creamy texture. The mille feuille potatoes were pretty good, but personally thought they could’ve been a bit more crispy and dry. The bottarga shavings on top added a nice umami boost.


Pic 2️⃣: 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐤 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐬 - $388 hkd 🥩
— This wagyu zabuton cut was really delicious! It had a rich, beefy flavour with a slight buttery flavour to it. Not to mention, the cut was extremely tender and perfectly cooked on the inside, leaving it super juicy on the inside. The chips on the side were good, and I wish there was more of it! Super crispy and hot on the outside and well seasoned. The roasted vegetables were also great, and accompanied the steak well.


Pic 3️⃣&4️⃣: 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐡 𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐟𝐟𝐥𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐚 - $198 hkd 🍝
— So good! Their homemade chitarra pasta had a nice firm texture, and cooked to a perfect al-dente. The mushroom sauce was creamy, with a aromatic earthy taste to it. This was topped with a generous amount of their freshly shaved black truffle for that extra flavour boost and aroma!

— Served with sourdough from La Viña, this is something I imagine would go great with a glass of wine. It’s got a good balance of sweet, fruity and floral flavours to it.

Dinner with V. Wanted to check out the wine selection. Indeed the wine list was substantial with a great variety.
