Onions had strong taste and i did not really like it.
Lettuce was ordered for having the meat together. It absorbs the oil and fat of meats and it seemed very fresh.
五花腩: the ratio of fat and thin meat was distributed well. It wont be too fat or thin either.
The meat was quite thick and was worthy to be ordered. Surprisingly, the 五花腩 was not oily at all. Maybe the oil was dropped down the stove.
豬皮: It was veryyy chewyyy hahah but not oily lol The portion was fair. But the taste was not strong. I had it with sauce 豆瓣醬,蒜and青椒.
The above sauce matched with the beeffff. The beef was not too hard or soft The sauce used for curing was great, strong taste
All waiters and waitresses spoke in both korean and english. They were so friendly. They helped us a lot in turning the meat and ordering.
