Blue Bottle is said to be the Apple in the coffee industry.  Therefore, with a curious heart and  an open mind, my friend and I were here for the first time.  The atmosphere of the place is warm and welcoming, filled with the aroma of freshly brew coffee.  We ordered a cup of hot Mocha and ice Americano respectively.  The barista perfected the art of coffee drawing by putting a tulip on Mocha.  We are impressed as it is so much easier to perform coffee art on Latte than Mocha.  We didn't expect

Blue Bottle由上年尾開始傳聞黎香港開分店，因為做project嘅緣故，對Blue Bottle背後嘅rationale，同對咖啡品質嘅執著，都幾有信心😤💪🏻我本身係相當期待😚Blue Bottle係中環擺花街開咗大約兩個月，開始冇咁多人排隊，我地就去咗試🏃🏻‍♂️我地仲相當有誠意，為咗可以試真d，大熱天飲熱飲☕️但係點解咁耐都冇po出黎呢？💁🏻‍♀️😂▪️Hot Latte - Single Origin Espresso▪️$56飲落牛奶好thick，咖啡豆嘅味道係ok嘅，但係奶同espresso嘅比例有少奇怪，牛奶係主角，咖啡只係吊味，而本來牛奶就比較creamy，成杯野口感好厚🥺可能對佢expectation過高，但係以咁嘅價錢，中環仲有好多選擇🐥▫️Iced Latte▫️$48天氣熱嗌埋iced latte平衡下，順便可以試下冇揀single origin會係咩口感😗飲落去味道相當粗獷，好似一個大叔咁😂，估計比深焙仲炒多咗時間。相對奶就冇咩問題，鍾意咩烘焙程度真係個人喜好問題🙂😜咖啡豆嘅酸度濃度就只係個人喜好，for your reference，呢次去飲酸味較少。

Checked in Blue Bottle with my family during the day-off. Nice deco in minimalistic style. I am not an expert at coffee so I cannot say anything professional about the niceties of it. But the texture was rich and smooth. It was a nice place to chill out with friends after all.

呢日特登嚟到中環試新餐廳食到好飽之後 周圍行吓就想搵間coffee shop嚟歇一歇就諗起呢一間超紅嘅過江龍懶文青嘅coffee shop一路都未有機會試今日嚟到呢度見唔算真係好多人唔係好洗點排隊 所以就試吓男朋友揀咗ice mocha我自己就揀咗ice latte我哋兩個都揀咗fruity啲嘅味道男朋友個杯就勁濃果味 又夾埋朱古力同咖啡嘅苦味個味道撞到出嚟又真係麻麻地我嗰杯就不過不失啦正正常常唔係伏嘅但就唔係超級好飲要排隊就一定冇可能會買果種話說除翻開每杯都要成$60我自己就唔會再試啦

雖然開業半年，之前又排長龍，一係太夜關門，所以沒有試過。今早去開中環路過發現少人於是入去試試。我要了杯cappuccino, 上了樓上的bar table 坐，一邊飲一邊欣賞面前的幾部咖啡機，亦一邊同個咖啡人師聊天。個咖啡介紹手沖咖啡同dripper的特色，dripper底部是平的，瀘紙是有坑紋，可以均混地手沖咖啡☕️。我今次飲的cappuccino小心香滑，下次會再試手沖咖啡。

Finally went to Blue Bottle in HK with my friend! The upper floor got a few tables for you to enjoy coffee there, after ordering drinks/ food at the counter on ground floor. Ordered cold brew and seasonal fizz as drink and both taste good. The most impressing me is the double chocolate cookie! I would definitely have their cookie with coffee again next time! Just a kind note, they close at 5pm - so better get there earlier if you would like to enjoy the atmosphere for a longer time

日等夜等，終於等到blue bottle喺香港開分店啦。但係估唔到嘅係味道同環境都差得好遠，同東京表參道嘅店舖冇得比😕咖啡的定價比一般嘅coffee shop貴，所以都應該唔會再有下一次啦。

Grabbing a nice quick cup of coffee at Blue Bottle Coffee! 🍵☕️Minimalist, clean and fantastic environment. 之前好多報道bule bottle coffee, 又見勁多人去朝聖, 排隊都要2個鐘。 今日咁啱路過, 更係要黎試下。門口環境係唔錯。 疫情關係，當然冇人排隊, 但都冇得坐。 竟然連coffee shop入面既位都唔比坐, 而門口咁啱又在修路, 勁大塵。 最後買左杯野飲反而好狼背, 冇地方飲。 而職員亦好盡責地, 飲管都未插好就趕人走, 其實有點生氣。我想客人都明白不能違令, 都唔會有人想比麻煩人, 但真係有點不近人情。 由於天氣太熱, 點左杯cold Americano, 都ok. 但冇咩特別。 慶幸攞住杯野行左好耐先搵到地方飲左佢。 溶晒冰都冇變酸味，算係咁。 不過冇特別, 其實唔洗因為個藍色樽特登去朝聖。有點意外的不值。

星期六下晝在中環行經, 天氣又熱, 加上人龍唔算太長, 所以就排隊入去買!cafe 內除左有飲品外, 仲有一d 咖啡相關嘅用品, 如咖啡杯, 咖啡壺等等, 相當吸引!只是等左數分鐘就可order, 點左一杯Iced latte, 一邊睇住咖啡師調咖啡, 一邊等待.見到係用明治鮮奶沖調👍🏻但見杯杯咖啡大小不一😅有d 得好少, 唔夠一杯滿.之後等左好耐, 排我後面嘅客人都離開了, 我仲等緊, 所以問問職員, 原來漏單, 佢立即為我沖調.一杯Iced latte 就到手啦😀味道不錯, 香濃咖啡味, 咖啡豆唔會過酸, 我認為啱大部分人嘅口味. 奶同咖啡配合得幾好! 唔洗排長龍嘅情況下, 我會推薦俾大家!

自己係美國都飲過幾次Blue Bottle，一直都係佢粉絲。雖然係中環返工，但去左幾次都遇唔啱時間飲唔到，摸左門鐘😭今日專登再黎，比起新開個陣的確無咁多人排隊，好快就order到，叫左Iced lattle，因為無哂silk milk嘅關係，職員建議我地轉oat milk，哈哈口感更rich更有texture，好有layer。有機會都會再飲呀👍🏻

没有咖啡的早晨，于我仿佛是辜负了新的一天，嘴唇触碰到浮动着温暖香气的杯沿，一个湿热黯淡的早晨就这样瞬间被点亮。浓缩与奶泡在杯中交织出一段早安晨之美，丰满细腻的咖啡油脂折射出对新一天的期待。·目睹了前几个月的人潮涌动大排长龙，几个月来路过无数次，虽然排队盛况渐渐少了，但里外依然满座。今天早晨我去的，却是一个空无一客的蓝瓶子，受疫情影响只能外带，谁料得到呢？我就是在这样的情形下打卡了一直想朝圣的咖啡店，终于也是喝过蓝瓶子的人了。·Blue Bottle创立于美国加州，被誉为咖啡届的神话之一，香港中环是它在大中华区的首家门店。选址聪（she）明（chi）地敲定了中环，倚靠中环至半山自动扶梯，恰巧又坐落于咖啡店最密集的几条街，毫无畏惧地向百十米内数家本地品牌发起挑战。·一掷千金落成了两层楼的阔落店面，灯光温暖明亮，装潢经典简约，墙面整齐地贴满马赛克瓷砖，通透的落地窗相当显眼。一楼靠墙一排都是咖啡豆和周边，点单和制作咖啡分别在不同的吧台，通往二楼的阶梯上有一个蓝瓶子Logo的霓虹灯，将复古的港风元素完美融入。·慕名而来，外带而去，味道比氛围和服务都要更令我记忆犹新，不过服务相当有质素，态度很好出

過江龍嚟咗香港無耐，好似話blue bottle係香港人搞，一定要去試吓，之前喺日本買過啲豆試，bella Donovan，都唔錯。叫左杯cold brew同一杯latte，2杯$100有找，中環黎講應該算係差唔多價錢。等緊期間望吓佢啲豆，貴過美國同日本好多😂冇買😂有啲想買佢個cold brew bottle其實都幾多人去飲咖啡，等咗5分鐘左右就有啦，不停有人排隊買咖啡，亦都好多人喺佢個logo下面打卡影相。Latte我幾鐘意，cold brew我一般，係比較fruity。

When Blue Bottle announced they were opening a branch in Hong Kong,  I was pretty excited. It is one of my favorite coffee shops whenever I go to Tokyo. I waited until there were no more long lines of people waiting for coffee to give this branch a try.Located in Central, it has two floors. However, due to COVID restrictions, they are now allowing take away service and no dine in.
