間餐廳好似開咗幾年(?)都無幫襯過,今晚喺門口見倒好多人食煲,吸引我地入去。 凍凍地,叫咗個秋冬限定(?)嘅藥膳醉雞煲($98)+$15追加准山麵。另叫一份上湯浸娃娃菜配四式冷盤($98)。 先飲藥膳湯暖下身,藥材味好夠,但咸咗啲。雞件有7-8件,好滑;跟煲配嗰份生菜份量都唔少,放落藥膳湯烚熟又幾好味;准山麵似喺街市買廿幾蚊一袋有8個定10個嗰啲。後來我同朋友都話早知加$28/$38追加魚片/豬肉片/牛肉片仲好。 上湯浸娃娃菜係瓦煲上,上湯好甜,但對我嚟講又係濃味咗啲。四式冷盤有皮蛋豆腐、手撕雞、椒泡雞翼尖同埋豬腩片。全部正常發揮,無話特別好味或者特別差。 埋單連加一$232.1,價錢絕對唔貴,坐得又幾舒服,又無話趕你走。短期內可以再去試個羊腩煲($138)。

今晚和老婆往馬鞍山新港城bnr食晚餐,我們點了杞子雞湯浸娃娃菜,籠仔雙拼飯和金蒜蒸蝦籠仔飯,杞子雞湯浸娃娃菜杞子味道適中,雞湯味道香濃,娃娃菜新鮮爽口,而配菜草菇食落彈牙,整份杞子雞湯浸娃娃菜味道香濃爽口,籠仔雙拼飯我們選了龍等和黑毛朱排骨,龍等肉質鮮甜味美,黑毛朱排骨冇筋,肉味軟腍啖啖肉,配菜葱和香菜味道香濃,飯配上雞蛋,飯粒分明,蛋味香滑,整份籠仔雙拼飯份量十足,食落口感滿足,最後金蒜蒸蝦籠仔飯蒜味香濃,蒸蝦是開邊蝦,食落新鮮彈牙,口感滿足,餐廳座位舒適,食物份量十足,食了一頓好味籠仔飯

今日約左幾個fd喺美食沙漠馬鞍山食晚餐,喺佢地屋企附近求其搵左間新開左半年左既餐廳。大家都唔太肚餓,所以全部都叫米線或者湯麵😂豬軟骨喇沙湯麵:豬軟骨係另上的,有5舊左右,都幾大份!香濃喇沙湯好夠味,如果椰香再多啲就好😋個麵唔會太淋,啱啱好。藥饍雞湯米線:雞唔會太老,個湯有埋杞子、蟲草花等等配料,飲落都有藥饍味,但就味精多左少少。其實呢度仲有好多唔同湯系列既米線/麵、唔同款既飯、炒菜等等。我地食食下見到隔離枱叫左手撕雞撈麵,望落都幾大份!有成塊面咁大!下次會試呢個 哈哈

After searching for a dinner spot in MOSTown, we settled on this resto. .I ordered BnR Chicken Rice. The chicken, which had an appealing golden skin, was smooth, meaty and tender. The oil-infused rice was textured and flavourful. My dad had Pork Tripe and Chicken Yam Noodle in Pepper Chicken Soup. The broth exuded a robust peppery essence that warmed oneself up. The pork tripe was soft, and the chicken absorbed the rich flavour of the soup. My mom got Sesame Sauce Chicken Dried Noodle. The cool and refreshing noodle paired well with the savoury shredded chicken in sesame sauce. .The resto was quite spacious, but the service was notably slow. We waited for almost half an hour for all of our dishes to be served.
