星期六去左呢間Brew Bros Coffee食早餐，雖然價錢偏貴，但食物質素都幾高我地分別叫左份Matcha Oat Milk Bircher Muesli同埋Toast with Salmon and Fried Egg先講個toast，三文魚新鮮，另外有啲沙律醬伴碟，包就夠鬆軟，可惜食落就有啲乾，可以考慮加番啲醬汁至於個Muesli，就一啖有驚喜，抹茶味加奶味道好濃郁，而且生果亦有好多款式（士多啤梨、青蘋果、藍莓、香蕉、火龍果&熱情果）下次可以試埋佢with nuts個version杯Iced Matcha with Soy Milk都好評

Thanks God is Weekend AGAIN!Good to do some brunch hunting, especially after a long and busy week.Went to this small cafe- Brew Bros Coffee located in Sai Wan, 5-10 mins walk from the MTR station. Needa walk the slope a bit, but always good to do some cardio before eating.🔶French ToastBEST FRENCH TOAST I EVER HAD! Crispy outside, Fluffy inside🤤🔶Beef Cheeks Pasta 🍝 Surprisingly Good👍🏻 Like the pasta texture and its sauce. The Beef Cheek is well cooked and juicy❤️

本身諗住沈日同朋友去ethos chill下，點知有裝修工程，所以我地行左落去，咁啱見到山道既corner位有間cafe就二話不說沖左入去(因為天氣太熱)。間cafe個design好simple，牆身白色令人有一種好清新既感覺。而且cafe入面都好有空間感，枱與枱之間有一定嘅距離。我先order左杯ice black coffee，味道唔差，不過比一般black coffee苦澀少少。鍾意飲苦啲嘅朋友應會鍾意。嘢食我就order左佢個all day breakfast，主要有sourdough，scramble egg同salmon。好食之餘，野食大大份，而且價格比其他all day平少少。建議order埋avocado搽係sourdough。我另外個friend就叫左daily special spicy bolognese pasta，試左一啖，個味都似平時食開既肉醬意粉，不過再辣少少。我哋食完個main都已經飽，所以冇試到賣相都幾吸引嘅French toast，下次下午茶可以黎試吓。離開嗰時見到山道其實都有幾間Cafe，因為鍾意呢度嘅環境清幽，下次可以逐間explore。

Brioche frech toast 類似港式嘅西多士但係佢用咗黑糖醬係側邊，仲係用咗丹麥多士丹麥嘅多士所以酥酥地嘅，佢嗰舊cream好thick唔易融㗎食到最後都冇變水～而且香蕉份量都幾多，再配埋藍莓同埋士多啤梨嗰啲水果，幾freshMocha拉花拉得好精緻，唔係普通嘅朱古力咖啡，係比較苦小小嘅，都幾鐘意呢個甜度💙Lime bitter, 你見到佢咁多檸檬同埋青檸，但係竟然唔係好酸，好清新嘅嘢飲呀雖然佢Menu入邊好少嘢食但係都幾得有特色同埋好食貴精不貴多❤️

Bumped into this lovely white coffee house round the corner of a steep slope under sudden cats and dogs rain.The BELT sandwich taste good only can say the bacons are somewhat overcooked and not juicy enough.Coffee was average but the cozy environment made me feel relieved under such unexpected weather.

星期日訓到自然醒來到山道看看有沒有什麼特別的餐廳。突然，看到這間十分低調的小店 “Brew Bros Cafe” 便決定入內試試。店舖裝潢簡潔食物選擇少，all day breakfast 為主飲品點了 cappuccino 配心形拉花 😍味道正常，不過不失

臨急臨忙的好記得有一次。。。在那個斜坡上行走，甘岩又好需要買點什麼去上長途路，只見周圍咩都無，地產洗衣整車房，天呀，究竟邊到先有外賣又方便既野呢，真係要問大神先得。當時見到好多年輕人在斜坡上影相，我吾係影相當然吾會明點解。但又見過有個牆身開通比人坐係到食野。妙。 急急去急急的買了一個香蕉包外賣，很淡淡的去了，但記憶很深。聽說是外國人開的店，也上過電視，但都是朋友轉告。

放假就梗係要做下偽文青，周圍搵吓咖啡店坐下啦。講到咖啡店，西上環呢邊就最多啦。求其喺條街行行都有一間，不過就係因為周街都有，所以大家都慕名而來。好多間其實都好多人喺門口排隊，咁我就決定用少少腳骨力行上小小斜路，就見到呢一間係外面睇裝修都幾靚嘅咖啡店。咁啱行到攰，就坐低抖下影吓相打卡啦。我就叫咗一杯拿鐵朋友就叫咗一舊banana bread😗我就覺得呢杯咖啡底唔算太香太濃。或者咁講可能係因為比較多奶嘅關係，都或者可能係我嗌左杯iced latte所以飲到尾，啲冰融左溝淡左個味。我就覺得鐘意唔苦咖啡嘅朋友會鐘意佢😚

今朝沿住山道落去，黎到呢間細細間既coffee shop, 一入到去，原來都幾大間，放到兩行的餐檯。最欣賞餐檯的高度適中，啱晒用電腦的人。 我地叫左得朝早先有既牛油果醬 溫泉蛋 麥包。牛油果醬略咸左少少、但暖暖的牛油果醬配果仁碎，有d 咬口，味道很不錯。雖雖然好想全部食晒佢，但係真係好飽喎！我哋兩個人嗌左呢個早餐、再另外叫多一點麥包，根本就食唔晒！

Brew bros咁多間分店最鍾意Hill Roads呢間，貪佢有大大個窗，日光照入黎嘅時候好舒服，weekend搵地方chill都會成日選擇呢度。啲嘢食都OK，尤其鐘愛佢地個French toast呀！brioche包好鬼正，外脆內軟，配料仲要好足料，食落好滿足呢～佢有個matcha gateau都好正，抹茶味好濃郁，texture creamy（不過唔記得影相😅）嗰度星期六日都幾多人架，建議早啲去唔洗同人迫～

喺一個悠閒嘅星期六中午同 c 去食左個brunch 。呢間 Cafe 係我哋一路都幾鐘意嘅，不過平時都係買咖啡，無乜機會黎食野。今日C 叫左個 breakie plate同 cappuccino, 我就叫左個有baked pumkin, quinoa, feta cheese 同 sour dough 嘅 dish 同 flat white 。佢個咖啡話係 Melbourne 嘅 Market Lane 入貨嘅。之前有次去澳洲都有試過，好好飲，好香同好 smooth. 不過呢間沖得好似無澳洲咁正。講返野食，個sour dough 真係好好食。暖暖地，烤得脆脆先 serve 。 正。個pumkin 甜甜地，quinoa 有口感，feta cheese 好香，個配搭好好。個breakie plate 都有 sour dough加牛油果醬, 有水果加almond milk 同 chia seed, 味道清新。

It feels so nice to start a week like this! Brew bros coffee 一向都好夠歡迎，西環呢間分店開喺「cafe街」，已經來過兩次。今次獨食brioche french toast with salted caramel mascapone cheese. 落單後要等大約十五分鐘，但完全值得。 Toast好厚，雖然望落啡色但絕對唔係燶左，只係brioche本身有好多層，所以焗到好似酥皮咁微脆。入口亦平時西多士嗰種口感，入面係好濕潤有彈性既brioche，真係每啖都有好大對比既口感。伴碟生果都交足功課，有四五種種類，隔住食可以refresh下味覺。為左令到無咁單調，重有crumbs同埋salted caramel mascapone。自己覺得mascapone好神來之筆，因為奶味唔算太濃，同french toast一齊食又加多左一層順滑口感。不過咖啡要散叫，埋單唔算平，但食完真係好滿足。
