早幾日約左朋友落蘭桂芳摸下酒杯底,臨去之前就諗住話不如係附近食少少野先,兜緊圈嘅時候就見到呢間餐廳,記得之前都有食過第二間分店,所以就試吓係咪一樣水準。我哋叫左一個油封鴨配格魯耶爾芝士dinner set,而朋友就揀咗黑松露香煎帶子可麗餅。朋友突然心血來潮,額外再加多左份薯條🤣🤣個set嘅沙律好快就上,主調係羽衣甘藍配黑醋。羽衣甘藍處理得好好,唔會有陣又苦又腥嘅味,加埋個黑醋汁,開胃到爆!好彩個薯條都好快到左,可以係等緊可麗餅嘅時候過下口癮!值得一提嘅係個薯條係啱啱炸起熱辣辣,佢係偏幼嘅薯條,食完一條又一條食得好快🤣🤣好快兩份可麗餅都到左。先講下我嘅油封鴨配芝士,佢上面放左一隻鴨脾,望到已經流哂口水。個鴨肉質結實得嚟唔會好韌,簡單嘅調味亦都唔會摭左鴨本身嘅味道,一個字,正! 之後切開個可麗餅,入面都好足料,啖啖都係鴨肉同芝士,芝士偏咸,配上鴨內絲好夾,同淨食隻鴨脾又係另一種風味朋友嘅黑松露帶子可麗餅上面有煎香左嘅帶子,加上黑松露醬,帶岀左帶子嘅鮮味!而可麗餅入面都有好多帶子粒,又係絕不欺場。將個黑松露醬混埋一齊食都好正。最後我dinner set 跟左一杯熱奶茶,係茶包奶茶,比起其他西餐廳一個茶膽沖起,可以跟據我飲開嘅濃度自己調教,係一個唔錯嘅gesture!果然呢一間分店都係保持超高嘅水準,下次即使唔係去蘭桂芳,去開呢頭都可以再幫襯!

今晚放工跟朋友過了中環品嚐一家特色餐廳,是一家專門吃法式Crêpe 的餐廳。門面不大,還以為是外賣店呢😅。原來進去是別有洞天😄,竟然有兩層,內部空間還挺寬敞的,店員帶我們上了二樓。我們第一次來,不太懂點餐的方法,店員人很好,幫我們介紹食物。最後我們點了一份Set Dinner 加配一份甜的Crêpe,再單點了一份咸的Crêpe。”噹噹噹噹‘’,就是下面的美食了。Set Dinner 🍝Truffle Linguine 帶子梯露蘑菇扁意粉一上桌松露醬的獨特香味就飄過來了,好香,醬汁也很Creamy,包裹住每一條扁意粉,帶子煮得剛剛好,很鮮美。🥗Garden Salad 田園沙羽衣甘藍配上一黑醋,還加了一點紅蘿蔔絲/藍莓/草莓,口感清爽。🍹Fresh Lime Soda 新鮮青檸梳打青檸獨特的味道很出,梳打的汽泡令人精神一振,夏天喝就剛好。🫔🍓🍫Fresh Strawberries with Chocolate Crêpe 新鮮草莓配黑朱古力及法國鮮忌廉可麗餅(加雲尼拿雪糕)吃得到原塊黑朱古力,還有草莓鋪滿滿的,再加上忌廉,黑朱古力有一點點苦味,中和了甜味,好驚豔。再單點一份咸的Crêpe,跟一杯飲品🧇West Coast 煙三文魚配奶油芝士好多的煙三文魚,加上Cream Cheese,加上軟糯的餅皮,咸香幼滑,非常惹味。🍸Organic Iced Tea 有機凍檸檬茶檸檬茶就是不會出錯的選項,這還杯選用有機檸檬,清爽好喝。餐牌可以參考一下,單點/飲品

Craving for a sweet crepe came back to 𝘾𝙖𝙛𝙚 𝘾𝙧𝙚𝙥𝙚 for its delicious crepes. This French bistro offers sweet and savoury crepes with plenty of options. Dinner set is around $200 with appetiser (salad or soup), main and a drink. 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝘀𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 ($185) Half chicken with herbs on mashed potatoes.𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗩𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗼𝗹𝗲 ($205) Classic pasta with fresh clams and pasta was al dente.𝗕𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗲 ($125) This is the highlight of the evening! Today I found myself in Central with a friend, and we were both craving a unique breakfast experience. When we stumbled upon Café Crêpe on Wellington Street, its French-inspired vibe caught our eye. Despite the warm weather making us feel a bit sluggish, we decided to check out their selection of sweet and savory crepes displayed in the front glass cabinet—couldn't resist! The restaurant is cozy but makes great use of its two floors, giving it a spacious feel with comfortable seating. The ambiance has a relaxed, welcoming charm that invites you to linger over your meal. This was a standout! The rich coffee and cocoa flavors mixed with a smooth vanilla base brought a perfect balance of sweetness and slight bitterness. The texture was soft and creamy, making every bite indulgent yet satisfying. Fresh and crunchy, the kale had a pleasant mix of subtle bitterness balanced with a light sweetness. It offered a refreshing contrast to the richness of the crepe—wholesome and flavorful! The staff informed us about a 20% dinner discount, so we decided to go all out with a set meal and dessert. If you're in the area and looking for something deliciously different, Café Crêpe offers a little slice of French comfort right in Central.

Wonderful ✨️French Crêpe✨️🫔🍓🫐Central Crepe In order to sample a French crepe-focused restaurant, I went to Central with a friend tonight after work. Because of its small size, I assumed it was a takeout place. Upon entering, we discovered that something unique had happened 😄. In actuality , it had two storeys, and the interior was rather large. After that, the cashier led us to the second level. Since it was our first visit, we were a little confused about how to place our orders. The waiter helped us introduce the meal and was extremely kind. We ultimately got a sweet crêpe with our set dinner and a salty crêpe separately. Several times, Encore Crepe 😍Encore's nth cafe 😻 I went to Central Central to get some wild food and sat down. Crepes are the specialty of this eatery. It's really good 🫶🏻🍴Black truffle scallop crepe with St. Jacques cheese 🧀 sauce. It's excellent. Everything was finished after a few encores, and I noticed that there were a lot of scallops and that the fillings were full. There was a lot of black truffle juice and the sauce was creamy. The crepe and the bouncy scallops went well together 🍗. Spring Chicken in French. This supper set was ordered by me. The French spring chicken set is on the menu. Something is amiss with it 🍄🟫 MushroomsGreat Crepe:I asked my friend Luo Lan Guifang to touch the wine glass's bottom a few days ago. I considered going to the local eatery Shao Ye before I departed. I spotted this restaurant while I was out and about. I recalled that I had previously dined there . Since the nation only has two branches, I made an effort to obtain the same kind of service. My companion selected the pan-fried scallop crepe with black truffle, while we got the duck confit with Gruyère cheese dinner set on the left. companion requested additional French fries on a whim.The salad set, which featured kale and black vinegar as its primary flavors, was presented promptly.
