在西貢花園麥當勞附近，有很多食肆餐廳營業，假日特別多遊客聚集，熱鬧和嘈雜的程度可以媲美海傍的公眾碼頭，有很多餐廳餅店乘機駐紮，務求在西貢遊客熱點分個甜頭，例如聖X娜、星X克、X泰特食。記得某個本地雪糕品牌，在多年前已經推出了雪糕三文治，那雪糕三文治還有兩款口味，分別是雲呢拿跟朱古力口味。雖然那個本地品牌雪糕只是弱勢不起眼的小眾出品，但正正就是因為他夠小眾，所以這麼多年來加價速度沒有通貨膨脹那麼急速，到現在它的雪糕三文治我還是十分喜歡。除了那品牌的雪糕三文治之外，我在坊間已甚少找到可以試食的雪糕三文治。後來發現西貢有一間賣杯子蛋糕的蛋糕店Circle Muffin，原來另外有雪糕三文治賣，我立即跑去試試看味道是什麼回事。去到蛋糕店，恰巧全店除了女店員就什麼人都沒有。即使全店一個其他客人都沒有，亦不等於女店員就會熱情招待你。不要緊，我想要的始終只是雪糕三文治，無論女店員對我有沒有反應，有沒有好好招呼，對我來說只是小事一樁，不提也罷。此店主賣的杯子蛋糕，我亦不大有興趣，說真的，我對那些像海棉一般，會吸掉我口水的麵包類食品都不抱好感，會吃但儘量少吃，可免則免。看見店舖內的櫃檯內擺滿不同口味的杯

幫朋友慶祝生日，特意搵雜誌睇到嘅Circle Muffin，見到可以幫手預訂Ballmie Florist花束，順勢俾個驚喜朋友，點知遇著海馬，好細心嘅花shop同muffin shop, 願意8號風球都幫我準備，仲好體貼幫我諗點搭車同咩時間比較好，真係好感激。訂了6件Muffin, 好好味呀～賣相好靚，可惜去到餐廳代雪時，整花左個topping 所以無影相。平時個topping 會好甜，個蛋糕會好乾，今次吾會太甜，味道，蛋糕加了藍莓，有驚喜，不會像平時的蛋糕般寡，muffin 底部有少少cream 中和cup cake 的乾。真係好好食呀。再入西貢一定會去幫襯。

Went back for more cakes and there were some new flavours.Tried the new green tea flavour.I forgot to take a picture of the green tea centre but the cake was really good because the green tea flavour was natrual and the whole thing was not too sweet.I also got the chocolate banana.There was a nice runny banana creme filling in the middle.

Discovered this place while I was eating at McDonalds opposite.They had a variety of muffins, some with sauces in the middle and some hot muffins served with icecream on top.There were two that I wanted, the chocolate banana and the coffee caramel.In the end I got the coffee caramel because having caramel sauce in the middle was more exciting than banana sauce.The texture of the muffin was more like cake because it was not so crumbly but thats the way I like it because I don't really like Americ
