So, I haven't been around these place in ages, but I thought, hey, let's go grab a quick caffeine fix. Well, my encounter with the staff was over before I could even say "latte." And I couldn't help but wonder, why the heck am I dropping 43 HKD here? Is it for the exquisite experience of suffering and humiliation? 'Cause let me tell you, their attitudes are more powerful than Thanos's finger snap. They can obliterate a whopping 90 percent of your happiness in no time flat. I mean, seriously, when it comes to service, Hong Kong never fails to disappoint, and this place just hit a whole new low. So, congrats to them, I guess!

灣仔由東走到西都存在好多間coffee shop無乜特別揀邊間試過靜靜地坐低飲返杯通常都係連鎖咖啡店grab n go但有次趁清晨有個空檔去左車多過人的謝菲道暫時都無乜café開得早但coffeelin開7:30am俾清一色孔雀綠的裝潢及咖啡味吸引餐廳幾全部都係高檯高櫈有時候坐高檯係會唔舒服不過襯返餐廳個feel都OK店內有好多打卡位例如有塊招牌鏡帶點復古味道☕️咖啡偏酸味多點喜歡Nutty的我也能接受希望下次有時間試埋個Panini啦

I had really poor experience for once in this wanchai branch, ordered the same sandwich but had it take away, looking super poor and wasn’t presented properly comparing to my last good experience for dine in from the branch in high street. Very disappointed and the staff at cashier was pretty rude. I only mentioned her I was ready to take away the sandwich after finishing my coffee, she was anxiously telling me - we had to spend time to get the sandwich out from the oven!! I was shocked as I only told her I was ready to get my food but didn’t expect her to loose temper like that to a regular customer from high street branch. Horrible and there was big difference between this wanchai branch and high street branch for the same coffeelin!!

三位店員態度好有問題，黎食飯好似阻住佢地咁。講嘢d尾音向上飄，好似俾人串緊咁，完全冇禮貌。由行入鋪頭嗰刻好似已經得罪佢地。食飯時間仲要完全唔忙，成間鋪頭得我同另一位客人。

一直都想試Coffeelin係跑馬地分店嘅咖啡，可惜一直未有機會。今次係灣仔附近做野就過嚟Coffeelin Espresso買個意式三文治套餐外賣 - Italian Combo (Any Italian Sandwich / Italian Toastie +$25 for 1 drink)。❈ 火腿佐雞乾肉醬配布里芝士意式三文治 Riva Italian sandwich HK$82呢個意式三文治叫Riva Italian Sandwich, 火腿佐雞乾肉醬配布里芝士。三文治即叫即做，除左將餡料夾係麵包中間，店員仲會烘熱包面令到包面又熱又脆，非常好。呢個三文治搽咗佐雞乾肉醬，令到三文治嘅味道冇咁單調同清淡，值得一試。❈ 卡布奇諾 Cappuccino HK$25(套餐價)呢度外賣杯比較大，所以我特別order左少奶，因為唔想飲嘅時候奶味蓋過咖啡味。
