尋日同朋友去左大坑食tea,揾左呢間都幾出名嘅fineprint😛呢間coffee shop其實有幾間分店,最出名就係佢嘅sourdough😉所以我地叫左幾款黎試😛所有toast都脆到好似炸過黎咁😛好好食🔻Ricotta Toast $95係op見到好多人都會叫呢個,原先以為上面果啲白色係cream, 但原來ricotta 係一種芝士,食落真係有啲似cream 嘅口感,芝士味唔重,淡淡地咁😜上面加左啲honey同藍莓🫐再加少少百里香,都幾好食🤤🔻Chicken pesto $80呢款應該係新出嘅,因為我見op menu都冇,不過原來佢間唔中都會轉下啲餐牌😆呢個sourdough toasties入面就加左sundried tomatoes, chedder 同mayo, 食落啲配搭都好match, 個人覺得呢個最好食😋🔻Roast Beef $80另一款就揀左呢個roast beef, 入面有洋葱、cheddar, 酸辣醬同芥末醬,不過食落又唔覺得好辣喎😀🔻Ultimo eggs $80呢個都係好多人會叫,好簡單係上面放左碎蛋同葱花,呢個就係凍食嘅,各有各特色👍🏻🔻佢嘅咖啡選擇就唔多,都係black/white/iced/single origin filter, 不過都幾好飲,同埋拉花都ok😜有興趣仲可以買佢啲咖啡豆添😀 继续阅读

放假難得天氣咁好🌞就梗係要搵間cafe 歎下啦🕶️今次就決定去試好多人推薦嘅Fineprint😘Ultimo Eggs with Avocado $110首先要讚一讚佢個sourdough 多士,外面焗得好酥脆,但入面依然口感軟熟而且煙靭,好香,搽埋牛油已經好好食🤤上面好簡單咁放滿碎蛋,加咗啲鹽同黑椒調味,雖然係凍嘅,但都好好食👍🏻我再加多咗$30要個牛油果🥑連埋一齊食,更豐富😚Ricotta Toast $95食完鹹就到我期待咗好耐嘅Ricotta Toast😳😳😳上面嘅Ricotta Cheese係餐廳自家製👩🏻‍🍳口感好綿密☁️唔似平時啲芝士會一舊舊,有啲似再「傑」啲嘅yogurt,上面再加埋大大粒藍莓🫐蜜糖🍯同麝香草調味🌱呢個味道我真係一試難忘,唔怪得知會咁多人慕名而嚟要食,真係好出色💗.餐廳食物雖然全部都冇得挑剔,但衛生方面就需要多加注意⚠️我坐嘅沙發上面有好多麵包碎,尤其是攝咗喺入面啲窿窿罅罅😱而且窗邊有啲昆蟲,仲要大大隻,搞到我食完都想急急腳咁走,唔夠膽坐多陣🥹.但總括而言,我都好滿意,會再嚟食佢啲sourdough🥰 继续阅读

當日難得平日放假,又係北角附近,決定去大坑搵間 cafe 坐下🥰 Fineprint 係一間我收藏咗好耐嘅 cafe,之前係ig見到啲相,作為一個極鍾意食包嘅人,一直好想試下佢哋嘅 toast 😍 Ricotta  toast 🫐🧀🍞因為個日係食咗嘢先去cafe,所以唔算太肚餓,就叫咗佢哋最出名嘅 ricotta toast試,滿滿嘅芝士同藍莓真係好正😍 酸種麵包都幾好食,下次有機會會試埋佢哋其他toast😋個日仲叫咗一杯 iced latte 同 iced mocha,latte正常,mocha比想像中好飲,朱古力味好出🥹 继续阅读
