The environment is good, the waitress service attitude is good, so friendly.But just one male waiter's attitude needs to be improved.We arrived early, there was a little rain outside, so in the canopy that, the result of the male waiter put the canopy up, we can only use our own umbrella,then we hit an umbrella, he opened the canopy. The intention is too obvious, not to mention that we eat there, even if the pedestrians do not eat there, it is OK to temporarily avoid the rain.The food is delicious.

Went there for lunch during the holiday, the restaurant had a nice atmosphere and good design. I like the open kitchen as there is nothing to hide from the customer and shows the restaurant confident. We had the lunch menu, we order the Black Angus Hanger Steak and Sea Bass. The steak was tough may be because we order it medium well. However, the sea bass was moist and delicious and I would recommend. The front of house was excellent with service beyond prefect, like their interaction with the customers

There are 2 types of T-bone steak you could order, but the waiter didn't tell us which is which when food was served - one tastes pretty good but the other is just so-so. I appreciate that they didn't overcook the steak (which is a mistake others restaurants in Hong Kong often make). For $988 (+10%), you could get some better steak elsewhere. They offer 50% off on Tuesdays though. Fish is OK. The lunch menu doesn't come in a set, and you need to order salad / soup, coffee and desserts separately, so you could end up getting a $250 bill for a simple lunch even if you didn't order anything from the a la carte menu. Overall the food was mediocre, but it was still a pleasant dining experience.

I went there for lunch, and it was pretty packed. I ordered a picanha with chimichurri sauce and fries only. After waiting for some time (as expected since it was busy), I received my steak. However, it was not the right order (it was the Flat Iron instead) so I had it returned.An extra 10 minutes had passed by (25+ minutes in total of waiting time after ordering) and my steak finally arrived. At first glance, the order is as it is described: steak with chimichurri sauce and fries. However, the main issue and also what prompted me to provide a negative review, is that the cut is not picanha. The fat cap usually present in a picanha is not to be found, and the grain of the cut suggest to me it is a hanger steak instead of picanha. The seasoning on the steak was scarce, just like the amount of chimichurri itself. Evidently these are all very disappointing. However, the fries were fresh and crispy. Credit must be given where it is due.Hopefully other customers will enjoy a better experience and service, this is a place to forget for me.
