上openrice搵食，見到呢間好似幾chill就決定行去碰運氣。門口在地面，一入去是酒吧吧枱，昏暗帶紅的燈光已經好relaxing，量過體溫，登記好電話，侍應就帶我們入去上樓梯到一樓餐廳，本來給我地埋邊sofa seats, 我見window seats有位就問了一句，侍應就很殷勤幫我們搬一張二人枱貼住另一張，我哋三人就坐在窗口位。餐廳大概半滿，連埋我們共六枱客。我特別喜歡望出去，感覺特別舒服，出面燈光漂亮，可以感受到香港又熱鬧起來。侍應真的很殷勤，先問我們喝什麼，跟著就介紹餐牌。我們點了有氣水，meatball,青口作前菜，pasta點了一客paradelle alla vodka，再加一個steak. 先來送的三串primo，是乾身細細粒肉丸，這小吃十分開胃！吃完即刻想再吃！面包是帶芝士，鮮蕃茄醬，熱騰騰，非常美味！忍不住叫多一客添吃！我們點的meatball到了，是兩個大大的肉丸，沾滿了茄汁，很濃味，配合麵包吃更滋味！青口少少辣的，我特別喜歡那配青口的兩片多士，沾上青口的調味汁，十分好吃！意粉就al dente，是creamy and mild tomato favoured

🎁熊妹生日飯仲未停，今次雙J帶熊妹嚟到中環一間非常有情調嘅餐廳《Frank's Italian American 》。📌位於雲咸街嘅《Frank's》係可以沿著向擺花街附近的樓梯拾級而上，屹立係斜路上面，底層係酒吧🍾， 設有樓上雅座為餐廳🛋，主打嘅係美國菜同意大利菜。📌暗淡嘅燈光💡，影射着窗外紅色霓虹光管的招牌，營造出浪漫嘅氛圍，確實係一間非常有格調嘅餐廳。💖📌晚餐Menu有前菜、意大利粉同主菜，飲品就當然以酒🥂為主啦。餐包首先嚟咗餐包，係非一般嘅餐包，係一個以油炸方式的粉團🥠，面頭灑上芝士碎，再加上新鮮蕃茄醬🥫同忌廉芝士🧀，餐包都已經令人愛不釋手。Franks pork meatballs ，$149兩大球免治豬肉丸🐷，肉質超淋，配合蕃茄汁，面頭仲有熱熔芝士碎，啖啖肉真係大快朵頤。Pappardelle alla vodka，$209Vodka Sauce, Rock Shrimp, Shitake Mushroom, Pancetta, Parsley蕃茄醬汁非常濃烈，條條闊條麵掛上醬汁，食到舔舔脷。伴菜有好多蝦粒🦐同埋蘑菇🍄，非常彈牙爽口，伏特加味🍸就唔係好食到喇，相信都已經揮發

前一陣子與好姐妹來到中環蘭桂坊輕鬆一下，特意挑選了這間西餐廳，回顧一下以前到紐約旅行的美好時光，當然這間西餐以吃意大利菜和美國菜為主，在香港亦甚為少有。這餐廳位於大館和酒吧蘇豪區附近，從遠處便已可看到他的霓虹燈招牌，餐廳共有兩層，樓下是酒吧，樓上則是餐廳，入內裝潢以紅色為主題，加入皮革和木材為主元素。店內播放強勁的英文歌，猶如置身紐約之中，當日可見亦有不少外國人和香港人光顧，整體格調富有外國風味。意式肉丸意式肉丸是餐前小食，共有兩粒，入口外皮酥脆香口，內裏軟腍鬆化，味道鹹香可口，肉味濃郁，很是開胃。意式麵包籃麵包炸至色澤金黃，口感香酥脆口，表面曬上芝士碎，味道鹹身香濃，另外還配搭有布拉塔芝士，芝士是連著一整塊的，使用刀把其切開後配搭麵包進食，味道鹹香軟腍，惹味可口，額外還附有番茄醬，讓顧客可根據自己口味作調較。Pacific Rock Oyster生蠔共有三款，上桌可見各款形狀厚度均不相同。生蠔肉質圓潤肥美，口感飽滿新鮮，味道鮮甜鹹身，有強烈的海水味。醬料方面附有番茄汁、檸檬供顧客用作調味，加入清香帶酸的檸檬汁進食，使生蠔味道更鮮味十足。Homemade Burrata & Sicil

The lunch set at Frank’s was very worth it’s value. It came with mini appetisers, a main, dessert and lemonade (perfect for summer)! Unfortunately when we got there, the steak and chips option was sold out, but we were still able to order from the a la carte menu.Highly recommend the orecchiette with sausage and broccoli!

we booked a table for two. we were told that the restaurant was overbooked only when we arrived. they could not arrange a table for us and asked us to go to bar area RIDICULOUS. what a spoiler. not sure how could that happen... very bad experience

Me and my friend love food hunting, we originally planned to try out Baked which is around the area, however, it was way too packed and this restaurant came up in mind so we walked to here and try it out. Just realised their weekday lunch set would be served during weekend also! We immediately walked in to try.their bread is amazing! • Steak Lunch Set •💵Price: $198🍴Food: 4/5❤️-中環唔只soho區有正既steak lunch食，雲咸街呢邊都有，價錢亦都算合理👌🏻尤其因爲佢dinner係貴好多，咁相比之下就會覺得佢個lunch其實都算抵😆睇到佢個前菜其實都幾豐富，佢個麵包唔係平時一般既牛油麵包，係油炸既麵團黎，係意大利北部好流行食既麵包。外表有少少似酥皮、中間空心，但食落個皮又比酥皮韌少少，不過係幾好食既！跟住有蕃茄肉丸、火腿、mozzarella芝士，無影到既仲有一碟菇同椰菜，食完前菜都已經飽左一半🤭然後main course有steak & chips, 薯片似係Lays既bbq味😂而個牛扒都幾好食，好鬆軟，生熟度掌握得岩岩好，食落牛味重又無渣，對於lunch set黎講其實已經達標，應該會再黎食😛

係公司叫delivery嘅時候發現里間franks~仲有lunch set添，價錢幾親民，包pasta，小食同飲品，仲可以加錢要埋甜品叫左lunette alla vodka，其實就係vodka蕃茄忌廉汁ravioli 加埋菇同蝦🤗 先旨聲明，冇咁多菇嘅，係因為小食我叫左mushroom trifola，跟住為左一路食一路做野先撈埋左😂mushroom trifola個人認為油左少少，不過口感味道都不錯，自己隔走啲油就算啦~好似飛碟嘅ravioli ❤️Ravioli 裡面嘅rock shrimp，保有新鮮蝦嘅口感(雖然我覺得佢係雪蝦嘅機會好大😂)Pistachio cannoli，cannoli其實對我黎講都幾新穎，去意大利，甚至西西里嘅時候都冇試，不過今日想個lunch完滿啲就叫左❤️計埋delivery嘅時間，我差不多放左一個鐘先食，但脆皮嘅部分仍然保持脆度，應該係有調教蛋同麵粉嘅比例不錯不錯，下次試下cinnamon 先跟餐嘅ginger ale😂如果慷慨多少少俾番350ml就更好~噢提醒番，餐廳唔會俾餐具，需要可能就要額外request，大家支持下環保啦😌
