Smoked Salmon & Onsen Egg Confit in Lemon Cream Sauce with Spaghetti or Rice ($48) served with green salad, soup of the day, and hot drinks. Egg and pasta combination can never fail, adding smoked salmon slices on top brings the dish to a whole new level with its freshness and natural saltiness. Not to mention that we could get some healthy omega-3 from the salmon! Yum!

新開食民營內發現有間穩世食店，I chef kitchen嘅大㕑係五星級酒店出身㗎，食物果然有保證！👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻只睇賣相已夠吸引、食物又新鮮、味道更加唔洗問！果然酒店級水準！但平民化價錢！今次點咗3個餐，西班牙薄餅、溫泉蛋煙三文魚檸檬忌廉汁配飯、雞肉火腿蕃茄汁配飯！2個飯餐都配上餐湯、沙律&飲品！而今日餐湯係青豆薯仔薄荷湯，試第一啖湯，嘩！估唔到薯仔湯係可以做到咁清新口味喔！溫泉蛋煙三文魚檸檬忌廉汁配飯，真係喜出望外！我平時唔like食煙三文魚，因為大部分都又咸又鞋！但今次試咗啖，竟然有清淡煙薰味之外，仲要肉質鮮美又滑滑！溫泉蛋又做到半生熟，合到好處！😋😋雞肉火腿蕃茄汁配飯，初時肉眼望上去，以為係平時普通雞扒，點知咬一啖雞肉竟然嫩滑到不得了喎！2個飯套餐都配上和風沙律，D菜好新鮮爽脆吖！香港人平時多肉少菜，套餐唔單止有湯，仲加埋沙律，真係好細心喔！最後係西班牙薄餅，材料用上巴馬風乾火腿、水牛芝士、車厘茄+茄醬！薄餅底做到好香脆，水牛芝士配上巴馬火腿，兩者味道不單止好匹配，而且水牛芝士仲香軟到可以拉出一絲絲芝士呀！😋😋😋😋以後又多個美食之地啦，下次一定要試埋鐡板套餐！
