晚餐時份仍未餓, 2個人點了個smoke salmon ceasar salad 和6只生蠔(3只生吃, 3只用番茄粒焗).Smoke salmon ceasar salad ($80): 一分錢一分貨. 用靚芝士, 火腿粒, 靚salad汁泡製出來, 叫人回味無窮.生蠔($180六只): 只是生蠔已有幾個來源地給選擇, 果然是專門吃蠔的區域. 用料非常新鮮, 比自助餐的好得不知多了. 番茄粒焗的也只是稍稍焗, 給不能生吃的人士的, 保留生蠔的新鮮. 回家整晚口腔也足滿蠔味.

這restaurant 在soho east,但其實在灣仔三里屯也有branch。兩家branch 環境氣氛都很好,而且都有鞦韆椅子~ 我跟jeni 邊吃邊搖鞦韆,很寫意,也很好玩~price 蠻貴,食物質素不差((我爸爸似乎很喜歡...)),服務都不錯,普遍有禮。送的assorted bread。烘得暖暖的,不錯。最高那幾個有橄欖在表面的酥餅很鬆脆,而且很濃味,最好吃。最愛沾olive oil 和黑醋,麵包都變得很香口~我們不想食物一下子都上桌,免得來不及吃,dishes 都放涼了,便跟waitress 說要先上salad,然後其他dishesh 分開陸續上桌。這樣,我們就可慢慢享受dinner了。==========================================spinach salad $55 - pear、walnut、honey mustard vinaigrette自x'mas 在wildfire吃過後,跟jeni都對這salad產生興趣,這次就不吃common 的caesar salad,改點這個。雖然personally還是caesar salad 較

我們不想食物一下子都上桌,免得來不及吃,dishes 都放涼了,便跟waitress 說要先上salad,然後其他dishesh 分開陸續上桌。這樣,我們就可慢慢享受dinner了。

自x'mas 在wildfire吃過後,跟jeni都對這salad產生興趣,這次就不吃common 的caesar salad,改點這個。雖然personally還是caesar salad 較好吃,但這salad 有pear 的清新,又有walnut 的「咬口」,又有洋蔥的惹味,更棒的是那honey mustard vinaigrette 甜甜的味道,全家都激讚這sauce~!

其實我不想ordered 這的,因為這sauce 太simple,menu 上有更好的choice,但,既然dad luvs it,那就沒問題吧。跟jeni 想嚐嚐看闊蛋麵,但吃後,我還是覺得angel hair 最好吃~ 下次還是order angel hair 好了。

risotto e funghi 雜菌意大利飯$108 - sauteed with onions & mushrooms finished with parmesan cheese & cream

外表: 很吸引。一上桌,一顆顆圓潤的italian rice 沾滿sauce 後閃閃發亮,證明sauce 不會太少,所以risotto 才有光澤,不會暗淡無光;證明sauce 不會太多,令rice 淹沒在sauce 中,吃不到risotto 特別的口感。

italian rice: 當我特意細心地嘴嚼每一顆rice,想體驗清楚這裡煮出來的risotto的口感,發現有些中間是硬硬的,是還沒熟那感覺,不是al dente。

the broth: parmesan cheese 加上cream,很creamy 很香~ 全家都讚好~

the flavouring ingredient: 我愛那sundried tomatoes,酸酸甜甜的。mushrooms 吸收汁料後,鹹鹹的,好吃~

pizza 底不脆,太軟,像搓揉好的麵糰沒烤好,但是,pizza邊卻太硬! 撇開質感不說,味道真的很好。我很喜歡sundried tomatoes 所以堅持ordered 這,結果沒令我失望,酸酸甜甜的,好吃~

Charlie Brown (CB) chose the "Lamb Shank" while I had the "Beef Tenderloin". We had Apple Crumble for dessert too... quite good as it's not too sweet for both of us!

Both my friend and i were amazed at the quality of the food for its quality & reasonable price


The music is great coz they were playing some european music & CB, as a native french, commented those were REAL french musique... & how surprising it is as this is a placed managed solely by Chinese people~~!!

Well, we found out the reason later - the young guy who works here is an eurasian who looks 85% Chinese to us - but in fact, he's half french & half chinese... that explains


nice staff, good food, chic music for less than HK$120- per person - good recommendation from my lovely friend, CB


OH... my goodness~~!!

I just got an sms from CB that he fell sick & is alone at home... okay, i shall bring him some medicine & lozenges this evening after work... as a "thank-you-gift" for taking me to this dim blue-lighted restaurant near Sai Wan Ho, Hong Kong.

本星期第三擊,也是與龍預祝情人節,地點是嚮往已久的soho東。 soho東位置比預期中偏遠,其中Jack's更是偏中之偏,花了不少時間才找得到。個人認為三里屯店環境較好,不過看到龍滿意鞦韆椅安排,都覺得很值。 要讚餐包新鮮烘起夠溫熱,其中一粒細酥餅很香口,不過其他味道一般。是晚點了$330二人餐,內容非常豐富: 1.凱撒沙律-不過不失,其中脆多士若是切碎舖在沙律面而非整塊放在沙律旁,會好一點2.意式田螺配雲吞-意式雲吞很乾且硬,田螺就算ok3.意式火腿蘑菇配茄乾長通粉-味道不錯,唯長通粉稍嫌硬了少許。飽肚的菜式,有之前的經歷我吃得不多,龍就清了好多,結果...4.雜錦海鮮拼盤-有新鮮多膏虎蝦一隻、炸帶子兩隻,以及巨型炸軟殼蟹。炸帶子較油,此外兩款食物都很美味,尤其我很久沒吃過如此多汁的炸軟殼蟹!不錯5.扒錦繡大會-有肉眼扒一件、羊架兩件及豬肉腸一條,非常飽肚之選。肉眼扒要了五成熟,都算鮮嫩可口;羊架要了七成,肉質嫩滑,不過可以烤得更香一點;肉腸則最失色6.Cappuccino及chocolate-不用說,自savour cafe後我迷上了熱朱古力,當然成了我的杯中物。吃完主菜後,侍者就

4.雜錦海鮮拼盤-有新鮮多膏虎蝦一隻、炸帶子兩隻,以及巨型炸軟殼蟹。炸帶子較油,此外兩款食物都很美味,尤其我很久沒吃過如此多汁的炸軟殼蟹!不錯
5.扒錦繡大會-有肉眼扒一件、羊架兩件及豬肉腸一條,非常飽肚之選。肉眼扒要了五成熟,都算鮮嫩可口;羊架要了七成,肉質嫩滑,不過可以烤得更香一點;肉腸則最失色
6.Cappuccino及chocolate-不用說,自savour cafe後我迷上了熱朱古力,當然成了我的杯中物。吃完主菜後,侍者就上餐飲,其實次序無所謂啦,兩杯飲品都叫ok!
7.Tiramisu-早知這裡出品水準一般,沒有期望亦不會失望。嘗試偷了龍的咖啡沾濕芝士餅,感覺風味提昇了,大家可以一試!
8.Cassata-即是特色意大利雪糕。是幾有特色的,美味就談不上,一試無妨!
 
其實食物印象與三里屯店差不多,不出色然而抵食,尤其首次來吃的龍吃到飽極。看到喜歡的人開心,自己也會特別高興!想到可以一連兩晚一起慶祝,更是開心加倍~

去了鯉景灣食個tea,呢一帶環境清淨,加上坐在千鞦座位上,給人一種很寫意的感覺。叫了spicy wings和bruschetta,spicy wings一啲都唔辣,仲好似甜甜地。個toast就唔錯,唔好蕃茄既我都很喜歡。

同男友2個去到見到個環境已經好正...仲要d staff既笑容可以話係一百分.. 坐低睇個set dinner menu, 都唔洗諗, 一個頭盤叫焗snail(唔連shell), 一個叫ceasar salad (冇影相), 2個人叫仲會比多個course, either叫pizza or pasta, 我地叫左個pizza, 佢先先會比d包食住先, d包都好好味而且有好多款揀, 又有埋黑醋同olive oil係度, 雖然碟snail好細, 冇咩特別, 不過我個ceasar salad真係好味到爆.. d sauce同d cheese既分量恰到好處. 佢地d service 好到呢, 我地食完2支煙都幫我地換ashtray, 唔係間間都係架.. 佢又唔會成日行過來阻住你傾計個隻, 總之係good啦~個度氣氛好好丫跟住出場既係pizza, 個皮應該係自己整既, d cheese好多, 而且茄醬d味好鮮, 唯一唔好係個邊略嫌硬左少少, 其他都好正.隔左一陣, 佢就上2個main, 連上菜既時間都係very good, 唔會太快or慢.. 好難得. 首先講左baby碟先啦, 佢地都有問要

隔左一陣, 佢就上2個main, 連上菜既時間都係very good, 唔會太快or慢.. 好難得. 首先講左baby碟先啦, 佢地都有問要d咩sauce同落唔落pepper, 好似有3款sauce, mint, mustard 同唔記得係咩.. 跟住放低閎都問我地係咪share, 如果去正統d既西餐廳一定唔可以, 呢度就有好處喇~ baby既係雜扒, 有2件lamb, 一件肉眼同腸, 首先食既係rib eye, 嘩我地都冇request 到50%, 佢都係比medium rare 我地, d肉汁好甜...至於2個同事都recommend 既lamb, 不過我地食第一舊真係有d"un"同乾, 到食第二舊好好多, d肉好稔, 腸都好味不過我地2個都唔太喜歡呢種裡面散散地, 有好多野mix埋一齊既腸所以只係食左半條.


嘩到我個碟就精彩lor... 首先試左隻蝦.. 佢用garlic整, 好鮮甜呀, d肉又爽, 跟住隻帶子就真係學baby話"chai"係痴線帶子, 點解可以好味到咁? 跟本放係側邊既sauce係多餘既, 跟本唔會用...跟住試埋吊筒, 我本身好唔like吊筒, 不過佢真係好鬼正, 好稔又luen wor... 好正呀~ 最唔掂就係件魚.. 梅既~ 我地食一啖算...最驚喜既係, 側邊d炸薯仔.. 好鬼甜, 點解可以整到咁既? d薯蓉都係好好味, 好滑, 不過太飽冇食晒, e+好後悔


個set dinner 連野飲同dessert, 我見openrice有人話個blueburry cheesecake好味, 問佢個set dinner 係咩甜品, 佢話係tiramisu, 我麻麻地, 所以2個都轉左做blueburry, 整體來講都好味, 係個底我唔like, 因為唔夠硬, 可能有d人buy呢隻, 如果d cheese再滑d就更好啦~

星期六晚想去鯉景灣食飯,睇完Open Rice食評之後算book呢間頭盆叫鵝肝同田螺。鵝肝幾好味,冇乜根,但我覺得生。墊底用多士,吸汁幾好味田螺就真係麻麻,致命傷係唔夠熱主菜叫牛膝同蕃茄忌廉意粉。意粉好好味,有唔同菇同蕃茄乾,少少酸甜,份量足夠兩個人牛膝ok啦,幾大份,不過有少少韌甜品叫焗蘋果tart,我覺得個酥皮唔夠脆間餐廳唔係望海,我地坐去bar邊,佈置一般啦。唔知係咪新開,佢係灣仔間分店最難book鞦韆,係呢間竟然冇人坐開支澳洲紅酒,埋單八百幾,我覺得OK至貴

The restaurant's environment is quite good. the seats are comfortable.

Price: we 4 ppl paid around $1000

although it's a bit expensive. but still 值得!

兩個人各要了一個set lunch。頭盤一個要釀蘑菇,另一個要吞拿魚沙律。蘑菇裏面有青椒粒、洋蔥粒和蒜茸等素菜,幾特別。沙律亦不錯,頗新鮮。主菜選了火腿pizza和雜菜千層麵。Pizza是薄批,似在食餅乾。千層麵就好差,部分麵似乎還未熟,硬硬的,吃不下!餐咖啡算可以,不過濃而不香滑。這間餐廳雖然裝修幾好,環境舒服,但是食物質素欠佳,難怪午飯時候也只得幾檯人客,搖搖椅任坐。
