生客千祈唔好去,人哋對生熟客差別待遇,生客就好似你欠佢地錢咁,份野食比唔新鮮菜,零擺盤,熟客就咩都擺靚D,我叫左成50蚊一份早餐,擺上來仲衰過人地熟客40蚊一份既。然後就是趕人走,未飲完野就趕,但隔離枱熟客坐得耐過我哋佢都唔出聲。因為怕整污糟人哋地方,個口罩就用紙巾包住,結果佢地為咗趕人連個口罩都掉埋,同佢申訴,佢竟然覺得係個客嘅錯。講到好似係客人無理取鬧,話‘我比過一個你嘍!(嘈咩)人地5知啊’生客勿去,人地好高斗、唔好去俾錢搵罪受

Went to this place in a weekday at about 1230. The restaurant was packed as soon as we are seated. I had the salmon and scallop linguini with cream sauce and my friend had the scallop and salmon angel hair with a tomato base. The pasta was cooked to el Dante and not too soft which a lot of smaller Hong Kong cafe is a victim of. As for the taste... it is simply aight. The cream sauce taste like it from one of the Campbell soup cans, it would say it’s all right. The tomato sauce is a lot better and it was well seasoned. there is a nice charr on the exterior of the seafood giving it a nice charbroiled taste which is really nice. As for the service it is just standard and for this price I would come again. 7/10

星期日中午一支公,想找些新意思,決定去找一直沒空試的西班牙蛋鉼,豈料碰釘,紅磡的One Little Room 已經不存在了😨。就像井之頭五郎一樣,四圍行下看有什麼能令我停步的。走到熟悉但又覺陌生的崇潔街,每次穿過這小小食街,除了加太賀之外,好像次次見到的都是不一樣的。但週日的中午半條街以上都休息😧。經過這小店,被門外那花花的餐牌吸引了。選上厚切黑椒豬柳配薯蓉。極速上桌,在這工業區附近,午市的效率也真很重要。但沒想到這豬柳是炸的😱在餐牌上多寫一個炸字會好很多,因為同一餐牌的魚柳也寫明是炸的呀,不要一牌兩制吧!知道的我就不會點了,年紀不輕,少炸為妙。但味道其實不差的,外焦內嫩,配上黑椒汁,少少辣,剛好,但應該是下了雞粉來作醃料,美中不足。薯蓉其實我很少點的,因一般都下大量牛油來提香增滑,這店倒是不一樣,很Homemade style,充滿薯粒,沒下太多牛油和奶,不正宗但我倒喜歡。外面還見有人單點外賣薯蓉,看來這次我也點對了😁。伴菜是烚的,但西蘭花過熟了。如果餐湯和飲品不用二選一,這個午餐會更值得推薦,不過可能又是要增加效率,務求在平日多做一轉枱吧,小店就是有這樣的矛盾😞。

崇潔街是周邊工商大廈打工仔向揾食熱點。漸演變成全條小巷都是食肆,價格以中等為主。 今次試一間西式小店,座位唔算多,地盡其用,所以非常迫,人多會坐到出門外的。 有餐湯或飲品,叫咗忌廉湯,份量唔少,濃稠度適中,味道合格有餘。 秘制西冷牛扒飯配黑椒汁,牛扒鬆軟唔靱,有些肉味,唔蘸汁都很入味。牛肝菌汁豬柳長通粉,擺盤很吸引,有什菌、脆肉瓜、香草等配料,上枱已很香,牛肝菌汁同忌廉汁好似差不多咁,長通粉有微靱,有咬口好吃。

幫襯過 Jo cafe 幾次,發覺有一個共通點,不論餐湯,主菜同飲品,佢地d菜色都係比較清淡,啱哂鍾意食得清淡嘅朋友。對於我哩講,餐湯唔係好夠熱凍咗少少,有點失望,叫咗客法式香草田螺海蝦配天使麵,田螺少咗d,哩點都預咗,海蝦夠彈牙夠新鮮,天使麵煮得啱啱好,唔會煮得太硬同太軟,另一次叫咗客蒜香考雞扒,兩次嘅主菜都係唔係好夠熱,而兩次主菜都比較淡,連個牛肝菌汁都比較淡。服務算唔錯,可惜鋪頭較細,所以坐得比較窄。
