Long time no eat Lady M cakes! This time tried 4 in a row!Signature Mille CrepesThere were no less than 20 paper-thin handmade crêpes layered with ethereal light pastry cream. Cream was sufficient and the crepes itself had a nice texture. It was very easy to cut it into mouthful size. However, flavourwise I always preferred other more special flavours.Lavender Matcha Mille CrepesSo here came the Lavender Matcha Mille Crepes with fragrant lavender-infused pastry cream and Japanese matcha pastry cream. There were fewer layers of lavender-infused pastry cream yet its flavour was more outstanding compared with the matcha one. It was good to try this new flavour. A sprinkle of lavender buds were given on top.Gateau NuageI always love Lady M's Gateau Nuage because the airy whipped cheesecake base was very rich and smooth. The cinnamon-kissed graham cracker crust was ok but not particularly special. The thin layer of sweetened sour cream on top added extra smooth texture and some refreshing flavour to the cake. Taro Mochi Cream CakeIt seemed to be a new flavour? They used premium Taiwanese Dajia Taro, with 2/3 layers of fragrant taro-infused pastry cream with a hint of rum layered between three layers of fluffy taro sponge cake and one layer of vanilla milky mochi. Finally, it was garnished with lilac whipped cream, edible blue cornflower petals, and water-like droplets on the top. Flavourwise, I think the taro taste was slightly not rich enough, maybe because they wanted to make it less sweet? The taro sponge cake was still fluffy even though I ate it after leaving it in the fridge for two nights. The amount of mochi was very little though, and the size was very tiny. I am glad that the flavour of rum was not so strong. The outer layer whipped cream was thick enough so this cake was pretty creamy.I did not eat them on the same day but left most until the next day. Quality was still pretty good. They were nicely packed in a paper box. Amongst these all, my favourites remain Gateau Nuage and special flavour mille crepes!

这次到店里品尝了芒果斑兰蛋糕,味道确实出色,芒果的鲜甜和斑兰的香气完美融合,蛋糕质感轻盈柔软,让人回味无穷,是值得推荐的甜点。不过服务方面令人失望。一位戴眼镜、手臂上有纹身的男性店员态度非常没耐性且不礼貌。当我询问蛋糕买了是否可以坐下来吃,他竟长叹一声,告诉我堂食要在另一边落柯打,语气生硬又不耐烦。其实店面看起来就像外卖舖,所以要问清楚也很正常吧?之后有一对疑似游客的外国顾客,想坐下来,他态度更差,出言不逊,甚至晦气地说「嗌咗先得唔得呀」,之后见是外国人不懂中文,又粗鲁地说”order first!”整体感觉非常不舒服。如此对待客人实在有损店铺形象。总结来说,蛋糕本身很好吃,但服务态度亟需改进,尤其是这位店员,真希望店方能加强员工的礼貌培训,让顾客有更佳的用餐体验。

众所周知Lady M其实系属于贵价食品系列🎂 佢提供多款甜品及饮品,平时都唔舍得入去食~今日心血来潮想食佢嘅蛋糕🤩 佢最出名嘅就系佢嘅千层蛋糕,但我今日就试咗朱古力棋子蛋糕,顾名思义就系佢嘅蛋糕系朱古力同普通蛋糕格仔形状咁,好似棋盘上见到嘅格仔咁~🍫如果你系朱古力爱好者,小熊猫十分推荐呢个蛋糕俾你~ 虽然佢喺雪柜拎出嚟,但佢嘅朱古力外层都可以做到入口即溶,好浓厚嘅朱古力味~ 入边嘅蛋糕质感轻盈,蛋味香浓,忌廉亦都发挥到佢嘅作用,令到成个作品更加香滑~佢嘅蛋糕品质的确高,完全对得住个价钱👍🏼间唔中奢侈一次去奖赏自己啦

🌹玫瑰千层🍰每层之间都均匀地铺满咗幼滑嘅忌廉,入口先感受到嘅系非常绵密浓厚嘅牛乳味🥛,唔系普通 cream 嘅感觉,而系好纯好纯嘅奶香,好似直接将新鲜牛奶嘅馥郁香气搬入口腔,正到冇得弹👍。接著,千层本身嘅层次感立现,每层都好有弹性,喺咀嚼间展现出独特魅力✨,玫瑰嘅花香自然清新,一闻就知唔系加香精嘅假把式,淡淡地渗透喺各层之中,为整体口味锦上添花🌸关键嘅一点❗就系佢唔甜腻,连平日唔钟意食蛋糕嘅长辈,食第一口都忍唔住赞好👏虽价不低,但物超所值💎
