a very nice cake.very true to say.it WAS a very good cake.MUST TRY IT OUT YOURSELF.the top layer was sharp like gold,and the earl grey mousse was too like jelly state,not as good as le salon de joel r.,but the caramel cream went VERY WELL with the cooked apple slices,all sponge used was very moist and the middle layer was even soaked wine!!the best part was the base.it was a biscuit coated with chocolate,which was super crispy and right in sweetness,so good~!XD

LGB-- 久違了。今天終於是在你這裡用餐的時候 事緣今天我們很瘋狂地要看兩套電影（其中一套是open rice所贈送的）其間有兩小時的空檔，所以可以悠悠閒閒的慢吃。星期天午飯時候，人流還不算很多，餐廳只有數枱客人，可以享受一刻的清靜。由於趕著看早場沒吃早餐的關係，這頓變成了brunchFull English Breakfast with Fruit Salad很豐富的英式早餐，蛋的做法可選擇水煮或是炒，是次要了炒的，蛋炒得滑，吃出淡淡蛋香，煙肉煎得香口，炒菇菌味道濃郁，麥包烤得外脆，還有新鮮水果伴碟。Classic Eggs Benedict with Fruit Salad自從在18 grams吃過後，便對它心存好感，所以點了它 這裡的荷蘭醬比較稀而且酸味重，火腿不夠鹹香，不過水煮蛋的蛋黃只僅僅熟，一切開汁液馬上流出來把鬆餅沾滿，濕潤感遍滿囗裡，這點我很喜歡！在這時六分飽的我們再點了兩件餅，再消磨多一陣子。侍應小姐帶我到餅櫃前，雖然只有幾步之遙，但在她笑意盈盈下的帶領着，感覺令人舒服，而且她亦有推介蛋糕給我，很積極呢！Opera歌劇院蛋糕以層數見稱，由朱古力蛋糕，開心果杏仁蛋糕，

Ordered a high tea for one to share with mom.2 Coffee- we had Latte n Cappuccino. I love the tangy aftertaste in the latte! Outstanding coffee.Toast- ham toast: it used to be the highlight of the tea set. Used to be hot, with crunchy crust and soft inside. But it was served cold today. 又來到星期六，連續十幾天都要早起，好像沒有休息過，很累 放工後來到圓方吃午餐，第一次到圓方吃午餐有很多餐廳可以選擇，今次先試LGB，下次再試其他啦！圓方很大，而且人流不多，到處都有地方給途人坐下休息就算逛街逛得太累都可以坐坐休息，所以，都幾喜歡圓方來到LGB，餐廳以啡色為主，餐廳另一面是甜品櫃放滿macarons及cake，看見已經很想把它們通通吃掉！Macarons 中文可以翻成蛋白杏仁小甜餅顧名思義是用杏仁粉、蛋白和兩種糖配合不同的餡料做成的小巧圓餠LGB的Macarons也是幾有名的，很想試試點了一個set lunch ($108)，可選湯或沙律，main course及一杯飲品我們選了沙律Mixed Leaf Salad with Italian Dressing，沙律汁酸酸的，十分開胃Main Course有三款選擇，Seafood Linguine，Roasted Half Spring Chicken及Panini由於想吃意粉，就揀選了Seafood Linguine with Cherry Tomatoes，Basil & Prawn扁意粉口感剛剛好，不會太稔，看得出廚

係囍宴 滋‧選book咗位食飯我早到諗住係element行下就見到呢間之前都係openrice見過佢作為一個甜魔梗係試下啦一件cake拎走就$30, 堂食$38+10%所以我就order 2件拎走, 都係$60咋... 首先係cheslnut tart($30)整得幾靚, 整體係幾好, 但食到後期就覺得有d甜啦......栗子蓉係幾香幾smooth, 入面有d cream令到成個tart既感覺厚咗, tart底都幾好......第二件係opera($30)我見到d一層層, 層次分明既cake會莫名其妙咁好開心... 我覺得佢既coffee味好濃, 唔太合我意......以$30一件cake, 佢算係幾好......

今日去ELEMENTS chez shibata 買左寶石撻............吉士忌廉很膩...........撻皮不鬆化.........但牛油味卻十分濃厚..........給我太大邪惡感........於是黎呢度食個cake先。Green tea and tofu and black sesame蛋糕.........um.........sweetness剛剛好........好味! green tea味普通啦...........但食落去又ok喎........because一bite落去勁香sesame and tofu味...........你唔會覺得佢過甜...........must encore~!

次次見到macarons都好想食,尋日生日bb買左8個比我=]110蚊8個,,,完全買8個會平d樣就真係好好,,,,但真係甜到冇聲出-___________________-朱古力味同咖啡味我接受到,,覺得ok...但其實真係,,,,不停飲水....我依家明點解人地買幾個就夠....

LGB最強是Macarons一個是Olive味道一個是Rose味道一個是 Earl Grey味道一個是"忘記" 味道食物櫃有~20款味道的macarons...每一盤都做得美輪美奐不過最巴閉的就是serve你果個小姐不會講Chinese >.<糖霜 + 砂糖 蛋白...好甜....一定不是香港的口味...但試吓都無坊Olive 味道比較清新Earl Grey 不得不試$15一個...有dd唔喺路

Tried four macarons in a go....having one after the other really allows you to tell the difference between each! RoseThe woman taking our order recommended this. I had high hopes for this...but there was no scent or taste of rose at all! It tasted of pure sugar, simply given a pink colouring.... The middle part wasn't identifiable at all! It was sickly sweet. 睇完戲打算去食萬豚屋,知道有排等所以栗子怪又出動去買左栗子撻頂下我兩公婆個肚Chestnut tart : 栗子蓉算重栗子味,面頭粒栗子幾好食,撻底好鬆脆始終不敵three sixty既chestnut sqare cake

I find that on the Lucky Day, you can get a really really good coffee @ Element's Le Gouter Bernardaud! Its something that I have never experienced at their 2 x IFC stores or in their Harbour City store before. However, choosing to drink-in incurs additional charges here, 2ndly there's 10% service charge. Expect to pay around $55 for Coffee & $70+ for Tea. 因為在晚飯後總是心思思想食甜的東西，所以就在附近見有這間賣相不錯的餐廳，一於試試。檸檬芝士蛋糕 $38 檸檬味清新，配上芝士不會太膩，中間還爽了朱古力粒粒，3種味道都好分明，好吃鮮果撻 $38蜜糖兒話與美心的味道差不多，而Size又細過美心，鮮果又不多，不太特別。熱檸茶 x 2 $70Summary:我認為在甜品店揀甜品時應該選擇自己喜愛的口味之餘，還可選擇較特色的款色，心理上會覺得抵D

看畢電影，仍對吃著那個難吃ThreeSixty漢堡心心不忿，一時意氣，不顧自己仍處於 "甜食禁" 狀態兼晚上有飯局，走去LGB買了兩個macaron以抒解心頭之恨！面對琳瑯滿目的macarons, 也曾有一個衝動全買下來！但還是忍了下來，只買最吸引我目光的兩款味道 - Earl Grey 和 Rose。未吃過Earl Grey味的Macaron, 在路上已忍不住試了 - 甫從袋子拿出來，earl grey的茶香已迎面撲來；一咬，外層香脆，內裏鬆軟，而中間那層混有Earl Grey 茶香的朱古力ganache更是幼滑得很 - 當然，與在外地吃到更美味的相比，外層可以再香脆一點，餡也可以更幼滑一點；但現時的質素其實也算不俗了，尤其是吃畢後那茶香仍在腔中縈繞不散，令人回味。反而玫瑰味有點令人失望- 可能是吃過更美味的玫瑰味macaron, 座擁強勁花香，珠玉在前，頓覺LGB出品玫瑰香非常薄弱 - 雖仍是香甜的，但特色就欠奉；還是Earl Grey味道的那個，具層次感和精彩得多！
