I had a very bad dining experience in Le Grand Pokka Café.
First of all, the staffs in this restaurant is not nice without showing their nice facial expression and smiling face all the time. Starting from bringing me to get a table, a lady showed her black face and her attitude was not sincere at all. When I told the waiter to give me a cup of water, it took me five minutes to do so . Thus, I was very dissatisfied about the attitude of the staffs working in this cafe. What disappointed me most is I saw all the customers had all plates and a cup of water on the table and I was the only one who didn't have. When I raised up my hand to ask the server, he said what he could help me.
Apart from poor attitude of the staffs, the dishes in this cafe are not good as well. Both the Japanese rice with pork chop and desert taste not so good. This is not the first time I have experienced such poor quality of food. Also, it is definitely a waste of time as it took more than twenty minutes for the chefs to produce my meals and let the server to take the dishes out. Thus, the working efficiency of the staffs is not good.
As I have not been to this restaurant for almost a year already, there is no improvement on the quality of food. What disappointed me most is extremely poor quality of service that have been provided by the staffs in this restaurant.
Apart from Le Grand Pokka Café, I believe that I have many many choices to enjoy my meal in Yoho Mall. I will not give them any chances and go to this rubbish restaurant anymore.
