今日試吓Restaurantweek.嘅午餐餐廳嘅裝修唔錯,富有現代感.感覺舒適,服務亦都唔錯.先送上頭盤牛肉他他牛肉他他口感柔嫩,滿有肉味,加上鵪鶉蛋蛋黃,和一些炸脆嘅條條,口感同味道都唔錯.主菜係羊架羊架嘅份量實在太少,只有我手掌三份一為一件,共兩件。然而羊架嘅味道唔錯,烤得好,而且相當入味,又唔羶甜品係簡單嘅蘋果批就是酥皮上放上蘋果,再配上雲呢拿雪糕。味道清甜入口、鬆化,有啲冰火嘅感覺,係一個幾唔錯嘅甜品。

The ambience is excellent with bright and colorful decoration. Service there is very good and the food quality is fantastic. The aim with every dish on the menu is to create a mouthful of food that will not be forgotten and which you cannot find or reproduce elsewhere. Octopus, pork, beef, chicken are all good but smaller portion. Don’t forget to try their desserts - french toast, creme brûlée, apple tart, cheesecake…They are lovely. It is easy to get there by MTR to Central station (4min walk from Exit C) but not easy for parking if you drive. You may park farther away in Central like Man Yee Building but need to walk back. Cocktails there is very special, you must try .. good for taking photos too. Every dishes have a great presentation, simple but nice! Needless to say, the price is relatively high. It‘s worth to try though if there is a promotion or via dining city menu. Wheelchair is no problem cos there is lift going up to the restaurant directly. Restroom is located outside the restaurant but it‘s clean. Bear in mind that corkage fee there is very expensive (HK$800 to HK$1000) and cake cutting fee is charged on a per person basis @HK$80. Even though if you order desserts they will charge half of it, it‘s still expensive. You’d better order from there.

LPM真的每天都很火爆,六点第一轮八点就要走,位置也安排的很挤。但是食物很好吃,价钱也相对合适,是和朋友聚餐约会。每次来都点tomatini很清新的招牌番茄鸡尾酒🍅 加上一点胡椒粉真的绝了。春鸡每次都会点,很喜欢他的调味,肌肉也很嫩滑🍗Gnocchi比较软,超级喜欢这个口感!🥔甜品的cream brûlée和🍞都很爱,经典法式甜品怎么会出错呢!还试了季节限定的鹅肝酱,很滑,配上brioche 真的美滋滋。来之前一定要在网上订位子哦!

老派法餐 fine dining,坐落在香港中环,lululemon旁拾阶而上,非常口,每一幅画都精心选择的,装潢明亮自然,氛围轻松,一点都不拘谨,深得我心。每道菜都很惊艳,是边吃边惊呼好吃的那种!每枱桌上会摆自家种的有机大柠檬(和三颗番茄(,原來是餐前沙拉,给一把刀具,可以自己现切现吃,沾一些橄榄油和意大利醋,非常新鲜!•Yellow Tail日料生鱼片吃法,生鱼片口感细腻,油脂感恰到好处,配上法式调味,酸中带点柑橘清香,蛮有层次感的。一吃一个不吱声!强烈推荐@Burrata啊,太太太愛奶酪的人会幸福到哭,那么浓郁醇厚奶香,口感绵密的burrata,第一次吃到!种草了〈是吃完让人忍不住想再来一份的那种好吃😋呀!@beet tartar非常好吃,感觉用的是和牛,牛脂香味挺浓郁的,调味里有一丝酸味,增添了层次感。只是上面撒的油脆脆有点多,吃的时候感觉有点抢了牛肉的风头。整体来说,还是很值得一试的。•Tuna tata with caviar非常负责任的说,这绝对是我吃过最好的,食材极佳,吞拿切的大小和调味都很棒,加上橄榄油,非常提香,惊艳了!• Snails with Garlic Butter非常不幸,是踩雷了的那种,个头很大,但里面的肉为什么那么小,非常油,油到极致的那种!再去时一定必坑!哈哈服务:上菜速度快!服务员活力满满,感受到他们的开心指数爆表!服务态度超级愉快,简直能够感染整个就餐氛围。整个就餐过程交流甚欢,真的让人感觉很舒心。YYDS!
