今日去东涌探朋友,被带去一间隐世地中海餐厅 Maison du Mezze,原来系佢外籍老公嘅「日常饭堂」!主打自助形式任食多国中东菜,由鹰嘴豆泥到炭烧羊肉全部齐全,仲有即开生蚝同冻虾任拎,性价比高到吓亲我~ 鹰嘴豆泥四重奏(任装)👉 「薄饼即敲!辣茄子酱必扫」共有原味、蒜香、辣茄子、黑松露4款,质地绵密到似丝绸!个人最爱: - 辣茄子酱微辣带烟熏香,后劲惹味 - 原味纯粹豆香,衬热辣辣嘅即制薄饼朋友教路:撕块薄饼卷住豆泥食,再滴少少橄榄油,正宗中东食法! 主菜推荐:Chargrilled Chicken Kansa 手抓鸡肉饭👉 「炭香爆灯!酱汁自由配」用香料腌过嘅鸡腿肉炭烧到皮脆肉嫩,底下藏住用藏红花煮嘅黄饭,旁边有自选酱料区: - 蒜蓉乳酪酱(清爽解腻) - 哈里萨辣酱(北非风味,后劲强) - 石榴糖蜜(甜酸平衡) 捞埋一齐食,味道层次即刻升华! 👉 「即开生蚝海水味浓」虽然唔系日本蚝级数,但以自助餐来讲够新鲜!蚝身饱满,配柠檬或中东式柠檬蒜汁好开胃。冻虾亦爽弹,记得留quota~ 👉 「羊肉零苏味!慢煮羊膝超软嫩」中东人煮羊真系有一手!必试: - 炭烧羊架表面焦脆,内里粉嫩 - 炖羊膝用红酒慢煮,肉一撕就开 - 羊肉串孜然香浓,肥瘦适中 怕羊膻味嘅朋友都大赞:「点解可以咁入味又唔苏?」 如果想试非一般酒店Buffet,呢间绝对系惊喜之选!尤其适合想大啖食肉嘅食肉兽,钟意DIY酱料配搭嘅玩味派,揾地方同朋友慢食倾偈。素食友善超过10款素菜选择,连纯素芝士都有供应~ 朋友老公仲笑说:「食完呢餐,我谂起阿妈煮嘅饭~」连外国人都认证,仲使犹豫? 😉 继续阅读

如果你住东涌,或者成日出入𠮶头,可能都未发现 Sheraton 酒店里面原来有间黎巴嫩餐厅!呢度都几隐世,环境舒服,仲有唔少外国客,如果想静静地食餐好嘅,或者放工后嚟 Chill 吓都几适合!🫘 Mix Hummus Platter 鹰嘴豆蓉拼盘 食黎巴嫩菜,点可以唔试 Hummus ✨ 呢个拼盘一次过试晒 4 款口味:原味经典唔会错,番茜腌菜微酸开胃,红菜头有啲甜味几特别,松露味香味够浓,口感幼滑,配薄饼或者斋食都得 🥰🐙 Chargrilled Octopus Tentacles 炭烤八爪鱼须 八爪鱼须烧得啱啱好,有炭烧香,外面微脆,冇烧过龙变韧 🔥 配埋大蒜、风干蕃茄、Extra Virgin Olive Oil,好食!🥩 Charcoal Grilled Ribeye 炭烤肉眼扒 400g 外面烧到微焦、肉质嫩滑,锁住肉汁,牛味够浓,唔点酱都够味!加埋自家制薯条,香口唔油腻,呢个 Main Dish 配红酒应该会超正 🍷🍮 Umm Ali Pudding 呢款阿拉伯传统甜品有啲似 Bread Pudding,不过更湿润,柔软有奶香,仲有少少坚果,甜度适中唔漏!🍸 Cocktail of the Day 当日饮嘅系 French 75,系香槟加 Gin 调成嘅鸡尾酒,微酸有啲气泡,清新易入口 🥂🍹 Passionfruit Yakult 百香果汁 + 益力多 + 柠檬汁 + 梳打水,酸酸甜甜,仲有啲果肉,好饮! 继续阅读

All food are wonderful and the vibe is so good and romantic here. Hallcumi Cheese with Dry FigsSalty and fragrant grilled cheese paired with sweet dried figs, a great combination.Mix Hummus PlatterFour flavors including original, parsley, beetroot, and truffle with pita bread. The beetroot and truffle flavors are very aromatic and tasty.Lamb ChopsChargrilled Australian lamb chops, grilled mixed vegetables, impressive. Medium is unexpectedly perfect - juicy, tender, rich lamb flavor, with fat. The braised vegetables are also very delicious.Cocktail: NDM MuleMade of fresh blackberries and bourbon with a hint of winter spice topped up with ginger beer. Strong alcoholic but easy to drink.Mocktail: Ginger BerriesMade of fresh blackberries and mint with raspberry and ginger ale. Fresh mint and blended berries, good texture.Qatayef With Vanilla Ice-CreamFresh vanilla, tasty with pistachio topping.
