G於某次飯局中買了數款馬莎曲奇送贈食友，一見有開心果杏仁曲奇，小妹也就老實不客氣地搶了過來。吃過開心果，包你開心笑呵呵！ 一打開包裝袋，一陣陣開心果仁香氣撲鼻而來。一包有十塊曲奇，厚身曲奇上佈滿了嫩綠開心果碎粒和褐色杏仁碎粒。咬下，曲奇口感比想像中香脆鬆化，且夾雜著香脆可口的果仁，開心果味尤為突出，蠻有嚼勁和咬口，且不甚甜膩，感覺頗健康的！

18-4-2013(四）是日宵夜，是昨天下午在灣仔馬莎買下的特濃朱古力迷利鬆餅。一盒有八件，售 $38。把它們放入微波爐烘熱一會兒後，拿出來熱燙燙的。因這些鬆餅是迷利裝，所以一口便能吃下一個！吃下一口，很鬆軟，朱古力味很濃郁，牛奶味較少，應是以黑朱古力所製作，感覺有點像吃朱古力心太軟一樣，非常好吃！

11-3-2013(一)有一年夏天，我往意大利旅遊，其中一站是去南部的 Naples ，曾在當地品嚐過 Mozzarella，非常好吃，自此對它念念不忘！去年十二月，我在馬莎的 I-Square 分店，曾看見有售賣 Mozzarella Slices ，我隨即買了一包，回家後用來夾麵包作早餐之用，非常、非常好吃！馬莎店舖我常去，去開的是荃灣店、青衣店、九龍塘店以及大角咀店，但也沒有 Mozzarella 售賣。今天下午，一個人行經灣仔馬莎(食品專門店)，入去逛了一圈，再發現有 Mozzarella Slices 的蹤跡，於是二話不說便買下來。Mozzarella 是用水牛的奶製成的，再混合一些添加物後經過揉捏及延展，最後包裝而成。馬莎售賣的 Mozzarella Slices ，顏色較為是白色中呈有黃色的，而質地非常柔軟，吃起來你會嚐到有淡淡的牛奶味且鹹鹹的，絕對適合一些不愛重口味，但又想食用芝士的人。。。我多用它來夾白麵包，非常、非常好吃！若你家中有焗爐，可用它來做 pizza；我知道意大利人多會用 mozzarella 來製作 pizza，因它的質地，較容易產生拉絲的效果。誠意推

Felt like eating something light so grabbed the potato salad.This was the first product of Marks and Spencers I did not like.I was expecting the potatoes to be soft boiled with lots of chives, but the potatoes were hard in the middle.The bacon was really fatty and made the salad oily because it was chilled making the sauce much heavier than it was intended to.

前幾日經過此區就入去馬莎買幾件曲奇食下. 選左2件朱古力曲奇及1件牛油曲奇估唔到這間既曲奇做到有點似MRS FIELDS既 曲奇咁中間有點軟身, 不過都係偏甜.至於件牛油曲奇都同樣出色, 好重牛油香, 又鬆又脆.

這天一早去書展, 買點吃的作準備. 隨意地走入瑪莎分店, 見有烘焙的區, 只有朱古力MUFFIN. 忽然想吃藍莓就問店員, 竟有新鮮的存貨! 感謝~~行了半晝, 打開紙袋仍見鬆餅好樣的, 一吃之下裡面的藍莓還是很新鮮@@ 不得不讚~ 吃後愉快地繼續逛書展去>>>

When I have a craving for cheese, I always get my cheese here because the cheese comes in small pieces which are individually packed and there is quite a variety at $10 per piece.The cheese I chose this time was Port Salut, a soft cheese which has the texture similar to processed cheese but the taste was much nicer.It tasted like a cross between brie and cheddar.

早前有上司買了一份午餐，但他突然外出用餐，所以把他的午餐送了給我，有機會試試這個貴價包，真的很開心呢總共有3樣食物，一盒飲品和兩個包，這盒飲品($10)真的很好喝，很濃厚的果汁味，酸酸的，十分開胃，不過十蚊一盒真的有點貴呢。而其他兩個包也很好吃，酥皮($20)的那個很香，很脆，而另外那個好像是藍莓冬甩之類的名稱，包身非常的軟，而中間的藍莓醬是十分充足的，畢竟$8一個如此細小的冬甩也要$8，絕不可以馬虎。這裡的麵包真的很香，不過對我來說真的有點昂貴，偶爾吃吃也可以，如果經常吃就不化算了。
