MO Bar at Landmark Mandarin Oriental is currently doing a L'Eclair de Genie crossover Afternoon Tea until the end of December 2016, at HKD $388 Per Person. The Sweet Eclairs are designed by L'Eclair de Genie themselves, and the savory items are prepared with the help of upstairs 2 Michelin Starred AMBER by Chef Richard Ekkebus, considered by many to be the best and complete Modern French Chef in Hong Kong. This year, they seem to have done quite a few Collaborations with famous Bars and Restaurants from around the World. Including from New York, Tokyo and now from Paris.
Actually I currently rate these as the best Scones available in Hong Kong, although Island Shangri-la and Four Seasons are also good in different ways. These here nowadays have a very good aroma and light yet milky. It's hard to quantify it in pure vocabularies, but I considered these the perfect scones recipe and this is very rare to find outside of the UK!
