It was our last German class in Goethe, and so we had special permission from the teacher to have pizzas in class. Yea... I know, having italian food in our last German class seemed a little bit odd. We ordered 2 huge pizzas to share amongst us. I think one of them was called the Manhattan. We each had about 1 to 2 slices. As you may see in the picture above, the diameter of the pizza was about 3 to 4 times the length of a pen. The crust was crispy and the pizza base was chewy. The pepperoni was also spicy. As for the proportion between the tomato sauce and cheese, it was perfect. The pizzas were still pipping hot upon delivery despite the distance from the restaurant to Goethe. The size of a slice was so big that I could hardly finish it, no matter how delicious it was. To be honest, it tasted as nice as those you could find in Italy.
