We recently was at the M+ site and decided to give this restaurant a try. We did not make any reservation that evening, we were not greeted nor being acknowledged of our presence by restaurant staff for over 10 mins, ( mind you the place was only about 30% seated ), and it was around 9pm. We decided to grab a menu ourselves and have a look, we were then greeted by a lady and informed us what we were reading was their lunch menu.The waitress continued to ignored us and did her own thing.We asked

We did not make any reservation that evening, we were not greeted nor being acknowledged of our presence by restaurant staff for over 10 mins, ( mind you the place was only about 30% seated ), and it was around 9pm.
We decided to grab a menu ourselves and have a look, we were then greeted by a lady and informed us what we were reading was their lunch menu.
The waitress continued to ignored us and did her own thing.We asked another staff member for dinner menu.
The same waitress named Edith ? showed up and gave us the tasting menu without saying anything.
When I asked her if the restaurant has a la carte dinner menu, she handed over to me, while we were looking at the menu , she told us out of the blue that - “we have taken our last order.
There was an old saying - if you take care of your employees, your staff will take care
of your customers. I guess this lady must be poorly treated by her Manager or Mgmt so that she passed her grief to the customers.
She is truly well trained to “ turn off” diners and ignored the importance of potential customers.
Despite how good the reputation of the Chef, Ken Lau, who would like to be told off by service staff like her. Truly No Thank You.
