I work around the Central area, and so oftentimes get lunch nearby Central and Sheung Wan. This place seemed to offer a healthy menu with hearty portion, so I gave it a try. The wrap combo they offer looks nice and comes with soup, so I initially tried to order the wrap combo with salmon. However, the lady who seemed to be the manager (who was busy preparing salad with two other staff members) just told me that the salmon was sold out, and immediately turned to the person behind me in the line, asked for their order, and started making their salads right away. The staff was making 4-5 salads at the same time so I understood they were quite busy, but they just got occupied with making the salads, and left me standing there and waiting for another 5 minutes before I had a chance to grab their attention and ordered wrap combo with steak instead.
After another 5 minutes they were asking me what kind of topping I wanted on the wrap, but they had put roasted chicken on the wrap instead of steak. So I told them they have got my order wrong. And then they went back and started preparing the steak.
Overall, it took me about 20-25 minutes (from the point where they first tried to take my order) to get the wrap, which was quite long; whilst during that period they had prepared about 5 salads. I understand it was a busy lunch hour, but at least they should take a customer's order properly. If something is sold out, that's ok, but just give the customer that extra 3 seconds to order again instead of going immediately to the next customers, leaving the original customer having to wait for long before being able to order again. It also came across as rude and disrespectful. Also, I I think the way they take order can be better organized.
