一向都有光顾Qui 这餐厅,而且评价也很好。但近这一年对她的评价都是好坏参半。可能是因为团购关系,其食物质素可以用差来形容。为公平起见,今次决定跟太太和友人用正价再试一次,我要了个和牛肉眼的set dinner,不幸地,食物质素还真的变差了。先说头盘那海鲜冷盘,没有了之前的帆立贝而改了薄薄的一片鲍片,刺身不新鲜到有点出水和怪味,似是放了在室温很久似的。至于主菜那个和牛肉眼算是好吃,可是随餐附上的芥末酱却令人大倒胃口,细看之下原来已经过期了一个月。虽说过期食品不一定会吃坏人,但对一间价钱不算便宜的餐厅来说,实在不能接受!这可能会是我和我的家人朋友最后一次光顾他们! 继续阅读

咁耐都未试过呢间野,次次提意都比佢拒绝呵呵难得今次佢肯,就冲去拎位啦LUNCH SET由98-168,1杯餐前饮品,加简汽酒,再包1杯餐茶我简左RIBEYE 14OZ($$168),有面包,沙律,汤全部都无咩特别,合格.主角牛扒份量很大,14OZ女仔未必食得哂呵呵.肉味不浓,亦由于不浓,加上唔觉有下盐和黑椒,所以整体很淡,即使有黑松露酱,但系也无咸味,建议下重一点调味.牛扒质素以呢个价钱满意.另外佢地比既芥末系独立1樽仔比你,几有心,第一次见.还有甜品是乳酪,酸度不足,下了很多糖,建议酸一点呵呵另外O个粒麻麻地以呢个价钱,系呢区来讲,还是几抵玩!如在调味上改善,相信更佳 继续阅读

Have eaten there before and often found it to be "odd".  It's nearly an Italian restaurant, but not really.  The food portions are OK, but very small.This time however, we didn't even get to eat.  We sat down - although the restaurant was completely empty we were only able to sit in the open area outside.The woman took our order, the lunch set comes with starter, sparkling wine or juice and dessert as well as a main.  Price start around HKD100 and go up for more expensive mains.After ordering, the server comes back saying there is no orange juice today, only vegetable juice.  (sparkling wine or VEGETABLE juice?  Who on earth thought that was a good idea?  Nobody who has any idea how  a normal exec set lunch should work obviously).So I asked if I could have sparkling water instead (after all, it's cheaper than sparkling wine and goes with food, unlike vegetable juice).  But this was incredibly rudely refused and I was told I would have to buy it separately if I wanted it.Since this meant that the lunch was ruined due to the nasty atmosphere and terrible service, we left.  I won't be back.The staff should learn something about customer service if they want to run a pretend upmarket restaurant. 继续阅读

呢餐系一年之前食既, 到今日先写系因为件事整整烦足我一年先CLOSE FILE话说我之前成日要去葵芳, 所以都KEEP住帮衬左佢2-3年。之后久唔久几个月都会去一次。食开有信心,见佢有团购就买左4张,开头果2张BOOK左好耐, BOOK到过埋期都仲系覆我话FULL BOOKING, 最终要BOOK到限期后先延长黎用。但系之后尾个2张都系BOOK极都话FULL HOUSE, 最后打去佢竟然索性话间团购公司冇找数所以唔用得张券唔再关佢地事咁都得?! 我地揾反YAXXX, 佢地又话唔系佢地直接DEAL, 系佢地再帮JXXXXXXX做, 几个月黎系咁追佢最终都系话个张券EXPRIRE在先佢地无能为力百几蚊就咁冇左本来好好地一间餐厅,由我3年前第一次食时系超班水准, 至到去最尾个次团购时食左餐只略略好过茶记既港式西餐。讲真,都成一年,食物既名我就唔多记得, 但系有头盘有汤,汤系好似茶记用水开粉/PIZZA HXX 白汤个味𠮶一类甜品系一匙普通过普通既慕丝主菜其中一个系一份普通既猪扒, 普通到用唔到其他字去形容啦 继续阅读

葵芳新都会广场一带的范围虽然食肆林立,但其实靠得住的可能十中无一,意菜餐厅 Qui 已算得上是区内仅存几间较有水准的食店之一。趁今天相约了友人午膳,也特地为她推介了 Qui。与上次到访虽已相隔两载,但餐厅环境变化不大,服务也同样殷勤。我们到达了餐厅入口不久,经理已急不及待地在门外欢迎。 蘑菇汤配火腿、杂菜沙律 (Grade: 3/5)享受完一小篮香软的面包之后,接著是前菜的蘑菇汤配火腿、杂菜沙律出场。蘑菇汤味道不浓,但喝汤时满口都是微碎的蘑菇粒,口感总算不错,加上大大块圆形的火腿、杂菜沙律和黑醋汁,感觉特别开胃。 炸大西洋狼鱼配芝麻汁沙律 (Grade: 3/5)餐厅近期主打推介来自大西洋的狼鱼,狼鱼这个名字似乎比较陌生,幸好餐牌中有近一页的简介。原来狼鱼又名海狼,主要活跃于加拿大和北欧一带的海洋,以肉质鲜甜而颜色雪白闻名,厨师因此将它形容为𩽾𩾌鱼和银鳕鱼的混合体。可惜的是厨师选择采用酥炸的做法,个人感觉有点儿浪费。酥炸令鱼的外层入口较为坚韧,难以吃出所谓的鲜味。这个海狼之吻,没有预期中的吸引。 美国极黑毛猪鞍配松露酱炸薯条 (Grade: 4/5)另一款主菜当然是镇店之寳美国极黑毛猪鞍。烧黑毛猪鞍连骨厚切,卖相跟Shore 驰名的 "Little Piggy" 差不多一模一样。两者亦同样肉质嫩滑松化,入口有弹性,只是脂肪份量可以更多一点。配搭的松露酱汁亦做得颇为称职,薄薄的一层已足够给予猪鞍肉一份独特的松露香,同时又不会太抢。配以趣致的迷你炸薯条,效果一流! 鲜奶乳酪配砲芙 (Grade: 1/5)甜品是简简单单的一杯鲜奶乳酪配上一粒砲芙,自问素来不是乳酪的粉丝,倘若换上一件西饼相信感觉会更满足。 总结环境、服务和食物虽不算超班,但取胜于质素够稳定,论葵芳有诚意的意菜餐厅,实在舍她其谁? 继续阅读
