今天和友人專程去中環吃我最愛的貝果，紐約風格的bagel 每天新鮮烘焙，還有不同的選擇來做你的貝果三文治。Maple Bacon & Egg🥯楓蜜煙肉蛋貝果三文治，我選了全味貝果，頂層上有芝麻、罌粟籽、洋蔥大蒜等等，外皮香酥內裏潤澤有嚼勁，單是個貝果已經好滿足。煙肉的咸香帶有楓蜜的甜，半生荷包蛋，牛油cream cheese 等，好味非常好吃。Bacon Jam BLT🥯這款的餡料有bacon jam 好特別又香口還有生菜🥬番茄芝士等，口感豐富。Smashed Avocado &Egg這款比較清新，選了全麥貝果同樣是好有嚼口的體驗。咖啡☕️味道是可以的，但我杯Cappuccino比較燙啊！

I've visited this bagel place a few times and I've enjoyed the food on every occasion. However, the service has just been getting poorer and poorer, leaving me no choice but to leave a disheartened review. First, about the bagel. 終於食到心心念念既R&R Bagel但整體唔係好啱個人口味叫左個Bacon Jam BLT, Bagel配garlic ($95）同埋mocha ($40)Bagel包質可能係紐約式bagel，口感偏硬、冇咩軟彈既口感，揀左garlic因為睇食評話蒜味好濃郁但我呢個食落蒜味欠奉，面頭都睇到得好少蒜粒。餡料豐富，有煙肉,cream cheese, 芝士片同埋惹味既醬汁，仲有蕃茄同沙律菜，雖然個煙肉煎得唔脆，但個醬汁好濃郁，成個配搭味道幾好。杯mocha味道正常，口感都滑順。整體黎講個bagel包質係令人失望，得個餡料配搭係令人滿意，加上我係內用，張枱冇人執，佢都係叫啲食客幫手清理食完既垃圾，枱面上都係麵包碎，冇咩service 可言，睇埋個價錢就會覺得唔多值，即使係就中環地段黎講。

Do not order a custom bagel!!Overall the quality is good and bagels are tasty, but the pricing has major problems. I originally wanted to order the “vegan” but instead chose the “build your own bagel” with fewer ingredients, thinking it would be cheaper. 同舊同事食lunch 想可以靜啲同傾下計，所以選擇了這間餐廳。我選擇了Roasted beef 🥯. 味道不錯略嫌少了芝士和牛肉，而且價錢偏貴95 元不包飲品🥤，如果你係大胃王，這間餐廳就不適合你了，除非你打算叫兩至三個bagels 🥯, 因為連我食完之後都沒有飽肚嘅感覺（ 我偏向細食）所以我覺得只可以當是下午茶或者早餐如果午餐就唔係太飽了，總括而言呢價錢有些偏貴，但係味道同品質都不錯👌🏼。

買咗個Bacon jam BLT外賣去香港公園食，前後唔夠十分鐘，攞個bagel出嚟𠴱陣入面所有野都係又凍又硬，個bagel已經又硬又實，好似超市買𠴱d平價貨咁。芝士一pat又乾又硬咁仲要同個飽分離嘅，番茄冇味，菜冇味，d bacon又係乾硬化兼冇味，完全冇BLT三樣野加埋嘅化學作用，唯一有味嘅係個jam ，成份bagel好似擺完過夜直接放入口食咁。個bagel 加埋杯又細又難飲嘅flat white 要$116，完全唔明點解咁多好評

Bagels lovers like me, this place is for you ❤️! With my husband we found this hidden place in central, we experienced this sweet staff Joanne who took our order, after a few mins, getting my order, the chef, even wearing a mask I can tell he was smiling while saying this “enjoy your food ☺️” little sweet words like this can make a person's day, was very down and this place, the atmosphere really cheered me up. 成間舖頭都好American style，好似紐約街頭嘅bagel小店，入面食嘅人唔少外國人，真係好似去咗轉美國咁。唔知係唔係我食果日太熱，佢哋嘅冷氣唔係好涼。*The Hampton $90Bagel厚身、煙韌，搽咗厚厚一層忌廉芝士，再夾一層雞胸肉、火箭菜。整體口感非常豐富，層次感多。雞肉肉嫩juicy，完全唔似雞胸，火箭菜爽脆，完全冇草腥味。間唔中會食到合桃、紅莓乾，增加多一層脆口感，又有甜鹹配搭，令成個bagel食落清爽啲。入面其實仲有青醬同camembert cheese，佢哋完全融合咗bagel餡入面。90蚊一個bagel其實唔平，但係食一個真係可以飽足成日，加上配料咁高質咁豐富，抵俾啊！
