had a birthday meal for my friend this evening in their semi private room located on the top floor. a decent italian restaurant with good pasta and steak. we love their carbonara the most and the tiramisu at the end was simply fantastic. the wine selection is good as well and we enjoyed a free corkage for our own wine upon purchasing a wine at the restaurant. price around $700 per head and its worth a visit!

呢間新餐廳之前好難book, 竟然今次即日book到。環境裝修service ok, 但食物坦白係好一般(直情可以叫做唔好食😅)本身都期待佢個home made pasta,無論味道質感連隻碟presentation 都真係好麻麻,Chak or even Pici 都好食過佢好多…(I am so sorry)價錢方面開左支酒per head 都係大約$800,係唔貴的。但都係嗰句,要好食先得😂新店熱度可能完結了,如果要有翻頭客真係要響食物味道方面諗諗計

- 好水潤圓轆轆嘅burrata好可愛,切開啲cheese同水流哂出嚟,配埋蕃茄好match!
- 平時burrata都係配cherry tomato同火箭菜,今次配大粒蕃茄,加咗少少橄欖油,burrata好香淡淡牛奶味同好soft嘅cheese味,好好味😋

|Garlic clam pasta|
- 一擺低已經聞到好香,係好簡單garlic配少少辣椒加橄欖油煮嘅意粉,但簡單就是美味,好有驚喜😍

|Tomato pasta|
- 以為tomato pasta係好出名就試試佢,但有少少失望,就係好普通嘅蕃茄意粉。

|Rib-eye|
- Medium cook, 好重牛味又好juicy, a good steak it is😋

|Tiramisu|
- 每次食意大利嘢最期待就係佢個Tiramisu, 但呢度太重芝士味,有啲失望🥹
- 寫生日字都寫得好靚,thank you🥰

總括來說,環境舒服寧靜,burrata同意粉都好好食,係一間fine dining setting嘅法式小店。
性價比都唔錯,好適合情侶,閨蜜,三五知己打吓卡同慶祝嘅地方🥰

上環嘅意大利餐廳Ramato,餐廳有兩層,裝修環境有氣氛,下層係酒吧,上層係餐廳。前菜八爪魚沙律,估唔到八爪魚好新鮮,配沙律好清新,好開胃。本身非常期待龍蝦龍粉,但味道同意粉口感普通,份量亦偏少。同另外兩位朋友share食一條魚,份量非常大,意式的煮法,調味唔錯,但條魚本身有少少泥味,唔算好好食,最後都食唔晒。甜品都ok,每檯都有點tiramisu,仲叫埋cannoli,兩款甜品都好食,尤其是cannoli,個皮唔會太厚,啱返香港人口味。餐廳氣氛幾好,而且店員幾nice,適合約埋三五知己晚餐或慶生。

手工意粉闊度起碼有1.5吋😂厚身、煙韌,中間微夾生,真係煮到al dente,對我嚟講偏向過生。肉醬用豬肉、茄子,肉味濃到好似牛肉肉醬咁,番茄味恰到好處,唔會過甜過酸。入面仲好似加咗茴香粉,不過唔係好食得出。

【RAVIOLI DI BACCAIA】鳕鱼意式饺子配芦笋
教科书式的Al Dente,嚼劲中带着一丝喜人的弹性,仿佛面团拥有生命力,将即将合拢的牙齿微微弹开。酱汁更绝,是成熟番茄才有的饱满浓甜在味蕾上肆意冲撞,如同扑进了烂漫阳光下的番茄园。

内馅饱满,细嫩润白的鳕鱼肉在咬开瞬间有点像熔岩芝士一样地涌出来,应该是腌制过,吃起来恰到好处的咸香。可惜芦笋切得太薄,有点诚意不足而且很难挑起来。

态度不错,但有点木讷,细节还差点意思,服务质素赶不上隔壁同集团的泰国菜。只有甜点菜单有中文翻译,并且翻译得很奇怪。

有一排冇食過出色嘅意大利菜,今次簡左間喺西營盤好chill嘅意大利餐廳,試下佢啲晚餐。食物嘅價錢都頗貴,但service好好,環境一流,好有高級餐廳嘅格調!Lasagna $238lasagna係期間限定,亦唔似其他鋪頭果款,係將啲千層麵捲到雲吞形狀咁,相對會較容易去夾起!味道方面,千層麵非常creamy,微微嘅燶味亦都令千層麵更惹味。反而肉粒就味道較淡,可能想突出番主角!Eli he Genovese $198呢個牛肉螺絲粉嘅賣相係比較唔吸引,牛肉係慢煮嘅所以會好似醬汁咁,但係都幾濃味,食嘅時候不妨可以撈埋底下嘅醬汁,會更為惹味!而螺絲粉嘅口感非常彈牙有口感,一食就知係手打意粉!Burrata Tomato $188去到意大利餐廳食前菜,一係就嗌凍肉拼盤,一係就嗌burrata!今次呢個burrata嘅配菜得蕃茄係有少少失望,好想有埋啲沙律菜!味道方面,蕃茄真係好fresh,而burrata亦都冇落橄欖油,奶酪味好重!

lasagna係期間限定,亦唔似其他鋪頭果款,係將啲千層麵捲到雲吞形狀咁,相對會較容易去夾起!味道方面,千層麵非常creamy,微微嘅燶味亦都令千層麵更惹味。反而肉粒就味道較淡,可能想突出番主角!


Eli he Genovese $198


呢個牛肉螺絲粉嘅賣相係比較唔吸引,牛肉係慢煮嘅所以會好似醬汁咁,但係都幾濃味,食嘅時候不妨可以撈埋底下嘅醬汁,會更為惹味!而螺絲粉嘅口感非常彈牙有口感,一食就知係手打意粉!

去到意大利餐廳食前菜,一係就嗌凍肉拼盤,一係就嗌burrata!今次呢個burrata嘅配菜得蕃茄係有少少失望,好想有埋啲沙律菜!味道方面,蕃茄真係好fresh,而burrata亦都冇落橄欖油,奶酪味好重!

Estro的Chef Antimo在208 Duecento Otto原址開的意大利餐廳, 說是Estro的副線可不是, 因為烹調風格和Fine Dining沾不上邊, Chef Antimo找來Chef Matteo作為Head Chef, 主理的是很家庭風格的傳統意大利菜式, Causal之餘也不會有太大壓力, 最近在星期五也有Set Lunch, 四道菜菜連加一三百三元, 也算是Affordable的.如果餐廳有提供, 我通常會選擇蝦類Fettuccine作為Pasta菜單式, 這裏用的是龍蝦, 不是切粒, 而是切件, 比較能保留龍蝦原本的形態, 醬汁鮮味十足, 再加上Cherry Tomato, 酸度柔和. Fettuccine掛汁能力強, 再加上本身是原本的Al Dente口感, 如此價錢沒有什麼可挑剔. 另一道主菜的紅斑, 口感爽實, 醬料是Puttanesca也就是煙花裏醬, 比起傳統的蕃茄醬料, 添了些香辛和來自酸豆的草酸味, 層次除了更豐富, 提鮮能力也更好, 不是創新而奢侈的配料, 但配合起來見到團隊的心思, 值得表揚.頭盤的Beef Carpaccio份量豐富,

頭盤的Beef Carpaccio份量豐富, 油不多, 芝士夠鹹香, 生牛肉夠嫩滑, 沒有冷藏味也沒有腥味, 就是簡單的美味. Tiramisu夠香滑而濃稠, 沒有額外的甜味, 手指餅的咖啡味夠甘香而不苦澀, 並非什麼驚為天人之作, 但作為Homey Food做得已夠出色.

Ramato is operated by Chef Antimo from Estro and current head chef is Chef Matteo. Different from the fine dining style of Estro, Ramato is focused on the homey Italian cuisine. Every thing in the lunch set is fine and comfortable especially the red snapper with Puttanesca sauce.

I was told that lasagna was one of the must-try item but it wasnt usually on menu🤭 would be better to go in a group or at least 4ppl if you wanna try the seabass cuz my frd and I couldnt finish it 🫣 the staff was super informative and gave us good recommendations! First floor seating closer to the window side was quite nice so rmb to add a remark for that when you make the booking🤣 ard💲750pp kinda fair👍🏻

If you're looking for a casual, spacious dining area that's great for groups, Ramato is the place to go. The food at Ramato was good but not outstanding—the sea bass was overcooked and chewy, while the king prawns were better prepared. Sad that they didn’t inform us for the sautéed clams are out of stock in advance instead of Loved their Tiramisu and However, all dishes were served with generous portions, the set menu costs $800 only and a lot of food. Maybe having an expectation is not a good start. Greet by lovely staff at the entrance. Service side they have done a pretty good job. I do love camone tomatoes and appreciate they use very fresh one to go with the burrata. Sadly burrata wasn’t really creamy. Quite disappointed.

Warm octopus salad with potatoes, celery, capers. Lemon dressing over the salad. Pretty simple, rustic dish. Not bad but nothing special.

Fettuccine Lobster
Pretty casual on the plating for a lobster pasta. Guess it’s because it’s $298 and it’s not expensive at all for a lobster pasta. Taste is more important right?


Flavour is there! Pasta is al dente. Lobster cooks nicely. Pretty decent dish.

Homemade pumpkin ravioli. Executing well. But do prefer they don’t garnish with sage. Prefer to take the sage away after cooking the sauce.

Grilled XL King prawns witj Mediterranean Herbs
Prawns are definitely in huge size. Prawns are fresh but flavour is ordinary. Would appreciate a twist on the seasoning part.


Overall, do feel it’s just another regular restaurant in Soho area. If you are looking for a casual, some good food in that area, Ramato is a good choice. Good service and good ambience. Sadly nothing special to let it stands out.
