【Sabor 🔥充满惊喜的西班牙私房菜】最近成日食鸡胸,朋友立刻带我食全香港最好食的鸡胸!唔止鸡胸得,其他菜式都充满惊喜! 🔥Chicken Liver Pate高浓度鸡肝酱配水晶包水晶包自家焗制,好新鲜,够脆!鸡肝酱肝味好香浓,配上葱、洋葱、莓酱,酸甜感觉与鸡肝好夹,非常之开胃的头盘。.🔥Sabor Chicken Box杏花鸡匣杏花鸡来自肇庆市封开县,又名米仔鸡,被列入广东三大名鸡之一,久仰大名。主角出场,全鸡上枱,店员礼貌地系我哋面前点火,好有仪式感!再将鸡带返入厨房斩件,切好嘅鸡放入木盒内,再度登场时有好香嘅松果烟薰味,鸡髀鸡肉列阵放好,先尝鸡胸,滑度超出想像,再食件鸡髀又再食返鸡胸!过程得意好玩又有进食嘅享受!鸡味香浓入味,完全唔需要点酱汁,鸡嘅软滑程度,我认同朋友所讲「全香港最好食的鸡胸肉」.🔥Chicken Skin Oil Rice 鸡皮油香饭煲仔上,店员会打开煲盖,喷上秘制酱汁,我闻到少少威士忌嘅味,嘻嘻😁,再轻轻将饭捞炒,鸡皮先焗脆再和鸡丝一同加入,简单得嚟又惹味,无谂过两个人最后食晒成煲饭!.🔥Grilled Cuttlefish with Alloil蒜泡墨鱼粒墨鱼粒切丁先炒香,再配上新鲜机打泡沫蒜酱,蒜酱由店员在枱上新鲜喷出,翠绿泡泡好有软雪糕感觉,软滑度媲美软雪糕,少少天然蒜辣,与墨鱼粒好夹。.🔥Catalonia Cream with Handmade Melon Ice-cream 西班牙加泰罗尼亚焦糖布丁手做蜜瓜雪糕这甜品就系著名寿司店甜品「卡达拉娜」的原型。外型上与法式焦糖炖蛋非常之相似,严格来讲Catalonia cream较为软身带点点橘子味,奶味比较浓。今次再配上由厨师手制蜜瓜雪糕,两款甜品又让我突然开胃起来。原来总厨师承西班牙米芝莲Jose Vincent Mascaros,难怪食物质奇高,隐世水准小店。餐厅店员好Nice,原来免开瓶费,可惜今晚朋友唔饮酒,下次识得带酒嚟饮了!当晚另一惊喜系见到明星客人,一家几口坐我们附近,低调的我都不敢打扰,不过佢哋都点咗我赞好食的Chicken Box呢!📍订位是重要事
